Location of this place is perfect. Walking distance to the pier and local restaurants. House is functional and very nice. Tracy and Randy were formidable hosts. They were very responsive to all the questions we had.

Our stay at Jennifer's place was fantastic. My wife and I were in much need of a getaway and these accommodations in Grover Beach were great. It is a very private setting. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, entertainment, relaxing, etc...I loved having the treadmill in the game room for morning workouts and then playing air hockey at night. The fenced in outdoor space was perfect for our dog. We made fires in the pit each night and enjoyed the tranquil surroundings. It was an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant to walk in. Jennifer was immediately communicative throughout the process and a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Diana’s cottage is beautifully decorated. We loved staying there. It was clean and comfortable. The ocean and beach is so close. It was nice to grab a coffee and enjoy the beauty of the coast every day without driving anywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful despite the houses being close together. We would love to stay there again.

The house was perfect for our group. We spent the majority of our time in Santa Barbara with friends for their wedding but enjoyed coming back here in the evenings to use the pool and hot tub. He had plenty of towels for us to use. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We didn’t use the kitchen much be it looked like they had everything needed to cook.

We enjoyed our short stay at Ximin’s cute house. It is very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Ximin gave us plenty of helpful instructions and was extremely responsive.

What a great find! This house was perfect for two families (each had their own house) for a quick spring break trip. We loved that it was walking distance from the beach, and there was everything we needed for fun at the beach, including sand toys and beach chairs. The large gated front yard was perfect for our kids to play while the adults hung out on the front porch.

A fabulous location, just steps from the beach and walkable to all the downtown restaurants, bars, and the pier. You really can hear the ocean. The fireplace heater was plenty for the entire unit. It's the furthest from the street, so that helped with any street noise.

would absolutely stay here again. very family friendly which we’re always looking for on Airbnb—loved all the toys they had available. all the furniture was very comfortable and made us feel right at home. the owners were great to communicate with and the home was easy to find. super close to pismo. thank you for hosting us!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Laurie's place. It was a beautiful home with a very peaceful vibe. Pismo was only a short drive away which was great for day time activities. We hope to come back one day!

I absolutely loved staying here. The child we had with us LOVED the goats and it was a beautiful space for us to stay!! In fact she also has other another air bnb at the same location. When we come out with the rest of my family I will definitely rent both so we can all be in the same place!!
