Our apartment was very clean, sheet as well. The kitchen had everything what you need, there were plenty of towels in the apartment and beach supplies were helpful. The contact with the landlord was very good, he was nice and answered quickly, Is also access to a new washer and dryer. The only minus was the mess in the garden and old junks that were everywhere, as well as the neglected greenery. 9/10

Our stay here was wonderful. The beds were comfortable; the sofas were great also! There are plenty of TVs! The lanai was my favorite quiet time spot! It was comfortable and had lots of windows to enjoy the natural light for reading. The picnic table and chairs were nice, too, to enjoy the outdoors. There were beach toys for the children, and comfortable chairs for the adults, and coolers which we didn't use. Tina & Daryl were easy to communicate with and we appreciated them answering any questions we had. Daryl quickly repaired a leaky faucet. They have nice extras, like a big refrigerator & an electric rectangular skillet for pancakes & French Toast.

This was our third time staying at this place. It is wonderful!

Good location. Close to everything. Very spacious home. Good value off the high demand beach areas. Montana is super helpful and very responsive before, during and after our stay.

We had a wonderful vacation and large part to your beautiful home. The pool was a hit with the kids. Great location and close to beaches and parks. The walking path near the house was a nice way to start and end our days. We will definitely stay again!

A beautiful home and every appliance, or gadget to ensure a wonderful stay. Great location and walking distance to the village. The location is also wonderful for day trips, or other locations in Siesta Key. Stephanie was a wonderful host!

We are so happy and blessed to had found this home available. It was more than what we expected. Everything was clean and in order. Our host was responsive and available during our stay. We were very pleased with our stay in Indian Rocks! Mark’s place was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location - close to a park for the kids, just a couple of blocks to the beach, with an adorable coffee shop and a nice nature reserve just down the street. 3 beach chairs available, and access to the washer and dryer were also great perks. Definitely will be back!
