first time staying in this side of El Salvador and it was perfect! Amazing location, great distance to the capital and beach. A lot of great places that do not feel far because it’s right in the middle. House was spacious! Great kitchen and beautiful sunsets. my family and I loved our stay. very responsive and quick. super helpful hosts. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing place, huge and matched the description and pictures. Emma was super kind and responsive, Toño and Claudia were exceptional. The beach is a couple of blocks away.

Love staying here. My second visit in 2025. If it is available I will choose it every time. Peaceful, quiet and very comfortable.

I loved our home we rented from Jose. It was in a gated community and we were very safe. It was close to surf city and therefore in a popular spot. It was clean and lots of room. We had 5 people and there were 4 beds but some were very big and would accomodate 2-3 persons. Big kitchen, beautiful pool and nice terrace. We were able to accomodate a place to do yoga and hired someone to do a massage for all with lots of room. Maria, who was nearby to help us and answer any questions was quickly responsive and even brought us an iron as we were attending a wedding. Thanks Maria and Jose.

Very nice building and very secure. Security escorted us into the building, they are very thorough. Instructions with check in were clear and host was very accommodating and nice! The building location is great, quick walk to grab pupusas:) this is a great place to stay overall

Luz De Maria, was amazing! She was so friendly and very responsive ALL the time. I really like the place, it is very centric and close to everything! The only thing that I really didn’t like was that If I wanted to order something for delivery I would have to go all the way outside of the building, but besides that everything was as described, the apartment was well organized and equipped. If you want to go on vacation and have a cozy apartment you should definitely book with her!

Great view to the city. The place is specious, private and felt like home. It is close to malls, restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this place for your family.

Great place! The view of El Boquerón volcano was AWESOME and the 360* views of the city of San Salvador from the rooftop 16th floor pool were BREATHTAKING…and the gated community is so secure & safe - the only concern would be if you have young children because the windows are easily openable and this giant apartment is on the 15 story - so, if you have kids that are unruly, it could be a safety concern - as we were adults in our group, it was AMAZING!!! You will love this place - just leave disobedient or bratty kids at home. You will ABSOLUTELY LOVE this apartment! 💯

This place is honestly amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures maybe even better in person. Nice clean rooms and facilities. The rooms are equipped with all your essentials and nice hot water. No direct access to the beach but honestly with the amazing views from the pool it doesn't even matter. The beach is a short drive away where they allow you to park at their sister property at no charge while you enjoy the beach. Lastly, the staff is AMAZING, very friendly, very helpful. They even helped us arrange transportation for night out El Tunco. I can't recommend this place enough! 10/10

Un apartamento bien equipado y cómodo. Los guardias están listos para darte acceso al inicio y durante tu estadía. Se agradece el parqueo techado también. Disfrutamos de ver algunas películas con las cuentas de streaming en el televisor de la sala y comer con la bonita vista de la ciudad. Si deseas conocer diferentes lugares en El Salvador, este es un punto céntrico y adecuado para tu estadía.

El Airbnb de Franz cubrió nuestras expectativas de seguridad, limpieza, ubicación, comodidad y funcionalidad. Franz respondió de inmediato a todas nuestras inquietudes; los porteros fueron siempre amables y dispuestos a atendernos cuando se les solicitó apoyo. El estacionamiento es pequeño pero adaptado perfectamente al tamaño de nuestro vehículo. Disfrutamos, además un orquidiario que adorna esta área. Hay otros apartamentos, pero es un vecindario tranquilo. Caminamos tranquilos por toda la zona, hay restaurantes, panaderías y centros comerciales muy cercanos y buenos. Así que la zona también nos proveyó de servicios. Es altamente recomendable.

Todo muy bonito, nos encantó la estadía. Todo limpio, ordenado accesible. Lo recomiendo 100%.

This was a great choice for our family's stay in San Salvador. Close to everything and with a lovely pool for the kids to enjoy :-) I appreciated having a washer and dryer so I could run a load before we moved on to our next stop. We all particularly enjoyed hanging out on the balcony.

Super recomendado. Muy seguro, me dieron instrucciones muy sencillas, la seguridad es amigable y atenta. El apartamento esta equipado, limpio y delicioso para descansar. El barrio es seguro y se puede acceder a todo lado de forma expedita. Francisco y Johana me colaboraron en todo y mas. Es un magnifico lugar para vistas cortas y largas.

Stunning apartment. I would love to live here if I lived in San Salvador. the apartment is very spacious. It has everything you need. Very hi-tech and the bed and linens were high end. I loved the balcony. a coffee in the morning or a beer at night with a great view of the city. great and friendly host.

Second time staying here and Cassie’s apartment is always a great place to stay. Host is easy to communicate with, apartment is located in a very safe area, with some walkable restaurants. Apartment is very clean and well kept. We appreciated the welcome snacks and water. Definitely recommend :)
