The view was outstanding! The walk to the beach was easier than I expected. I had forgotten my AirPods in the apartment and Katherine has generously offered to mail the back to me. She’s very helpful. The town only had a few amenities but it was still okay. It was the view that particularly sold me.

Mike you’re awesome, property is great with a wonderful view. Mike keeps it super clean and has provided what you could need to have a great stay. The beach view and waking up to the sound of the waves is priceless. Total gem

We had a great few days in Liz’s little apartment, 2 adults and a teenager. A lovely place with a huge comfy bed! So convenient for the beach and some great eateries!

We absolutely loved our now second stay at Jay's. The accommodation is so warm and welcoming with the comfiest bed of any airbnb we've stayed in. It's always clean and up to high standards, beautiful flowers, artwork, and some yummy cake in the fridge. We love its location and proximity to Towan beach too. Thank you!

Thank you, a lovely stay…..was worried about 1 full bedroom for 7 of us but actually worked fine - had all we needed and wow what an amazing views of the beach and dunes! Great communication from Miranda and wonderful to be back in Perranporth!

Thank you Jax and Simon - we had a brilliant stay. Absolutely amazing location and views of the beach and cliffs from the house. The house was extremely well taken care of and looked immaculate when we arrived. A great set of sofas made for very comfy evenings when in. Jax and Simon obviously take great pride in the house and the experience - we had everything we needed and they were very responsive and proactive in all communications between us. Thoroughly recommended location, house, and owners.

The property is terrific and located in a particularly lovely part of the world. Easy walk to the beach, easy drive to local amenities, stores, and restaurants (also entirely walkable, though you may have to deal with lots of traffic and roundabouts depending where you are headed). On the couple of occasions when I did reach out to Lizzy and Scott, they responded quickly and completely. Everything in the property was as described or better, especially including the comfortable sun room and the huge back garden. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

We had a wonderful holiday in the perfect location. From Ocean’s Edge, perched above the glorious Smugglers’ cove, the views are outstanding. All necessities are provided plus a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. We look forward to returning!

Excellent location. Super big house for our family celebration

Lovely base for a weekend in Newquay. The house is in a great location. Plenty of space for our group of four, comfortable beds and big communal areas downstairs. We didn't use the garden much but it's a nice space and great to have the option. There was a small issue with the flush in the downstairs toilet, but we weren't home a lot so it didn't really affect our stay too much. Ellie was very responsive and helpful in trying to resolve it. We would definitely stay here again!

Just got back from a week at Shaun’s place. Had a brilliant time. Easy to find and park. 5 min walk to beach, great Chippy, Pub and shop. The house was very clean and in great condition. I don’t think the pics really do it justice. It’s an upside down house and the top floor is open plan with amazing views. Communication with Shaun was prompt and helpful. Definitely going to book again!

We had a fabulous stay at this quirky little house. We felt right at home and really didn’t want to leave! The view from the house is absolutely stunning. We felt like we could sit on the balcony all day, mesmerised by the sea. The house had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back. Thank you Barbara :)

I'm so glad to have been able to stay here! It honestly was one of the most amazing properties ever, I was saying to my now fiance and my parents how I'd love to move in. The scenery was stunning, the decor with the plants was beautiful and you could barely hear the noise from outside. A few bits in the kitchen weren't properly washed but we cleaned up what we needed to use, not the end of the world! I definately plan to stay here again as it was in such a perfect location. I highly recommend a meal at the Boathouse a few minutes away from the property, and keep an eye on your spends at the arcade. Oh my god I'm sure I could've got a mortgage out with the amount we spent! Good time and lots of smiles around. I hope you find this advice helpful and have a wonderful time in Newquay :)

Exemplary apartment, very well equipped. Really close to beaches and walkable into town. We absolutely loved our time here and couldn’t believe how beautiful the space was! Highly recommend :)

Wohnung war super schön, sauber und gab uns direkt ein „Zuhause“ Gefühl. Besonders angenehm war, dass die Küche viele kleine Utensilien hatte, die das kochen und auch sauber machen so einfach machten. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach super und die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

We had a great bank holiday stay at Alex's apartment. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed, and was just a short walk to the beach. There were some nice welcome touches of some snacks for us and for the pooch too!

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

We had an amazing midweek stay, thought it was very good value, even out of summer holidays loads to do and open your door and you’re overlooking the beach. Apartment was spotless and even on the rainy days we loved just using the boardgames and enjoying the comfort! Very friendly and helpful hosts, hopefully we can stay again!!
