Excellent location! The unit is situated a little bit away from the main area but within walking distance. The area is very nice, surrounded by trees, flowers, and an outdoor little eating area where they serve breakfast. The pool is small but nice to have, and all the units have a little front patio with patio furniture and a hammock. It was relaxing and perfect for us. Roberto was responsive to our messages and kind enough to allow us to check in a little early since the unit was ready. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at Doris’ place, and I was happy to see the improvements she has made. The updates have enhanced the space, and she has more planned, which is great. The location is excellent, and the private pool for this apartment is a fantastic feature. Highly recommend! Also thank you for the amazing massage recommendation- she comes right to the apartment 🤗

Sin duda uno de los mejores lugares que mi esposa y yo estaremos dispuestos a volver a visitar, un lugar extremadamente tranquilo y privado, coincide con las fotos a la perfeccion y todas las necesidades fueron incluidas, una ubicacion super facil para pedir comida a domicilio, la piscina limpia a la llegada y super relajante, un anfitrion preocupado por la comodidad de sus huespedes y con gran amabilidad, el camino a la playa muy facil a pie y las noches muy relajantes sin disturbios, una experiencia inolvidable, 5 estrellas se quedan pocas con el grado de comodidad con que pasamos este tiempo, excelente trabajo Joshua!

Nos la pasamos muy bien con mi familia. Moisés nos dió instrucciones bien detalladas y no tuvimos ninguna complicación, incluso nos dió una guía de recomendaciones de restaurantes y lugares cercanos. Solamente le hace falta iluminación fuera del apartamento, en el área de piscina y pasillo, precisamente para tomar buena fotos. Por lo demás 👌🏻 muy bien.

I absolutely loved Mia's place! the views were great. Mia and her team were very responsive. Answering any question I had, giving me eating recommendations and the town was a great little town ☺️ I would definitely stay at Mia's place again.

Coco Surf Villa in El Salvador was an incredible stay for my friends and me. Our two-bedroom villa was spacious and comfortable, complete with a kitchen and living room—perfect for four people. The compound was stunning, featuring a shared pool cleaned daily and cabanas assigned to each villa with breathtaking views of the black sand beach. The waves were rough, so we couldn’t swim, but nearby restaurants along the beach were great (most take cash, but The Brothers accepts cards). One downside was the mosquito issue upon arrival—we had to buy repellent, which mostly helped. However, Aura, the property manager, was fantastic, responding quickly to our questions via the messenger app. Amenities like $15 surfboard rentals, $15 laundry service, on-site massages ($45-$50), and food delivery from Copacabana made our stay even better. Overall, I was extremely impressed and can’t wait to return with more friends! Highly recommended!

El espacio de Roberto es perfecto para unos días de relax , tiene muchos espacios donde descansar y compartir . La piscina es muy buena y accesible para adultos mayores. Las personas que ayudan Don Arsenio y Doña Luz son muy amables y cocinan muy bien . Mi familia y yo definitivamente repetiremos . Gracias Roberto por la excelente comunicación y atención. !

this was our first family trip to el Salvador, if your looking for a quiet place on the beach that doesn't feel like a boring hotel this is perfect! the lady that lived further on the property was really helpful when we needed her, everyday she cleaned the pool, the kitchen, and the living room and the yard. you can also ask her to clean the bedroom if you want she also went out to get us medicine when we got sick, fresh bread each morning, her husband got us fresh coconuts from the trees and she even made us pupusas. the beach is just perfect, theres no one there you really have a private beach to yourself. there's a little convenience store in front of the property also a pharmacy 24/7, 15min away in the village. supermarket Is at the entrance of the village you can find everything you need there. We would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the beach its really worth the drive. thank you for receiving us, hopefully we will be back soon!😁

Although we booked this place last minute and had changes the day of/before, Patricia was able to accommodate us and help us modify our reservation to fit the number of people that were going to be staying. Patricia and the other co-hosts were very responsive and answered any questions we had. Jorge was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was very nice and peaceful. This was my first time back in El Salvador visiting my dad’s side of the family since 2011, and staying here during Christmas made the trip even more memorable!

¡Inmejorable! Un airbnb que lo tiene todo. La playa linda, la casa excelentemente diseñada y equipada. Todo funcionaba perfecto. Los espacios están muy bien pensados y permiten disfrutar de diferentes maneras. Fue un lugar maravilloso para un fin de semana en familia donde descansamos, nos llenamos de la energía de la naturaleza y creamos momentos felices. Guillermo estuvo pendiente constantemente para asegurase que tuviesemos la mejor experiencia ¡un lugar y un host súper recomendado! ¡esperamos volver!

Precioso lugar para disfrutar en familia, instalaciones muy agradables y limpias José Maria el encargado de recibirnos fue súper amable y estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades todo el tiempo su atención fue excelente!

We stay for an night and the place was beautiful. The room and the bathroom was clean. The people(the caretakers ) was nice, friendly, and kind. We got to enjoy private beach and pool. Amy the host was kind. She was helpful with our questions we had. We enjoy our stay!

Buenas tardes, estamos muy salisfechos con la casa y el trato de Don David y Doña Verónica, no molestan para nada!!! Son super respetuosos y educados. La entrada fue muy fácil eso si llenas un formulario de convivencia que no cosa del otro mundo, y si cobran 2 dolares por persona, vale la pena. L 4 habitaciones estan en la planta baja: las del rancho principal comparten baño. Hay un baño entero de visitas a la entrada de la casa. En el anexo que esta inmediatamente a la entrada hay dos dormitorios completos con baño. La cocina es espectacular y da al comedor principal. El rancho de hamacas es una pasada!!! Y tomar cocos ahi es un deleite. Mi unica sugerencia es que pongas sarandas contra zancudos en todas las ventanas. Pon un pasamanos en la piscina para adultos seria una gran adaptación para adultos mayores y di que el restaurante esta a 4 ranchos y las pupusas deliciosas que consigue Doña Veronica y los cocos super dulces. PD Misa de ayer fue muy linda, me sorprendio granamente.

Unit is better than the photos and very comfortable. Nice view of the beach and ocean with your own little plunge pool. Not much to do in the area but if you're looking for a quiet beach holiday in a comfortable villa then you've found your spot!

Additionally, the staff, from the entrance guards to everyone on-site, are remarkably polite and welcoming. The warmth and professionalism here make all the difference. Really nice place. Cozy and comfortable. Within walking distance of the beach and the town through a little path in the woods, or, if it's too dark, you can take the longer route along the main road.

Amazing stay! We love Zonte and this 3 bedroom was perfect for our family. Gorgeous place...amazing views...great location.. We were really impressed with this unit and happy we chose it. The wave house pool was super clean and had a great bar & food service. Front desk was super responsive to help us find drivers and book in room massage service. The unit itself was everything we could have wanted...spacious ...clean...comfortable. The deck overlooking the pool is impressive...Bed linens were an A+...soft and comfy.... Small private pool was awesome...Plenty of good quality towels for pool and bath towels were very much appreciated by us as well. Thanks for having us!
