Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

The location is very convenient, opposite big plaza with many good restaurants. The place is well equipped for long stay. I appreciate that there is a rice cooker in the apartment. I would stay at this property again if I’m in the area.

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

The place speaks for itself. Wonderful location alongside a great host. If you are from out of town, definitely a super convenient spot for tourists as it is easily accessible to many areas around Los Angeles. Cathy was very responsive and communicative!

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

Hamilton Cove is incredibly beautiful, very secluded and peacefully quiet. Trevor’s place is well kept, spacious and very comfortable. The golf cart use makes this good deal on a great rental, quite an amazing experience. I usually don’t like to drive around like that, but the golf cart quickly immersed us into the miniature traffic world of Avalon, which was quite a unique experience. I would highly recommend this rental to any couple looking for that quick but unforgettable romantic experience… especially if you’re from Southern California like we are. A+ to Trevor for opening up his jewel of a place to people like us to enjoy.

Char is truly an excellent host. Very responsive, proactive and communicative. The entire space was very clean, well arranged and decorated in a very calming and welcoming manner. The back deck is very beautiful and many hours can be spent bird watching from there. Everything was as described. This is truly a very special place to stay and it was a privilege staying here.

Absolutely beautiful property with all our needs met. Will definitely keep on our list of places to return to. Highly recommend!

Jennings’ home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The location was great, the house was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. There’s an iPad that controls everything in the home, including the temperature of the hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. Lori (co-host) was very proactive and pleasant. We felt well looked-after and appreciated the lovely welcome basket and hand written card. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

We loved staying at Jean’s place. It’s cute, cozy and clean. The location is great! It’s walkable with a nice coffee shop and stores nearby. Great host!

Our stay here was amazing. The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were so comfy, the game room was perfect for the boys. They loved that we could play music on the refrigerator. Best part was the shower, the rainfall shower head was paradise. Pleased with our stay and jay was very communicative.

This was a great weekend home for us and our 14 month old. It had all the amenities we needed and it was extremely quiet as well. Walking distance to all the cafes and stores on Glendale, very short drive to Silver Lake and Griffith Park, excellent location overall. The weather was stunning so we got to spend time in the back yard and pick some lemons and oranges. A SoCal California special!

This is an excellent option for Redondo Beach. The unit is well supplied and definitely has a female touch, the outdoor space is a lovely extra. Angela was kind and helpful, and Bailey came over to see us most days. The option to use the bikes and access the Strand so easily was definitely a big plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex and George’s place! The location was ideal - on a quiet street but just a short drive to Magic Mountain, the Rose Bowl, and tons of great restaurants. The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super cozy, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. Parking was easy, and check-out couldn’t have been simpler. Alex and George were responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again - highly recommend!
