Our employees lived in the flats offered by Jürgen for several months in total. Obviously, during this time there were situations that required immediate solutions and host intervention. Jürgen always responded promptly to our requests and solved the problems that arose. Communication was excellent, the host always responded to our messages within a couple of minutes. There are also no comments about the apartments themselves. Everything was as stated in the description and also the pictures did not differ from reality. We would recommend Jürgen and his properties.

Frank was an amazing host and was very attentive to our needs. He provided water and coffee which was really nice. He took his time to walk us through the apartment and showed us how things worked. The apartment was extremely clean and peaceful. I would recommend his place to anyone visiting the area!

Gerne hätte ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängert. Alles hervorragend und man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der Wohnung.

Marie und Otto sind toll! Ohne Probleme erreichbar, super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir sind erst später am Abend angekommen und sie haben uns trotz Regen draußen in Empfang genommen und statt einer Schlüsselbox lieber persönlich auf uns gewartet, um uns zu begrüßen und in der Wohnung alles zu zeigen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage in einer der charmanten Gassen mitten in der Heidelberger Altstadt ist unschlagbar. Direkt vor dem Fenster ist ein tolles kleines Café und die Fußgängerzone ist nichtmal 20m entfernt. Man kann sogar das Schloss sehen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier fehl am Platz, die Wohnung liegt mitten im Leben und ist genau richtig, wenn man Heidelberg erleben möchte. Eine riesige Auswahl an Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren auf einem Konzert in der Halle 02 und konnten selbst diese mit einem Fußweg von 45min erreichen und dabei noch mehr von Heidelberg genießen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit Sebastian war klasse. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann es wirklich nur empfehlen! 👍

Perfectly located apartment with many stores and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. I really like having the car parked in a garage rather than trying to find a place on the street. Despite being in a busy part of Kaiserslautern it was quite and peaceful at night.

Gemütliches, sauberes einfach erreichbares Appartment. In der Nähe gibt es Bushaltestellen, eine exzellente Pizzaria, ein Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Apptheke. Der Preis ist günstig.

Very friendly host. We had everything we needed and more. Perfect internet, kitchen, parking.. Only downside would be that it is under the roof so half a apartment is tilted, or in other words watch your head if you are tall. There is also a dog that host says is friendly, but sure as hell doesnt look (or act) like it. All in all perfect stay for the money, would come again !

Piękne, czyste mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji. Gospodarza ma swój własny miód. Zameldowanie przebiegło bez problemu. Najważniejsze czyli parking oraz internet wi-fi był na miejscu. Polecam to miejsce !

Ich bin ungefähr 1 Monat bei Patrick geblieben,alles war in Ordnung. Schöne Wohnung, schöne Lage,sehr ruhig, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Amazing! So much to love. Location perfect, light airy windows, beautiful wood decor, view of the Main river, car park was super easy and convenient for our day trips in and out right over to the autobahn, elevator for carrying luggage to the 5th floor. We wanted to stay another week! We had only transited Frankfurt up to now and are glad we finally took the time to see what the city has to offer.

A lovely apartment and hosts who made everything simple with great communication and good local information. The apartment is large, the two bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The bathroom is large and there’s a well equipped kitchen. It was very quiet in the apartment and we slept very well. Rüdesheim is a small place but with lots to do in the town and surrounding area. Great for a long weekend. Would highly recommend.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Udo rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt und Udo ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Für unsere Tagesausflüge hatte er immer einen guten Hinweis parat (schön war auch der vorbereitete Ordner mit Vorschläge an Unternehmungen in der Gegend). Das Frühstück hat uns positiv überrascht, es war stets sehr liebevoll vorbereitet und abwechslungsreich. Am Abend konnte man im Whirlpool etwas abschalten. Ein kleines Highlight sind natürlich die Alpakas. Wir durften Udo mehrmals bei der Fütterung begleiten und auch selber füttern. Dabei hat er uns viel interessantes über seine Tiere erzählt, was sehr schön war. Abgesehen davon konnte man sie auch immer vom Grundstück aus beobachten. Alles in Allem: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. :)

Diese wunderschöne Unterkunft muss man einfach weiterempfehlen. Wir waren überwältigt von der tollen Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit. Der Service und die Angebote sind absolut Klasse! Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊👍🏻

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in der Ferienwohnung wohl gefühlt. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten dadurch viel in der Gegend unternehmen. Wir kamen später als die angegebene Check-in-Zeit an, was aber überhaupt kein Problem war. Die Wohnung war ideal für uns vier Erwachsene, schön eingerichtet und außerdem sehr sauber. Den Aufenthaltsraum mit Dart, Billiard, Kicker und Tischtennis haben wir gut genutzt. Auch der Whirlpool und die Fitnessgeräte in der Wohnung kamen zum Einsatz! Auch eine Waschmaschine konnten wir auf Anfrage nutzen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Lidl) war ca. 12min mit dem Auto entfernt. Unsere Ausflugsziele waren u.a. Burg Eltz, Geierlay-Brücke, Moselschleife in Bremm mit Vulkaneifeltherme (ca. 40 min entfernt) und der Laacher See. Die Gastgeber Susanne und Andreas waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und während des Aufenthalts immer gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für Alles! :-)

Genial apartamento con vistas fantásticas al Mosela. Amplio, muy cómodo, como en casa. A los niños (de 8 años) les encantó. Excelente ubicación cerca del centro y de los supermercados Aldi y Edeka a los que se accede con un atajo por el jardín trasero. Nosotros lo usamos 4 noches como base para conocer el resto de localidades del Valle. En la oficina de turismo, online, contratamos una excursión por los viñedos y bodega que nos encantó. En definitiva, apartamento muy recomendable.

Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Es ist eine Oase für jeden, der mal eine Auszeit vom Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation war super.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
