Great French doors to enjoy the lovely shaded family yard. A very well-appointed basement apartment. Very comfy bed. All the pillows and linens you'll need. Friendly nice non-barking dog. Super friendly sweet cat who escorts you to your door and back to your car. Our 5 year granddaughter said, " I'm going to miss that cat"

Calli's space is amazing and a real gem right in the heart of Chattanooga. Easily walkable to Downtown, Southside (or even River North when the walking bridge is reopened)!. The condo itself is more than spacious (an understatement, actually) and balances the feelings of modern, clean, bright, airy, cozy, and refined just right. There are so many unique features to this space that make it feel very one-of-a-kind and special. Our kids absolutely adored the upstairs master with built-in loft. If you are concerned about parking -- don't be. We brought two cars, and never had trouble parking on the street directly in front of the unit. We will be back!

Great place. Perfect for a private couple’s retreat. Close enough to town but definitely out in the country. Clean and well thought out. Felt like home. Well done!

I highly recommend staying at this little gem. The surroundings are very peaceful and the duplex is a new construction so everything is in fabulous shape inside. It is definitely one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in!! The kitchen is awesome! It has so much space and is furnished with some very nice appliances. The laundry room is a very nice bonus! Lisi and Alan are amazing hosts! They are sweet, responsive, and extremely accommodating. Overall, a great Airbnb experience!!

Of my many numerous Airbnb stays, this one with Bonnie rates among my highest. Bonnie was an absolute delight as a host and a person. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs and was highly accommodating for check in and check out. The living space exuded a magical and welcoming vibe. It was conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga via a short drive. Thank you for an amazing and rejuvenating getaway!

Jennifer was great at accommodating me on a last minute booking. Very sweet and directed me around some traffic detours. Unit was perfect and sparkling clean. I wish I could have stayed longer! Will def rebook when I am in the area again!

The place was perfect for me & my elderly/disabled Mom. It was close to my son who lives in Chattanooga and the neighborhood is lovely. The host was quick to help with a clogged toilet. (Probably just us with no strength to plunge it!) We are grateful for this beautiful place which gave us the opportunity to visit Family & Friends 💖 Would recommend.

My son and I stayed here for ten days. The location is convenient, very close to downtown Chattanooga, to parks and hiking trails. The studio was very clean and neighborhood is very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay in Chatt! Carrie was a wonderful host! Super responsive and kind. The location, while next to the train tracks, was surprisingly quiet. The trains did not cause us any disturbance as the building is built well! It’s in a great up and coming location and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants (a little bit of a walk but easy to do). We would definitely book her place again.

We stayed at Jay’s place because we were having work done at our home. The work wasn’t done and we had to stay another night and Jay was accommodating by offering his other space he rents. He also allowed us to have a 30 minute longer checkout. Great host!

The apartment met or exceeded any expectations. Tammy is a wonderful host. She is prompt answering any questions. I must also say Tammy has a little piece of heaven in the city with her properties. She has a wonderful field for walking dogs or children playing, a small playground, and other things like gazebos, swings, fire pits etc at each property. Her pet policy was extremely flexible especially since I have a large dog and a small. The cleanliness was impeccable upon arrival. I highly recommend any of Tammy's properties. Wonderful person with her own community 2 miles from downtown!

We had a great visit in Chattanooga while staying at Kellie's. We love the late check-out and early check-in compared to other places, the privacy, and convenience of the location to things to do and restaurants. We were even able to doordash an amazing breakfast to our room. The hot tub was also a huge plus, and one of our favorite things about this stay.

Our stay was great. The place was very clean and provided everything we needed. The hot tub was so nice to have right outside the door. The view from the pool area is amazing! The goats on the property are very cute and came right up to the fence for us to see. The instructions for check in and out are easy to follow. Please keep in mind when booking the place sits on a mountain side. The main driveway is paved and well maintained but very steep. We will be coming back again. Loved our experience.

This place was so refreshing! Right outside of the city, tucked away, gorgeous views of the mountain, loved how roomy the space was; everything I needed was accounted for. I came solo after my guests couldn’t fly out but I could see it being the perfect spot for families/groups. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks for such a great stay! Will definitely be back!

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected! The suite was extremely clean and very inviting! Jen and her husband are very welcoming! They both took time out of their days to recommend local places to visit while we were here! Once we arrived they gave us a thorough tour and even showed us the event center that is on the property! No details have been forgot about! There is a dog park for pets, a Sauna, hot tub, game closet for rainy days (for all ages!) and a playground for the kids! We truly felt right at home and absolutely loved staying here! We would definitely recommend this location to others!!!
