Although we did not get to stay at Patrick's due to a change in plans, he communicated well and we would stay again another time.

Where do I even begin?! This Airbnb was absolutely PERFECT for my bachelorette party! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found the ideal spot. The house was spacious, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable weekend. One of the best things about this place was how well it accommodated our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, get ready without feeling cramped, and still have our own little corners to recharge when needed. But at the same time, the layout made it super easy for all of us to be together! The huge upstairs living space was amazing for hanging out, laughing, and making memories, and the large dining table was the perfect spot for meals, games, and late-night chats. Everything about this stay was beyond what we expected, and I cannot recommend it enough! If you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable, stylish, and perfect for a group getaway, THIS IS IT. :)

What a great little gem! The house is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood and only a couple minutes from the interstate and good shopping. We slept 4 people in 3 different rooms and still had and some additional space downstairs if we had needed to sleep a 5th person. The kitchen was very well appointed which made cooking (which was a significant reason for Airbnb versus a hotel) easy and natural. We had family style dinners with little more effort than back at home. The home is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable furniture, and the beds (at least mine anyways.. I didn't test the others) was very comfortable. Hosts were genuine and friendly and checked in with us several times! When we return to Independence, MO, this will be my preferred rental moving forward! THANK YOU!!!!

The little house is very cute and conveniently located to many of the places we planned to go during our stay.

Kathleen was very responsive to our requests and communicative throughout our booking requests and check out procedures. Our team enjoyed the two separate living rooms and the fully equipped kitchen. We'd highly recommend staying here.
