The house was exactly as pictured, my family and I enjoyed are stay and had everything we needed. Would defiantly recommend visiting.

Everything was great! We had some minor problems on checking in, but Carol was quick to respond. She came over within a short time to handle the minor issue. The neighborhood is definitely transitional. There are some rough-looking homes, but we had no problems. The neighbors were friendly. It was quiet at night. The nearby playground was only used during the day and early evening hours. We felt safe walking to and from the restaurants and bars in Ybor City. We also felt safe using the free trolley, even late at night.

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

We had a great stay here! The pool was fantastic after long beach days, and we all enjoyed playing pickleball. The house was large, clean and very well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break!

We loved our stay. The house was in great condition and as described. The heated pool was great as we had some cooler temperatures but the kids were still able to swim multiples times daily. Would stay here again.

Overall my rating is still 5 star largely tipped to the 5 because of the hosts. They were great communicators and very accommodating. Let me get the negatives out the way real quick. Pool was not clean at all. The grass and weeds were overgrown and one room in the house had a bit of a smell that the Lysol and air freshener did help. Now for the good…everything else! Home was well equipped. Looked like the pictures. May be an older home but remodeled and well kept. Plenty seating for meals. Shower water pressure was great. Spacious bedrooms. The outside is deceiving because the home is bigger than it looks. The beds slept well, lots of lighting if needed. Great AC and great Heat. Minutes from downtown. Quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely stay again. There were 7 of us and we all loved it.

We had 9 guests and had lots of room, pool and back yard was spacious and private

Beautiful apartment, very quiet area. Lovely patio area with lots of seating and a grill. Very responsive to our needs and requests. Marilyn was welcoming and helpful without being invasive. We would highly recommend this apartment. Great location. Very close to great restaurants and downtown St.pete. ❤️

This was our second stay at Jesse’s place and it was wonderful again. The location is great. The property was very clean and comfortable. The third floor has easy access to the gym and pool. We don’t need a car when we visit. Whole Foods is two blocks away as is the free trolley to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. We highly recommend.

This was a great place for my boyfriend and I to stay before ending our trip. It was in a quiet area not far from many beaches and activities. It was clean and spacious with simple entry and exit instructions

Dan and Charles place was perfect in every way! We cannot say enough about their place and them! Location couldn’t have been any better. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for 3 years now and this place was at the top of our list.Don't hesitate, book it now!

My husband, myself and our two young kids stayed here for just a night while passing through Tampa. My biggest review is for the king bed—it is ultra comfy! The location is actually pretty great. It seems central and is walkable to the Armature Works and the riverwalk. We were just 10 minutes from the airport w/o traffic. The building, unit, and immediate neighborhood is older and is noticeable both outside and inside. Taylor has done a good job at sprucing the unit up, but it has it's wear. Dishes are provided, filtered water, extra bedding, AC was great, etc. Stay for the king bed though. It's dreamy. We'd return!

Christine is a great host. she’s very quick to respond and answer any questions. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow. The beds are very comfortable, even the pullout couch!

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

The bed was SUPER comfortable! (which is VERY impt.) From the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, , bikes you couldn't ask for anything more. The beach wasn't far and all of the information given was spot on. I looked at a lot of AIRBNBs and this one by far reached my greatest expectations! Theres so much to say about this wonderful place. Yana was super nice and accommodating in any questions we had. We will surely go back again! Thank you for a wonderful get away!

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

We had a lovely stay at Don's place. The place was very clean, cool in temperature, and had a good view of the ocean. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities. The lock and keypad was easy to use (it was a little difficult for me to find the passcode, but Don responded right away to my request). Prior to check in we went to the pool and ordered some food, the pool/bar area was very nice, friendly staff, and it was close to the apartment. Also great coffee at the hotel across the road (The Current). I wish we could've stayed longer! Definitely recommend.

Our family with small children had a brief but wonderful stay in Treasure Island. The condo was extremely nice and clean, the building felt safe, and the beach was only a very short walk away. We loved being able to see sunsets over the Gulf from the condo!

Rachel is a wonderful host who has meticulously thought of every detail to make her place feel like home. The condo is exactly as pictured - spotlessly clean with a serene décor that makes it a perfectly relaxing and comfortable getaway. The amenities are top notch, including everything you need for the beach. Only a very short walk to the beach and the canal is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee. My stay here exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return!

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!
