One of the best places I’ve stayed. Nathalie’s place was super easy to find, private entrance, very clean, well lite at night and really quiet. The place was nicely furnished, convenient to UBS arena! New modern and clean bathroom and super comfortable king bed and very cute kitchen. The TV and internet access was easy to navigate as well. Definitely would like to go back whenever I’m in NY! Would give it a 10 out of 10! Perfect cozy getaway - home away from home!

This was my first stay at an Airbnb and it went better than expected for my family of 5. Chubba’s home was spacious and tidy and like seeing a time capsule with certain items around the place. I was able to make full meals in the kitchen and use the huge desk to work from home. Chubba was kind enough to provide a variety of beverages and lots of snacks my kids really enjoyed. Plenty of toiletries as well. Beds were good and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking in the area. Thanks again Chubba!

Simple amazing, if you are a bigger group and need beds for everyone then this is your spot, the house is clean and there was different coffee pods, snacks, teas, and some breakfast items were left for us! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

Such a cute vibe this home is! It was aesthetically pleasing the backyard was incredible , the game room was fun and it was spacious enough for the eight people that stayed there with me. Definitely need to go back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor golf course, pool and tiki bar. Host was always responsive, provided all information needed and answered all questions as well as providing suggestions for wineries, wineries and night life! LOVED this home!!

Wow, did I love this studio apartment! Absolutely perfect for one or two people. I didn't get a chance to use the available washer & dryer (coin operated), but I could certainly foresee needing it at times. The little back yard space would be ideal for a mini-cook out with 4-5 friends in warmer weather, if allowed by host. Extremely clean, host tacitly request shoes not to be worn inside, and disposable house sli0ppers are readily provided for guests just inside the door. I'm not a vaper/smoker, but this first floor studio with a main entrance that opens directly to the backyard makes it very convenient for those who do. Many electrical outlets and USB ports all over the studio. The closeted kitchenette is a great space saver. Definitely 5-star!

Amina and Sumaiya were very helpful during check-in, although I didn't have the internet to check the final day message as I was driving to NYC from Canada, they helped every possible way to navigate the correct side entrance entrance to the unit. They were super helpful in the process on calls and the duration of my stay. The house was very clean, and the bedding and bathware were very clean, like new. We felt like staying at a friends place.

We has a great time in this beautiful rental. The open floor plan and easy check made for a smooth stay. Location was perfect as we had easy access to train, transportation and rt 280 for fast commutes throughout our 11 day stay !! Attentive representative and open communication was much appreciated. Looking forward to staying again when visiting from the Dominican Republic.

Muy buen alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente, tanto para recorrer la zona como para ir a cualquier parte de Manhattan porque tiene estaciones de metro muy cercanas. La habitación cumple con lo necesario y esta todo muy limpio. El desayuno es un punto muy a favor, es una bebida caliente y algo para comer a elección, no es un desayuno abundante pero si muy rico y de buena calidad, y salís del hotel listo para recorrer!

The host was very responsive and the home was great for my friends and I. It is exactly as described. Only issue we had was coming late at night and trying to find parking was a bit of a hassle because our group had more than 1 car with us. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home.

From the time we arrived we felt welcomed . We were greeted on arrival and had any questions we had answered which was very comforting. Yolima was very responsive to any questions and requests we had prior to arrival and throughout our daily commute was a 15min walk to the ferry across to New York buses were even close but enjoyed the morning walk . Overall a great stay would totally recommend staying here .

Очень уютный и светлый дом, много пространства, чистая и новая ванная комната, горячая вода. Матрас на кровати превосходный, это новый эталон качества к которым должны стремиться все последующие наши места проживаний. В пешой доступности есть хороший магазин. Близко станция path, на котором быстро можно добраться до центра Манхэттена. Обратная дорога от станции вниз с горки, что очень удобно после тяжёлого туристического дня. Another wonderful stay at Karina’s apt.! My husband, pup and I always enjoy our stays and will gladly book with Karina again in the future! Highly recommend, the Apt. is always tidy, well stocked with anything that could be needed while feeling like home away from home. The area is walkable with convenient shops/ restaurants and public transportation nearby. Thank you, Karina, as always, for a cozy and great stay!

If I could give Grace and her place 100 stars I would! Grace made me feel right at home! She was so welcoming and kind. Her place was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough great things about this place and host! If you get the chance to stay here, consider yourself lucky!

I don’t even know where to begin! William was an AMAZING host. The first place my husband and I booked canceled last minute and William had no problem accommodating us. We are able to check in at 7pm after making the reservation around 6pm. The pictures do not do this place justice. William set up the sauna for us to use which was a truly relaxing experience. I could talk to William for hours, we had lots of conversation about various topics. The next morning he made us breakfast. We had bacon and eggs with croissants and coffee and OJ. This was a beautiful stay and it was well worth the money. William was just the cherry on top! I will definitely be staying here again!

6 out of 5 stars! This was a fantastic bed-n-breakfast experience with a lovely host who worked to ensure we had the perfect stay. This trip was a lovely, quiet getaway for us and a much needed break to unplug and unwind. Perfect location and near many parks for walking and hiking. Incredibly responsive host who made sure our favorite breakfast items were on hand. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again in the future!

Marie’s and Tom’s place is a very heartwarming home. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful! We could not resist the delicious breakfast every day. Their attention to details was superb. If we ever move back to NY we would love to move right next door to them! “Thank you Tom and Marie”

I stayed at Alfred’s place in Manhattan as a solo traveler and had a wonderful experience. The listing was accurate—you get exactly what’s described and even more. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Penn Station and very close to the High Line, which I really enjoyed exploring. As a bonus, there was unlimited cool, cold, and hot water available, along with tea bags—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The price is very reasonable for what’s offered. Highly recommended for solo travelers visiting NYC!

Allen & Ann were amazing hosts! My friend and I shared the twin beds room for a few nights and we absolutely loved staying with them. The room and house is beautifully decorated, clean and they make you feel right at home with the bagel breakfast every morning. There are clear expectations and instructions in the house and it's easy to settle in. They shared the daily newspaper with us every morning and we loved having conversation with them during breakfast! They were flexible with our check out schedules and lovely, gracious people. I look forward to staying with them again!

Daniella, her husband David and her adorable little Rocky made the perfect hosts for our two night stay. We actually hardly ever saw them so it was very private. Daniella went out of her way to spoil us with her special touches such as: - morning coffee presented with exotic flowers and delicious mini quiches served on her deck. - The cozy robes and bamboo slippers The accommodations were very “sprawling “ as the extra room, the outdoor porches and deck allows 2 people to spread out. It’s the most beautiful l, yet cozy home I’ve had the pleasure of staying in and I’ve stayed in several nice air b and bs. If you’re going to that area just book here. You’ll love it!
