Absolutely stunning, everything from the place to the views and the hospitality, the photos don’t even do the place justice. Would absolutely recommend it to everyone, and look forward to coming back.

Anna is an excellent and usually very responsive when we have something would like to seek her assistance. The villa is amazing and we spent 3 weeks in here, still found it not enough and would love to stay longer if we could. We are welcome with a sparkling champagne, and snacks. Everything is clean and maintained very well. The backyard is so beautiful having the lake with all the duckies, seagulls and gooses swimming around every day to make you feel very calm and peaceful. it's just so close to all the supermarkets and daily essentials need at down town by car for 10 mins. Some good restaurants around to make your day easy just if you are not fancy to cook your own meal but her kitchen equipped every well that can easily cook too if you like to. We enjoyed very much in the villa last 3 weeks with Anna's awesome hospitality during our stay. Highly recommend if you come to Melbourne and wants to escape a bit from the city life, here is the best option for you.

The house was very comfortable and had a real beach feel. It was well equipped with breakfast supplies, additional groceries, extra towels and BBQ.

We recently spent 6 incredible days at the Ocean and Mountain Villa, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The villa itself is stunning, spread across three spacious levels with breathtaking views of both the ocean and the mountains. The design of the villa made it the perfect place to relax and unwind, with plenty of space for everyone.

Lovely modern house, with a fantastic open plan space but well sub divided for sleeping. Helpful pack, with detailed explanations on where items were stored. Outside shower and good sized front garden for our dog. So close to a great beach, which our dog enjoyed off lead (and so did we in the surf). Town only 10 minutes away. All in all, a great weekend in a wonderful property which enhanced our stay.

Amanda’s place was perfect for our family visit, with a great location just seconds away from Beaumaris concourse. Clean, comfortable, nice outdoor seating area, and Amanda was an excellent communicator.

Beautiful retreat only a few minutes walk to the Blairgowrie shops and beach. A beautiful space, thoughtfully furnished and spotless. Thanks for a wonderful comfortable and relaxing stay!

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We stayed at beachside Grove for the weekend as we had a wedding nearby. It is a beautiful house, clean and exactly as the photos show. The house had everything we needed and more. Lovely outdoor spaces, pool and BBQ area. We will definitely stay again next time we are on the peninsula

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! Terry was an excellent host and this is such a great place down the coast for some time with family. Our little ones loved swimming and seeing the animals. Beds were comfy and the cottage was large. We will be back! Thanks again Terry!

Summer's place was great, well maintained, top quality amenities and appliances. When you arrive, the quality of the place stands out. It is also walking distance to the beach. Altogether our group had a great experience.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Thank-you!!!

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

Superbly appointed spacious light and character-full, with rare full disabled access. Elegance mixed with a swag of David Bromley and a whole lot of Springsteen, a great place to gather family to stay for a wedding weekend. Ria was super responsive, generously filled the place with everything we could possibly need and has generally created the most relaxed stay we could hope for. We will have to book again on a less blustery weekend to enjoy the beautiful pool.

Swan bay was a beautiful stay I’ll be definitely staying again the front desk was easy check in and check out we didn’t get clear instructions on check out with the rubbish we were told to get rid of the rubbish but wasn’t told weather we needed to dispose of it or leave out front of cabin we took to front desk and was told to leave out front of cabin next time but we were able to dispose of easily out front of reception other then that the stay was super peaceful and clean I’d definitely stay again was an amazing birthday weekend away we traveled to Geelong racecourse for the M5 rodeo and travel to spring creek horse riding in bellbrae
