We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

This was a beautiful 4 story home walking distance from a few restaurants and coffee shops. There was WiFi, a drawer of games to play if you wanted, all the tvs had Netflix and there was even filtered water with hot and cold water. They had tea, coffee and left us a nice gift basket with cookies chips and wine inside. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and more than happy to help with anything we needed. The host was amazing and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would stay here again if we ever get the chance to come back!

This was a nice spacious place. Host is very accommodating, responsive to all our pre-stay inquiries. Caretaker was very helpful during the initial move in and throughout our stay. The home was very clean and well furnished. The pool and hotub a joy to soak in. The only downside was we were not able to stay longer. We would not hesitate to come back to stay if we were in the area. We highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Piña Colina Residences was exceptional! This hidden gem provided everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless, well-organized, and smelled great. The dining setup made our stay feel special, and all essentials were provided—kitchen utensils, a grill, videoke, and working WiFi. The beds were prepared with guest kits, slippers, and towels. The house had three spacious rooms: two upstairs with double beds and one downstairs with a queen and double bed. Air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly. Smoking and drinking weren’t allowed inside, so we celebrated our father’s birthday outside while grilling, and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. Parking was convenient, and the host was very responsive. The only minor issue was the shower heater, which sometimes got too hot. Despite that, our stay was amazing. We’d love to return in the future. Definitely the best family-friendly accommodation in Tagaytay!

We had a fantastic weekend at this Airbnb! The hosts were very accommodating, and the house sitter ate Bina was warm and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The place itself was clean, tidy, and spacious—perfect for our family. It provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, making our stay truly enjoyable. Everyone in the family was happy, and we’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

My family had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! It's the perfect spot for families, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The place was well-equipped, comfortable, and clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and family-friendly getaway.

Place was spacious. Parking can fit up to 4 vehicles. Secure and gated. Rooms either had 2 queen beds, a king bed, or 6 bunk beds with pullout. We were only 12 people but this place should fit up to 20 comfortably (ad says 30 pax even). Shame we weren't able to tryout the heated pool because it was raining when we were there. Appreciated the big gazebo with all of the dining tables and chairs. Had a flat screen too which helped show the PowerPoint and Excel files we were discussing. Also had a videoke machine for after dinner entertainment -- however the sound system/speakers were terrible. That was the only downside. Everything else was up to par. Good for large groups or multiple families (clan) gathering. Location was solid too -- quite near Tagaytay action.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The water was warm and inviting, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. We also had a great time enjoying the amenities—playing billiards, singing with the karaoke, and making the most of the big TV. Everything added to a fun and relaxing experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind with great facilities and excellent service, this resort is definitely worth a visit.

Thank you for hosting our family. The staff was very accommodating. We suggested adding contrasting edges to the stairs in the villa since they have the same color as the tiles on the upper floor, making them easier to see, especially at night. The place was clean! Great experience—we'll definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s Place! The kids had a blast in the pool, and the granny absolutely loved the heated jacuzzi. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the well-maintained lawn added to the charm—perfect for those who enjoy a quiet night with family. The rooms, linens, and towels were spotless and smelled wonderful. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay!

The place is a gem and was as described -- 3 villas with enough space for us -- a family of 15 with 6 kids -- to gather for a meal and to sleep. There was a pool and heated jacuzzi that the kids really enjoyed even if it has been raining nonstop during our stay. All amenities mentioned were also available. We cooked meals during our stay, btw. Their caretakers were also there to assist us. Really such a pretty place -- as it was foggy due to the rainy weather, it felt like we were in a Tuscan village. If only it werent raining, we would have enjoyed lounging by the pool or the patio. The host was also responsive. Thank you for sharing your space.

Eunesse is easy to talk to, she responded quickly we enjoyed our stay, they enjoyed the jacuzzi, the water is too hot but we requested to lower it down. care taker was so helpful and nice, pet is allowed with fees of 500 pesos make sure to read the house rules. there are too many flies but they have covers also there's a smell coming from the water I am not sure if it's the normal smell of the water in Laguna but in total we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for accommodating us in your resort. We had a lot of fun. They were not just flexible with time but is also flexible with our payment method. It was just unfortunate that we experienced black out due to unforseen circumstances but they were able to allow us to extend to we can get our money's worth. All of my requests were accommodated even on the same day. The place was nice and even exceeded my expectations especially with the 3rd floor master's bedroom. The bath tub was nice and relaxing, I couldn't leave the place without taking a soak. Thanks again and until next time.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Lazarus Tagaytay! The house is brand new (only 4 months old) and beautifully designed. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for large groups or families. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and everything was spotless. One highlight was the game room, where the kids had so much fun playing Uno, chess, and sungka—it’s a great addition for bonding and entertainment. The property also features a jacuzzi, which is a nice touch, though we didn’t get to use it since it was quite cold during our stay, and we spent most of our time exploring Tagaytay. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay—highly recommended for those looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of space and activities to enjoy!

It was a wonderful stay. We got a great view of the taal and the ambience is the best part! Things to note. 1. Medyo matarik lang daan pababa nung resort pero kayang kaya ng sasakyan. 2. May stray cats, unfortunately nakagat nya ako :( buti nalang may booster ako recently lang. 3. Walang lutuan pero may microwave, rice cooker, water heater and ref. 4. Yung cr is nasa baba which is okay lang din naman. We felt safe sa lugar kasi accommodating yung mga caretaker. Mabilis din sila magrespond pag may need kame help. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely come back!

Sobrang nag enjoy kmi sa place, feel at home ayaw pa nmin umuwi, kung available pa sna yung place gusto pa nmin mag extend ng another day. Ang bait at very responsive ng host, maganda, malinis, very peaceful and safe at kumpleto sa gamit, ang dami mong pwede gawin. Place was very nice. The housekeeper was very helpful and accommodating. The host was responsive and properly addressed all of our inquiries. We’ll definitely be coming back to the place!

If I can exceed 5 for the location I'd give it more than 5 stars. LITERALLY walking distance to Ayala Serin. We got to buy fresh breads in the cool morning for breakfast without having to stock much. And if you'd think it's too intrusive, it's still tucked in so it's still private. The house is also in a cul-de-sac so parking is a breeze. Joyce (owner) was very responsive and proactive for anything we might need before and during our stay. The property is eccentric which is it's main charm. The kids enjoyed the upper floor for them to have fun after dinners. Internet was fast 95+ mbps. And the best of all, our doggies could tire themselves of curiosity of those nooks and cranny of the gardens, so they end up tired and relax. Another notable 5stars for furparents. Arlene (caretaker) was also very responsive and friendly for any questions we have. We'll def be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Green House hosted by Jenn was cozy and nice. it has all space you'll need for a big group or family. all of the rooms are airconditioned, could have been better if the living room downstairs have aircon too! Furnitures and ambiance were nice, wifi is great, but cell signal is a problem on the 2nd floor. Kuya Ronald was responsive and really took care of us. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, so its a good place to relax and bond with family and friends. Jenn also left us some chips as compliments for our stay.

Amazing location with a spectacular view! Easy to get to, with many hotel like amenities available! Our friends stayed on the third floor, with even more amazing views! Awesome private place to relax at and will return! Highly recommended

The view from Darwin’s place is amazing and the greenery nearby does not disappoint. The cabin is fully equipped, clean and spacious. The unit is newly renovate and well thought through. We were only two so we received a discount but one pool was not working, there was construction at the neighbors and the bathroom seemed unfinished - the value could have been better. Overall a great place for many persons but maybe a bit expensive for 2 persons to stay. Darwin was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.
