The place was spotless and very cozy. The patio was very inviting to hang around. We had a beautiful time and enjoyed the house a lot. I would love to come back in the near future.

Johnny and Amy were amazing hosts. The instructions to park, enter and get in were very well written out before our arrival and check-in was seamless. And once we were there, the place was beautiful, cozy and exactly as described. Our kids loved running around outside in the grass and exploring the outdoor fire-pit. If you want peaceful mornings, laying in bed, watching the wind rustle the trees and listening to the birds sing their morning songs, this is a place for you.

It was Very Great, calm, quiet. In our stay, the guests upstairs were very friendly, even during after hours. The vast land in the backyard was very enlightening , came across a couple of the friendly and nosy neighbors (The Deer😂 🦌). Overall it was very clean & i loved every minute of it.

A perfect way to disconnect and find peace. I wish I knew about Sticks and Stones sooner. The location is perfectly tucked away in the woods, with beautiful views and lots to explore. The staff are very friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. I cant wait to spend another weekend at Sticks and Stones in the near future!

We came back to stay for a second time and hope to be back for many more! The place is exactly as advertised, beautiful, and an easy walk into town. Marianne and Stephen were super flexible with a few requests we had around the stay and so easy to communicate with. Greenport is the best and this home is amazing - you won’t regret booking here!

I was very happy with the cabin. It was peaceful and private, with a great location relative to the beach and local restaurants! It was clean and had nice touches like decorative lighting at night and wind chimes. The cabin also had great hot water that came up right away! I want to return in the spring or summer.

Very nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. We would consider staying at the apartment again.

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

We spent six great weeks at Fabien and Christy's cottage while relocating to the area. We loved everything about our time there including the very comfortable bed and furniture and the well stocked kitchen. We were there during a very cold stretch and the house stayed warm and cozy. The wood burning stove was a fun treat on cold snowy days. Fabien and Christy were wonderful hosts making sure we had everything we needed and helped with information about the area. We spent a lot of time exploring the beautiful property with our dog. It's a very peaceful spot and still only a short drive to many towns with lots of great restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend Fabien and Christy's cottage to anyone looking for a short or long stay in the area.

Had a great stay at Andrew’s Air Bnb. It was very close to numerous wineries, breweries, and restaurants. It was the perfect location for a weekend get away, with a house that would’ve been worth it in the middle of nowhere! We will be back!

Justin and Miho are wonderful hosts! Very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for a great weekend. The apartment was clean and tidy with the hosts providing many amenities. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Had a lovely weekend stay in Mattituck - it was very peaceful and exactly what we were looking for in getting out of the city. The fenced backyard had plenty of space for our dog to run around. Location was within easy driving distance of the beach, Montauk, and the Hamptons. Thank you!

If you are looking for a sign to book this place, this is it! The house was so wonderful, and much bigger than the photos could capture. It's also very well stocked with fun board games and activities, as well as a really comfortable and spacious kitchen. We spent our time cooking, hanging out on the couch, and playing games! It was the perfect way to spend a cozy winter getaway. The horse and goats are a huge plus, and we enjoyed going down to feed them and give them pets. Frodo was my favorite! Cheryl and Jamie were really warm and incredible hosts who made us feel very welcome. They even included some treats for us since we were celebrating my birthday, which was such a nice gesture. I wish we could have spent more time here and will definitely be returning in the future!

We spent a beautiful family Christmas at Paul’s place meeting there, Christmas Day with Son, toddler grandson, and 100 pound dog. We arrived an hour early (coming from four states away with the hound) and there was a little tension about getting the code to get into the property but got in at check in time and were greeted by a beautifully kitted out pristine and cozy home at which to spend our Christmas together. The grandson loved toddling around and the dog meandered happily in the fenced in yard. Paul advised us to turn on the gas fireplace, which we did and a lovely time was had by all. There was nothing lacking in the place, bedding and beds were very comfortable, and we are definitely planning to come back for another visit someday. I can’t say enough about Southold in the entire North Fork area. It’s charming, has lots of farms and vineyards and cute boutiques and such but it’s not over built like so many other areas.

We really enjoyed this home. Very eclectic with an artsy feel to it. Loved how the host repurposed items to decorate. We all felt very comfortable and Deb was super nice and extremely helpful with any questions. Would love to stay again when visiting the area.

Chris was a fantastic host! First of all he was so responsive, always checking in on us everyday, and very helpful and communicative with recommendations and quick answers. Second of all, the property. It is so gorgeous. Definitely worth the price, and maybe even better! We loved our stay, we will definitely be coming back soon. Definitely check it out if you’re considering an Airbnb in the area. 10/10 experience!

The River Barn exceeded my expectations. Everything is well thought out. Lots of extra touches. The kitchen is stocked with quality tools for any possible cooking need. Espresso pods were provided, wonderful selection of teas, an entire spice rack, oil and vinegar, etc. Bedding and towels were top notch, mattress very comfortable, lots of hot water for showers. We didn't utilize the backyard as it was winter, but it is a good size for warmer weather activities. What we did utilize to its fullest was the wonderful fireplace. The couch in front of it seats deep and is solid and restful. The record player, with a great selection of albums, sets the mood. An able place to while away a lazy February afternoon, then stroll into town for a dinner at the historic Griswold Inn.

Alison's Farmhouse exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt right at home there and were impressed to find the house stocked with essentials needed for the trip- such as spices, condiments, extra bedding etc. We all enjoyed the side porch and the fireplace in the evenings and loved that it provided an opportunity for some to be in side watching tv and the rest to be outside. We hope to return next year!

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

A beautiful home, perfect for our family early Christmas get together. Meredith went above and beyond to decorate the home, Christmas tree and all, to make us feel at home. Amazing kitchen - enjoyed by the cooks in the family.

Perfect Lakehouse Getaway for Our Anniversary Weekend! Our anniversary weekend at this lakehouse was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings and stunning lake views. The house itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We brought our dog, Faith, along, and she absolutely loved exploring the outdoor space. It was great to have a pet-friendly rental that didn’t compromise on cleanliness or amenities. The hosts were thoughtful, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had. Spending the weekend with my wife and friends made the experience even more special. Whether we were relaxing by the water, cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, or just enjoying the cozy ambiance, it was the perfect place to create lasting memories. If you’re looking for a serene, I highly this house. We’ll definitely be back!
