Even in the winter this spot was beautiful! The actual barn itself stays super warm and cozy and the bed is very comfortable. Rio and Toby were responsive, friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s also very conveniently located right near a good swimming spot and not far from New Paltz. My partner and I kept talking about how excited we are to hopefully come back in the spring/summer when everything on the grounds is in full bloom!

Thank you for a cozy stay! We loved the preserve across the street and waking up to the sound of birds and the country.

I just want to say that this is a very beautiful place. Julian & Karen were extremely nice to us and to have us there. Karen made sure we were comfortable with the stay, and was very respectful and the place was very cozy and inviting. The place is beautiful and warm. We had a great stay here! It was so close to all Mystic has to offer (a very close walk to the draw bridge and all of the great shops/restaurants). We visited with 3 children and our parents and the size of the house was perfect. The house is stocked with everything you can need, and the hosts left us some treats, which was a very nice touch. They were also very flexible with the check in and check out time, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Joe & Barb's place! The cabin is delightful; beautiful surrounds, peaceful and quiet while being just a short drive from the amenities of New Paltz. Joe gave us great tips for nearby hikes, and we enjoyed a tour of the veggie garden (with full credit to Barb the gardener!), and hearing about the sustainability/eco-friendly initiatives of the property. We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

Philip and Liza’s place was one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever. If you want a sterile mostly empty space that looks and feels like a display room at Ikea, this is not for you. But if you’re looking for cozy, full of character, beautiful surroundings, and the best cat host ever, you should definitely stay here. (If you’re not a cat person, that’s fine—Claus isn’t actually IN the space, but if you are, it’s definitely a bonus to be able to hang out with him in the adorable garden.) No, there isn’t a kitchen, but there’s delicious food within walking distance and a mini fridge thoughtfully stocked with some snacks and beverages. Bed was very comfortable. Bring your own ground coffee if you’re a coffee drinker (or walk down the street to get some). Easy to find and easy to park. Philip and Liza are super friendly and helpful, and thought of everything.

We had an amazing stay at Tina’s Airbnb! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Tina was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and stay longer. We loved the large windows, high ceilings, and especially the glass door that opened to fresh air. My wife particularly enjoyed the bathtub. We had a wonderful, restful time and will definitely be visiting again!”

The house was exactly as described, if not better. The hosts thought out every detail to make the stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible from the “how to” youtube tutorials down to a thoughtful s’mores kit. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back for a longer visit.

The well-equipped kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the lovely decor made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring all that Beacon has to offer. As always, you can't go wrong with Serg's places. We've now stayed at Serg's properties many times and each one is amazing - they never fail to impress. This home is perfect: very clean, spacious, big kitchen, modern appliances, beautiful and peaceful decor, and has all the amenities you need.

The cabin is beautiful, secluded (in the best way), clean, and full of everything you need. It’s a very cozy place for a weekend getaway and not far from great hiking trails and larger towns to grab dinner and explore. Kevin was a great host, checking in and answering any and all questions with a positive attitude.

This was one of the most magical little cabins me and my partner has stayed in!

Monica’s cottage was very peaceful and relaxing. Upon arriving getting in was very easy and linear. 2-3 dead stink bugs were found but I understand if the place hasn’t been touched in a while. A few dust bunnies here and there but no more than you’d find in your own home. The cottage was accurately described and pictured. Definitely met its standards, all of the decor and even the layout was beautiful and extremely cozy/comforting. This was the perfect get away me and my partner needed. Hope you enjoy as much as we did

The place is great, cozy, cute. I stayed here in the winter which is a little more challenging then I image it would be in the summer. The shower is out side as well as a water jug to use the sink (kitchen is also outside). So being the winter all the water froze solid over night. The toilet is a porta-john outside about 20 feet from the cabin. Everything was clean and nice and I would recommend it but definitely a totally different experience in the summer I'm sure.

We absolutely loved our stay! This is such a special, charming cottage and Beverly exceeded expectations. She is so friendly and responsive. The cottage has such character and is in a beautiful surrounding, just a short drive from town. We did not want to leave! We loved the decor, and we loved having Beverly as a host. We hope to come back soon!
