We loved our long weekend at Hygge Hideaway! Thank you so much for the hospitality and all the amenities. The cabin was so comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the privacy, it was so peaceful and quiet. Soaking in the hot tub in the evening was delightful, even during a snowstorm! We had everything we needed. The location was conveniently located only 10 minutes from restaurants, grocery store, and shopping in Crosby. Thanks Noah & Char!

Garrett’s place was so cozy and cute! We loved relaxing there with our little family. The hot tub feels private without neighbors being able to see you. The beds are nice (primary bedroom bed is super plush, but you can take the mattress topper cover off if that doesn’t work for your back). We loved walking to the restaurant in the evenings and playing darts and enjoying their specials. You can see the lake from the cabin windows, and the sunset from the kitchen. There were a lot of hospitable details that we really appreciated.

My Family and I had a great stay, everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the Hot tub and pool table the most, the game room is spectacular. The MN lake stay house has lots of great gatherings spaces both in and out of the house for family time. Our Host Macayla was very helpful and friendly! We definitely will be staying again.

I had a wonderful stay at this cabin while celebrating my 21st birthday with family. The photos don’t fully capture how scenic and beautiful the place is. The kitchen and living room were spacious, filled with natural light, and perfect for gathering. The entire house, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, was clean and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the backyard and deck. The sunset over the lake was stunning, making for great photos. We even saw a couple of deers as well. Despite visiting in late March with temperatures in the 40s, the hot tub was a game-changer—clean, warm, and incredibly relaxing. The downstairs and under-deck area also provided a great space to unwind. The only minor inconvenience was a slight sulfur smell in the water, which disappeared after flushing. Additionally, the foosball table could use some attention as I believe the orientation of the players are backwards. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing getaway.

This was the perfect location for a girl's weekend! Lots of amenities (hot tub, sauna, etc.) and close to several surrounding towns and shopping, food, etc.

The stay was fantastic. There is no shortage of things to do both around town and at the place itself. Perfect for a large group as there is a bit of something for everyone! The hot tub and golf simulator were a huge hit, would highly recommend for larger groups and families.

Evan & Annie’s place was perfect for our mother-daughter winter getaway! Their sauna, hot tub, and fireplaces kept us spoiled & cozy! Plenty of board games and smart TVs for entertainment, along with an easy accessible ATV trail for private outdoor walks just feet from their place. Thank you Evan & Annie for the sweet memories your place will hold in my mom & I’s hearts forever!

2nd time at this cabin - its perfect for our girls weekend and we love the walking paths.

Exactly what we were looking for - wish we would have stayed a bit longer even!

Great location, big back yard and squeaky clean accommodations. Felt so cozy and right at home with the fire place going upon our arrival. The perfect little place for a week long getaway with our pups. Hosts were very communicative and flexible with check in and out. Would absolutely return!

Such a phenomenal space, inside and out. My pup and I could stare out the giant windows looking for deer, owls, eagles, swans, squirrels and more among the birch and aspen for hours - and often did. What a beautiful, thoughtful, aspirational build. I will savor my stay here long into the future. And to top it all off, the host was super attentive and responsive!

We had a great stay! Our original accommodations canceled the night before our trip up north, and she accepted our trip right away! She was very responsive, overall would stay again!!

We booked this home because of a wedding at a nearby venue. 7 of us enjoyed the living room with cozy blankets, the electric fireplace. The kitchen with was spacious fully stocked & great for the few meals we had there. A variety of spices & a plethora of pots/pans/cooking equipment was a bonus. the kitchen table had enough chairs and space for everyone- which we appreciated. Other places we have stayed at - didn’t have enough seating for us even though we under the max people allowed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Enough towels for all. I had a problem turning on the water - and the hosts responded very quickly to help resolve the issue. Very responsive & available to help. We would consider this home in the future for a longer stay- but it worked perfectly for our short stay & event.

Second time staying here and it's very comfortable and clean. They have made updates to the home since we were there last. The furniture is comfortable, home is clean, things are labeled and easy to find. The view of the lake is so beautiful! We haven't been there in the summer, but we hope to! We appreciated the little touches of hospitality, for example a handwritten card to welcome us back, "take what you need" toiletries in the bathroom, and treats for us on the counter. We had a hiccup with the door code and messaged Sharon and she replied immediately and got us in. (It was a user error, I'm sure!) Definitely would recommend Camp Hammond! Thank you, Sharon!

Perfect two bedroom cabin on the lake! My husband slept 15 hours, the bed was THAT comfortable and after an 11 hr drive, he needed the rest. The host thought about every need guests would have and even when the area power went out briefly, she was proactive and kept us up to date. (It was an issue in the community not just the cabin.) The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee bar was so cute! We wanna come back in the summer and take advantage of the kayaks on the lake and go swimming! We loved it was pet friendly for our two small dogs and they felt right at home. WiFi worked great and so did the tv. Next time I’m bringing binoculars. I was told there are swans on the lake. We heard honking but couldn’t get a close look. The lake view was beautiful and the water froze over in the 2 degree weather. Our family cannot wait to come back. You will get your steps in going up the hill to parking spot. 10/10 in our book! Will book again! ~Indiana family

We had a great, relaxing time at Jessica’s cabin! The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of towels, the cabin was spacious. It was SO quiet and peaceful! We would definitely return! If you visiting in the colder months, you may want to bring slippers. We enjoyed breakfast at the Roasting House and picked up pizza at Zorbaz (both close by). We also enjoyed a hike at Savanna Portage State Park.

We enjoyed our weekend here on an annual couples ice fishing trip! Terry and Connie are excellent hosts, and their place offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even at the coldest time of year, we felt right at home in the Cozy Cabin.

This was my second stay here. Check-in was a breeze, the cabin was well stocked and clean. Pretty much everything you would need was supplied as far as cooking and eating needs were concerned. We had a very comfortable stay. The host communicated very well and promptly. 5 stars all away around

Matt did a great job describing the driveway and including a picture so that we didn’t drive past it. The location is very remote and so peaceful! We had everything we needed to cook yummy meals and were aware ahead of time that there was no dishwasher, which was just fine for two people. The water does have a metallic taste to it, even after being run through a Britta filter, so I would encourage bringing bottled water for coffee/drinking. The stars at night were incredible and watching the sunrise on the dock in the morning was a highlight for me. Would love to come back in the summer and use the canoe! We did some local hiking and loved the Thai food at a local restaurant nearby. WiFi and projector worked great! Highly recommend a couple getaway here to unwind and reconnect.

Mike was amazing. we were planning on staying at another location that fell through last minute and his response was very prompt, he was very kind and attentive. The location was beautiful and the cabebeezo was perfect. I only wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. Will definitely be first on our list when we head back thay direction.

The place was beautiful as described. It was just the right amount of space for 8 adults. The location was secluded and quiet with lots of room for parking. Will definitely book again if we are back in the area.

This is such a beautiful setting and the home is so comfortable! Janett was such a cordial hostess and so flexible. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!
