Having a current child / Cadet at West Point and also another child / graduate of West Point , we always make it a point to stay at different Airbnbs in small towns around the USMA on both sides of the Hudson River . Melanie ‘s place was wonderful. Plenty of rooms/ beds for our Parent Weekend visit. Peaceful and safe location , yet a short 20 minute drive to the Academy . We felt right at home and look forward to staying at Melanie’s place again . The house was very clean and we had no issues at all !! Thank you

Ruth’s place was perfect for our short getaway to take the kids to learn to ski. Plenty of space and clean. Easy to get to. Would come back next year for some more ski lessons!

We came back to stay for a second time and hope to be back for many more! The place is exactly as advertised, beautiful, and an easy walk into town. Marianne and Stephen were super flexible with a few requests we had around the stay and so easy to communicate with. Greenport is the best and this home is amazing - you won’t regret booking here!

The house was a great winter retreat from the city. It’s a little remote, but great all the same. Dog friendly, great kitchen, cozy fireplace, ample space, etc…- this place is an amenities giant. It has a lovely soaking tub and ample book selection. We had the most lovely time.

We needed a place to stay for the holidays while some work was being done at our house a few miles away. We felt really lucky to have found Ashely and Justin’s house when we walked in. Four bedrooms with 5 king and queen beds were an incredible plus, and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were super clean and had great linens, lotions, soaps and other things like makeup removers. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils we needed and was a big open space you can move around. The living spaces in front and back of the house were big and open, well furnished. The living room in the back opens to a great backyard with a fire pit and swinging bench. The house is awesome and we’ve recommended to all our local friends and family. But the thing I like the most was being in the Pier and walking to the seawall and beach, Monihans jetty and the restaurants and pubs off Boon Street. Location location location!

I was so happy to find such a dog-friendly home. We were greeted with a huge dog bed, biscuits from a local store, spray in case of accidents, sheets to cover the beds in case dogs like to sleep in bed, and a fenced in yard to let them go out. We drove our pups to the nearby dog beach and they had a ball. It was just myself, my mother, and our two dogs. The home had all the necessities we needed and the fireplace was a wonderful added touch. The couches were also covered so we could snuggle with the dogs just like at home. Very close to downtown Manasquan. And Lisa was very helpful and responsive.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Nice little getaway during the cold season. The hot tub was excellent and about 100 degrees so perfect even with the cold temperature. It was still possible to put together a meal with the propane grill and warm things up in the microwave or store them away in the fridge. The heat was excellent in the space. Seems like it would be a great place to stay in the summer as well!

Beautiful home with amazing views. The house was very clean and spacious, the views were amazing. Susanna was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed very much staying at the house. We would love to come back.

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

Excellent stay for a small group - we only stayed for a weekend, but would be a perfect spot for a weeklong trip as well.

Liza’s place was awesome! Was in town for a wedding with 6 friends. Plenty of space for 6 people. Liza stocked the kitchen with food and a bottle of wine for us. The view is perfect, with a huge deck and a hot tub. Great spot to hang out when it’s nice outside overlooking the water. Great location too as it’s close to many restraunts. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking to stay in the area.

Such a lovely time and Chris & Cynthia’s! Cynthia was so communicative leading up to our stay and kindly greeted us upon arrival for a quick walkthrough of the property. They were so accommodating and easy going with check in times and were so pet friendly! Loved staying here!

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. Cozy, clean, and packed with extra-special touches. The house is spotless, with a cozy fireplace for cold weather—and a fire pit outside for warmer days. The bathroom and kitchen have everything you need and more, including snacks and ingredients to make homemade waffles or oatmeal with a ton of toppings to choose from. The bed is very comfortable (definitely not always the case in an AirBnB). The hosts are so kind and responsive. I will 100% be staying again!

Vidar is a very friendly and lovely host! Even his pets ziggy and spunky! Our dog love to play with ziggy all time. This stunning tiny house is in a private and peaceful land. Love it!

Marina’s place was exactly as described and just what we needed to be able to stay somewhere with our pups and attend our friend’s wedding. It was very clean and there was a wide range of amenities available! The neighborhood was very quiet and the little outdoor area with fire pit is so cute!

A very clean, modern, and private cottage. Had everything we needed. Very close to town and beaches. Great private space, which our pup appreciated. You could hear the ocean’s rumble as soon as you stepped outside! Would definitely go back. Extremely gracious hosts!

this was my 2nd time here and i’m still obsessed!! tricia is amazing and very responsive. the space was clean and beautiful with personal touches. it felt like a home away from home and is so cozy. will absolutely be visiting again in the summer!!
