Other people who have left reviews for this place less than four stars, I believe is completely unfair. This property offers top-notch value for what you get. Does the property have its faults? Absolutely. The kitchen faucet drips hot water no matter how hard you close the valves, and leaks underneath. This should be a relatively inexpensive and quick fix for a plumber. The hot tub heater stopped working for 2 days, but the on-site caretaker was able to get it back up and working. The oven dial was broken off. You can turn the oven on, but you don’t know the temperature. As long as you set your expectations that the place isn’t perfect and things are a bit in disrepair, this place is amazing! I would recommend to anybody. Where else are you going to get a place that accommodates this many people on the beach at this price?? The privacy offered by the villas was nice addition. The king bed was super comfy! I would hope that one day in the future we might return.

Jacki and Bob were gracious hosts, easy to communicate with, and kind with our young kids. The house was spotless upon arrival and the beds very comfortable. Location is directly across the street from a market with excellent produce. Pool was great, and there were beach towels and chairs which was very nice for our beach days.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning beachfront location—just steps away from the sand with breathtaking ocean views from every room. Waking up to the sound of waves, enjoying coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise, and WHALES was pure magic. The attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable—plush beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and even thoughtful extras like beach towels, chairs, and a welcome basket with local treats! What also made this stay exceptional was the host. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience, providing local recommendations, organizing a private chef, quick responses to any questions, and even accommodating a last-minute request with kindness and ease. If you're looking for a dream beachfront escape, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back! Book it—you won’t regret it!

The house was a peaceful Baja oasis. Simple amenities in an idyllic setting. The four bathrooms were such a perk. The two master suites upstairs were very spacious and allowed for privacy. The second floor outdoor dining & third floor roof top decks created a seamless connection with the ocean views. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool among the ocean front property. Best of both worlds. Finally, the garden surrounding the property added so much beauty to the desert surroundings. Barbara was a very attentive host, quick to answer questions and give recommendations.

Our group (two families with small children) had a great time at Colby’s home. We loved the pool, roof deck and being so close to the beach. Colby was very helpful answering questions as we prepared for our trip. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay at this incredible Airbnb in Cerritos! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how immaculately clean and beautifully decorated the space was. The modern design created such a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat. The location is unbeatable—just a 15-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted, but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded areas. It was the perfect balance of convenience and peace, offering a truly relaxing experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was an ideal getaway, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay near the beach!

My family (kids ages 5 and 7) had an absolutely wonderful stay. The space to spread out, the toys, the multiple play areas, the books, the POOL—it was so perfect for us and we had a great vacation. The pool was so much more than I’d hoped for and probably my favorite part of our entire trip. We spent hours in it each day and I got to watch my daughter’s swimming abilities blossom over just a week’s stay. We even extended our stay an extra night, we were enjoying ourselves so much! Thank you to our hosts for being so responsive and kind.

Anabel’s place was PERFECT for a girls trip. The house is centrally located but private enough that you’re not right smack in town. So many amazing restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Annabel’s hospitality was also spectacular and made a feel like we were staying at a fancy resort. Each room having its own bathroom really made for an easy and enjoyable stay with a group of girls. Will absolutely be booking again next time I’m in Todos.

We loved our stay at this beautiful location, just a few minutes walk to the wonderful Cerritos Beach. The condo was perfect for our group & gave plenty of space for everyone in the spacious 2 BR / 2 & 1/2 Bath layout. The views out the long main balcony are incredible…whale watching was fun & even better from the hot tub at golden hour. The kitchen was well stocked. We especially appreciated the washer & dryer as we had a 2 week stay, plus the large drinking water dispenser provided. The space also has great natural light all day, which added to the appeal of the venue for us, as we live year round in the Pacific Northwest. ( lots of grey sky ) We were fortunate to rent a car & parking was very convenient. Thanks so much Jessica !

Our stay at Jed’s in Todos Santos was perfect and as described. The area was quiet, private, and close to everything we needed. The pool was clean and a peaceful place to start and end every day. The beach was a close walk, and Jed had great recommendations for hikes and tacos and beaches around the area. Jed was so fast to respond to messages. Entry and exit from the unit was simple. Everything inside the unit was clean, and a smoothie maker was a great addition to the very usable kitchen. Thanks Jed! We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The grounds were so beautiful, with the pool overlooking the small farm, the lush gardens, the abundance of birds (hummingbirds, woodpeckers, etc), and the great cafe on site. When we first arrived we thought it might be a bit far from town but quickly realised it was actually in the perfect location, easy walking distance to the beach and some of the best bars and restaurants in the area. The dogs who lived on the property were adorable and super friendly, always coming over for a little pat, and we will remember them fondly!

This was my second visit to this property and I was both looking forward to it and a little concerned it wouldn't be as good as the first time, since the property was brand new the first time I visited. Not to worry. The property was in the same pristine condition as last year, and showed no evidence of the wear common to many Airbnb properties. As a bonus, there is now an outdoor gas grill, which I enjoyed using. Not only was it spotless when I arrived, but the kitchen and all the furnishings are of a higher quality and much better aesthetic than is typical of rentals. I felt like I was in a place where I really wanted to stay all day. Management was welcoming and helpful (in one case going out of their way to assist me by phone with something unrelated to the property) but not obtrusive. And although there are other guests, the property is quiet and restful. I was traveling alone and as such this was a little expensive. But for two people (or more), it is an excellent value.

Just came back from a wonderful stay at Patricia’s comfortable and light filled home. It was our first time in TS and we chose her place because of the views/location, water filtration and her onsite presence which allowed for us to get insider tips on where to eat off the tourist trap spots, we loved La Generala. The views from the rooftop are spectacular and the crashing waves lull you to sleep at night. The beds were comfortable and my 7/11 yo fell in love with Saskia her friendly dog. Communication was a breeze and she always responded promptly. The property is gorgeous all around and the neighborhood is super close to the beach and 10 mins drive to town. We appreciate her hospitality and can’t wait to be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing, the complex is perched on a cliff right over the water and there are views everywhere. It's relatively new and everything was in perfect condition and very clean. Our host was responsive, meeting us on check-in and responsive to questions and arranging add-on services. This particular has quite a bit of foot traffic around its outside seating and lounging area so it's not a very private experience. On the other hand, it does include the use of the enclosed private garage. The property is quite a distance down and fairly rough and rutted dirt/sand road which makes it a bit less convenient for frequent trips to nearby towns such as Todos Santos but if you plan to settle in and enjoy the beach it's a fantastic spot. There is a lot of construction going on in immediate area so outside of the complex it's not a particularly attractive area for walking and exploring on foot. There are great restaurants a drive away.

Rachel & Alex's place lived up to all our expectations and more. It is located in a quiet and convenient location close to the beach and restaurants. We were particularly grateful for the washing machine and dryer as well as the beach umbrella and furniture. I would recommend their place to my family and friends and would definitely book it again if I should ever return to Cerritos Beach.

This little casita was such a beautiful home for a week. I am really sad my trip ended. It was the perfect, aesthetic home to retreat from the bustle of town. It's tucked into a little grove of trees, blocked from the road by a fence. It felt very private. There is a beautiful porch and patio to relax and dine on. I was also able to have my dog with me, which is sometimes hard to find. The yard space was great for her. Will definitely visit again when I am in the area!

Encontramos el alojamiento de Claudia sumamente agradable por el espacio, la decoración, el ambiente en general. Muy cómodo y con las recomendaciones locales para disfrutar la estancia. Dentro de las instalaciones está un cafecito, mesitas y los otros airbnb, la comida buena pero el café espectacular. La calidez de Claudia es inigualable! nos sentimos en casa.

This place is an absolute GEM. I was extremely sad to leave after just one night. I wish we’d had more time to enjoy the place and its surroundings. Juve has put an immense amount of work and thoughtfulness into every aspect of this unique lodging experience. Pictures don’t elucidate just how wonderful it is to stay here. Juve is a kind host with great suggestions for dinner and is willing to help with anything you need. The one thing folks should know is that both the Maps links are absolutely wrong. We finally searched for Baja69 in Maps and that got us close to where we needed to go. Thankfully, Juve had put a sign out at the corner of the main highway and the dirt road.

Candy and Omar are amazing hosts and we loved staying in their casita. The place was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing, and it’s a short drive to the beach. Candy regularly swept, mopped, and exchanged our sheets and towels. They were always quick to respond when we had questions. Our favorite part was all of the little details- learning about the area from Candy and Omar, eating homegrown guavas, playing with the dogs, and smelling the basil farm next door. We can’t wait to return!
