Our stay at the Pond House was absolutely perfect! The home is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with all the modern comforts you could ask for. From the cozy atmosphere to the well-appointed amenities, everything was top-notch. The setting by the pond is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. Michael was an exceptional host—attentive, responsive, and truly committed to ensuring we had a wonderful stay. His hospitality made all the difference. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend the Pond House to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable retreat

We had a lovely stay. Olga really cares about her guests' comfort. The setting is beautiful and feels secluded, even though the house is minutes from markets and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable. We were there in winter, so we didn't use the pool, but did have some sweet encounters with the resident geese and swan.

We had a great stay at Rose and Tom’s place and can’t wait to go back. From the start, Rose’s communication was super timely and clear. Tom met us at check in to show us the property and answer any questions, and remained available the rest of the weekend in case we needed anything. The house is extremely comfortable, clean, spacious. All the bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of towels and linens. The house has plenty locations to work from home as well. The location is a perfect 5 minute walk to town. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but it was very close and the house also had beach chairs/ towels in case we needed them. The pool house was an extra great and comfortable space to watch sports on the big TV with our group. The yard is perfectly manicured and the pool was heated, making our September stay even better. It was truly a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

Such a cute vibe this home is! It was aesthetically pleasing the backyard was incredible , the game room was fun and it was spacious enough for the eight people that stayed there with me. Definitely need to go back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor golf course, pool and tiki bar. Host was always responsive, provided all information needed and answered all questions as well as providing suggestions for wineries, wineries and night life! LOVED this home!!

Karen was a great host! The apartment was exactly as shown and described in the pictures. Perfect walking distance to local restaurants and attractions; we had a toddler with us so instead we took a quick drive right into town. The pool was perfect as was the outside seating area. Karen was very accommodating with some last minute changes we needed. Karen was easily accessible if we had any questions or needed assistance. 10/10, already looking forward to our next stay.

I had another great stay at Yates’s place! It’s always clean and inviting. I will definitely book again for future trips to Deer Park.

Our 8-day stay at the apartment was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed to make our trip a fantastic experience. The street was extremely clean and safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was great, making it easy to work remotely. One of the bedrooms was a suite with a private bathroom, and I’ve got to say—the bathrooms were incredible: stylish, spacious, and spotless. The beds and linens were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The decor was modern, tasteful, and felt brand new. Parking was a huge plus since we had a car, and the best part—it was included in the rental. The PATH train station was really close, and walking there felt completely safe. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making everything super convenient. I was beyond satisfied with our stay, and without a doubt, when I’m back in NYC with my family, I’ll be staying here again. I highly recommend this place—it’s truly 5-star worthy!

We were absolutely delighted with this house. Lisa is an amazing host—always very attentive and with excellent communication. She is kind, cheerful, and that truly reflects in her home. Her house is simply beautiful, filled with wonderful details. There are all kinds of different mugs in the kitchen, collected from various places. Masks from all over the world. The house is colorful and full of life. The steam room and sauna worked perfectly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back soon—because I won’t be choosing any other house
