Viet has been the most exceptional host I’ve ever encountered. When we arrived early, visibly exhausted, he graciously provided us with a room to rest. Given the chilly weather in Hanoi, he even offered a jacket to keep us warm. Viet went above and beyond by helping us book cabs and paying for them, as we hadn’t yet exchanged our money to VND. While the Airbnb itself was wonderful, the true highlight of our experience was Viet. His genuine kindness, coupled with his incredibly warm and graceful father, made our stay unforgettable. I’d return to North Vietnam just to meet Viet again—he truly embodies the heart and hospitality of Vietnamese culture.

Do you know the difference between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City? Hanoi is generally a clean city, although some of the roads are dirty. The centre of Hanoi is completely different from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City is a degraded version of Bangkok. Now, this room is new and it is wonderful not to hear the footsteps of the people upstairs, which is what made me realise how wonderful Hanoi is after experiencing Ho Chi Minh City. Hanoi is quiet and reasonably priced rooms. Ho Chi Minh City is expensive and the sound of people walking upstairs echoes in the room below. This room has a separate living room and bedroom. Very comfortable to live in. I hope more people will use it. The only drawback is that, in Japanese terms, the rooms on the third floor can hear the motor noise of the shutters opening and closing at night, This noise did not disturb my sleep. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing location. The air is much fresher here near the spacious green park. The view from the balcony is lovely and tranquil. Billy's mom and dad will go above and beyond to ensure that you are well cared for. There is everything that you could possibly need. Soaps, shampoo, dish soap, laundry room with detergent, rooftop area for drying clothes. There are two sets of linens, so that you always have a set for the bed/bath while the other dries from washing. There are lots/frying pans, portable electric stovetop, rice cooker, slow cooker, dishware, & utensils. The refrigerator is in excellent condition. There's a fan and a multiple function air conditioner (cool, dehydration, heat). Whenever I have a "traveler's challenge" Billy's parents are very quick to help sort things out from SIM cards, to receipt of shipments from home, to just a delightful home cooked meal to cheer you up. Considering the current global crisis, covid-19, Billy's parents provided me with masks and keep me updated about government announcements. They have even been good sports about helping me make videos for my YouTube channel. Billy's dad drove us to a shopping mall and filmed the check-in process (temperature checks) to enter the mall/stores. Billy's mom has let me film clips of her delicious food (with room service!!) and I'm looking forward to filming her in the kitchen. They've been outstanding in making me feel welcome and safe. Instead of returning to the USA, I've decided to finish my tourist visa. Vietnam is one of the safest places to be. I'm grateful to have already arrived in country and truly appreciate being here at Kiwihomevn.

Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Unterkunft liegt zum Innenhof und damit geschützt vom Lärm und den Abgasen der Straße. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch nachts alleine als Frau. Man geht zwar einen kleinen, dunklen Gang bis zum Innenhof und der Wohnung aber das macht es zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Es gibt eine heiße Dusche und WLAN. Der Zug hat mich die ersten zwei nächste schon immer wieder aufgeweckt nachts bis ich mich dran gewöhnte. Aber dafür ist der Preis super und die Lage top.

Chu is a fantastic host who was really helpful with where to go and what to do. The flat was clean and a perfect space for 2 people. Nice to have a kitchen to cook occasionally and nice to have a lounge to chill out in. Was in a great location as train street was a minute walk away. It did get slightly noisy at the weekend but it did quieten down not too late so wasn’t too much of a problem and didn’t affect the overall stay at Chu’s flat. This is great stay and is a must in Hanoi!

Excellent séjour à Hanoï. L’emplacement : quartier vincom times city à 30 minutes jusqu’a 45 minutes en fonction des heures en grab du vieux quartier d’Hanoi où toutes les activités et départ des excursions se trouvent. Le calme du quartier où on peut se balader sans risquer de se faire écraser comme au centre ville est un véritable plus 😅. Le moins est qu’il faut se réveiller très tôt pour arriver aux départ des excursions. Conseil: demander un départ et une arrivé de vos excursions à l’opéra d’Hanoi, c’est le lieu le plus proche de l’appartement et généralement le dernier départ avant les excursions, c’est toujours ça de gagner en sommeil… L’appartement: ce n’est pas celui en photo mais dans le même état d’esprit, literie et propreté ok. Vaisselle et couverts pas suffisant pour 3 personnes. Connexion wifi ok. L’hôte: bonne communication. Séjour: très bien

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Für den Preis extrem empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und trotzdem ist es Nachts sehr leise. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und alles ist sehr neu. Komme sehr gerne wieder😊

We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures are a very good representation and the accommodation was very clean. Good checkin instructions. Mai was an excellent host - very responsive with lots of good recommendations. Location is perfect - walkable to lots of the main attractions.

Everything worked really well for us. Fabulous location, comfortable place. Communication was excellent. The stairs are steep, but we did not mind.

Nice and quiet place to stay for the 8 of us. We had the whole apartment to ourselves. Incredible host. Very prompt responses. Airport transfer arrangements were prompt and hassle free too. Near the old quarters yet safe and peaceful place. 2 good cafes nearby to catch early breakfasts too.

일단 호스트의 피드백이 엄청 빠름 질문하면 거의 챗봇처럼 답이 바로바로 옴. 또한 한건물을 통째로 써서 뭔가 호텔 전세내서 쓰는 느낌이 듦! 그리고 내부 또한 굉장히 청결하고 무엇보다 수질이 굉장히 깨끗했음(필터 샤워기로 2일 썼는데 새하얌) 하노이 중심부와는 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그렇기 때문에 오히려 조용해서 좋았구 그랩으로도 올드쿼터까지 약 20분 이온몰은 7~8분 정도 걸려서 전혀 문제가 없었음! (아 그랩 주소 찍을때 2 Lane 318/80 Ngoc Tri Thach Long Bien 이 주소 찍으시면 집 바로 앞에서 내려줍니다!) 다음번 하노이 방문시에도 재방문 예정임! 적극 추천 추천 👍👍👍👏👏👏

We really appreciate what Nam and his team has done, they were super responsive and really helpful. When we arrived, it was early in the morning, we requested to early check in but unfortunately somebody still using it, but somehow they did managed to lend their other property for us to store our luggage and rest. I was super grateful and really appreciate of what they did. The check in process was easy and smooth. This property is quite a walk from old quarter area, but i love it because its quite and close to french quarter, opera house, and hoan kiem lake (this place is next to US embassy building). rooms were clean and nice as posted in their picture. bathroom also clean and has hot water all day. kitchen area equipped with decent facility and have micro and fridge. Love this place and really recommend it for traveler to stay (PS: no elevator, if you travel with elder please reconsider since its 5 floor building)

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

We had a great stay at Kevin’s place - the location was excellent for exploring Hanoi by foot, and Kevin was super responsive and very helpful (he booked us a taxi from the airport and arranged for us to leave our luggage nearby when we checked out early). Would really recommend this Airbnb as a base for staying in Hanoi ☺️

We had a very nice time at Huyens Apartment! It is a very nice and authentic house and the room was very spacious. Huyen was easy to reach by WA and gave us great recommendations. Her parents were very kind and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and we had our own washing machine, which was great! can definetely recommend!

Best stay near the Hanoi Old Quarter within 1-1.5 km distance. Its a 2bhk apartment at the 7th floor, with elevators. Safe to stay and you can relax at this place. Clean and its exactly same as the pictures and description mentioned by the host. All things are well arranged and you feel home. Very well maintained and guided. Thanks Ho, Van, Diep and all for your support. We loved it and definitely recommended 😊

Although it was just a one night stay, I still had an enjoyable stay and the whole experience was wonderful. She is a great host, provided me so much instructions and help. Would definitely consider staying here again if I visit again.

The apartment is centrally located in Ocean Park 1, S209 building, 3d floor, green plants on the balcony give privacy and you can overlook playground from the window that makes it very convenient for families with kids. Kids room has a bunk bed for 3 kids (twin above full) and a table. Washing machine was of much help to us. All grocery shops and restaurants are right in the same building. Free bus will take you to 2 water parks, Mega Mall and Grand World. Ocean Park is a great area to walk, lots of playgrounds, very secure, swimming pools indoor (year round) and outdoor (till November 15th). Big fridge, microwave. Mattress on the bunk is very hard, but main bedroom has a nice queen bed. A/C works great. Thank you, dear host, for always being in touch and helping us with all our requests.
