My husband and I loved staying at Marcus and Fiona’s property. It was everything as described and very private. Marcus and Fiona was very responsive and we had a lovely time. We highly recommend staying at Marcus and Fiona’s property.

Lorraine was a wonderful host who provided very clear instructions and was b generous with the check in times. The house was situated very close to the restaurants and other amenities, as well as the beaches. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Great ocean road and surroundings! Joo

Calm, beautiful, and wonderfully spacious! The open layout is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The pictures don’t do it justice - it’s truly a gorgeous house. While we didn’t have guests during our stay, we could see how this would be ideal for hosting family gatherings or big celebrations. We’ve never returned to a house before, but this one is definitely on our list to come back to. A truly serene and inviting place! Thank you for a beautiful, memorable stay ❤️

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. the house is spacious with more than enough room for two families. the view is spectacular with views right across the peninsula and the back beaches and sitting on the deck was an antidepressant, you could sit out there for hours. the house has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. Michelle was a great host and always responded to our questions. we were appreciative that Michelle was able to let us check in earlier and check out later upon our request. thanks Michelle for a wonderful stay on the peninsula!

Had a wonderful time here. Jane is a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful during booking, and throughout our stay. The house is magnificent, very comfortable, and all the amenitities as described to make our stay comfortable. The pool and spa was perfect, and water was crystal clear. The balcony was so peaceful to sit out and enjoy a quiet coffee. The kitchen was well equiped for us to cook at home, and although the stove gas pressure was not strong, was complemented by an excellent Weber bbq with side burner on the deck. Of note, for dog owners, the outside is not fully fenced in, which is fine for our indoor dog, but just FYI. Also the spiral stairs to second level are quite steep so we just needed to ensure the top of the stairs was blocked off for our toddler with luggage, but important for those with young kids or elderly. Our group of 10 had a very enjoyable stay and wouldnt hesitate to book again.

My family and I had a beautiful stay in Rye! The house was phenomenal and the jacuzzi was a highlight. The entertaining area was perfect for all of us and we enjoyed many BBQ’s. I loved how everything was labelled, made it very easy to navigate cupboards in the kitchen. Thank you so much! 100% recommend

Tess was a great host. She was really easy to deal with and made checking in and out so easy for us. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for your stay. It’s a short drive to the Main Street in Rye which made heading to the beach and having a great time over the weekend really easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our time here making memories with our friends and kids. Park was right next door, we walked to the beach to watch the sunrise. Property was close to shops and plenty of parking. Thanks for welcoming us into your home.

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. My partner and I spent 2 nights in Villa 4 and had an incredible weekend! The quiet and private location along with stunning views overlooking Apollo Bay perfectly matches the description and photos. Clear instructions every step in the process were provided, with minimal/reasonable request to tidy a few things before leaving. We were there during a very hot weekend (35°) so recommend to close the blinds during the day to minimise the heat coming through and reduce the need for the air con. This place is definitely a great stay and would absolutely come back again the next time we are down in Apollo Bay region.

The most beautiful place to stay! Surrounded by nature and so quiet and peaceful. The place itself was so comfortable and a really lovely design. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Very big and nice house, furniture wasn’t up to the mark, dining chairs were too cheap and one broken while seated and couple more about to break, tea tables were very light and cheap doesn’t go with the beautiful house, stand fans was provided but one couldn’t stand nearly broken, there were lots of broken glasses on the clothing line, one of our kid cut his feet and doctors assistant was required, noticed Lily and she acknowledged and willing to help every was possible, that was very nice of her. Overall we enjoyed staying there and wish to stay again when possible. Thanks you Lily🙏🙏

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rebeccas schönem Cottage. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr privat gelegen mit einem tollen Blick auf das Tal. Besonders hervorzuheben sind ausserdem die schöne Terrasse auf der die Papageien zum Frühstück vorbeischauen und der Kamin, der an kalten Abenden für gemütliche Stimmung sorgt. Rebecca ist eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

Jan was a wonderful host. Her farm is beautiful and the property was very clean. You can tell she has great attention to detail. She was available and responsive to any questions we had and was flexible with our check-in time. Highlights: - Welcoming and accommodating to our 8 month old puppy - Privacy was respected, yet Jan was available if needed - Great local recommendations - Getting to feed Sunny the pony - Scoring some free local potatoes which we had for our dinner when we got back home… delicious!

Hands down, the best experience on Airbnb. The pool is amazing that our 4 year old son didn’t want to leave. He in actual fact termed the place as “our new home”. Amazing communication by Peter, very proactive and friendly. The host actually allowed us to check in at 1pm instead of the scheduled 3pm and allowed us an hour later checkout. So we checked out at 11am instead of 10am. We shall definitely return soon for more days stay. Very much recommendable.

We are so blessed that Pete shared his little piece of Paradise with us. If you need to disconnect from the things that don’t matter and reconnect with those that do then this is the place for you. Words cannot describe the contentment that comes from drifting in kayaks on a private stretch of river, swimming, watching Platypus, picking berries, enjoying the weather roll by with a cup of tea in hand - either on the deck or from bed! We created our own day Spa and Pete’s place makes this all possible effortlessly. The cabin is thoughtfully set up, beautiful but simple and effectively designed. A space that just encourages you to unwind. Pete our host was great to deal with, quick to respond, obliging, providing local knowledge and generous offers, and then invisible. A heads up - the toilet is not under the main roof and being bush land there are bugs. Only an issue if that’s an issue. Whatever you do, stay for more than one night, you just won’t get the full effect. Loved it

We had a lovely stay in this Retro Retreat. In the middle of nature with all the birds and kangaroos, it was very chill :) The house perfectly corresponded to the description (as beautiful as the pictures). Phoebe was also very reactive for any questions. I highly recommend it!

Deb and Noel were great hosts! The place was awesome, private and peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed watching the horses go by as they moved paddocks in the morning and evening as we sat out front. The shack itself was a perfect little space, very well kept and had everything we needed.
