Amazing views of the ocean. Loved watching the sunsets. Great location. Walkable to the beach and downtown Cayucos. Property management was easy to get in touch with when we needed to fix something. Thank you!

We stay at a lot of Airbnb places. This was as described, clean, in a lovely neighborhood. Our family was pleased to have access to the pool table and backyard. The place was nicely decorated and well stocked. The instructions were very clear and timely. We will for sure be back.

The rental was charming in the middle of beautiful oak trees . Very safe location and provided privacy. Walkable to beach and town. Clean and well equipped. Host was available, if needed, and went over the top to make sure our stay was comfortable. Hope to return soon.

We had a great stay at Neil‘s place. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that it was just a 10 minute walk to the bay and to good restaurants. The backyard was great to relax in and for our dog to run around. Neil was extremely responsive and very helpful with suggestion.

We had a wonderful stay, and will book again in the future.

Jennifers place is a brilliant location to stay wether you're stopping for a night or looking for a week away. locted in a beautiful little town with some amazing scenery and restaurants. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful - well designed, spotless, and beautiful views. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. What really made this stay special was the host’s kindness and responsiveness. From the moment I booked, they were incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. Any time I had a question, they responded quickly and warmly, making the whole experience seamless. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

We were in San Luis Obispo for a wedding at La Lomita Ranch and this place was perfect. A quick drive to the venue and to downtown SLO. The place itself had spacious bedrooms, sizeable bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. They had a rain shower in the primary bedroom which was lovely. The host was also very responsive to any of our questions. Just bring eye masks, it does get bright in 2 of 3 bedrooms that face the sun. Other than that it was perfect, would definitely stay here again.

We often drive to Central California and usually stay in hotels in SLO but we wanted something different for this trip. The Pink Gem was such a fun getaway and very spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen area was the hub of the house and we prepared a few meals while there. Host was very responsive.
