Arrived in March and 2hrs after sunrise, the sunlight was on the balcony until sunset. A great location to listen to the sea, enjoy the sunshine and relax. The view is exceptional and secluded, especially being on the top floor. There is private parking (gated), so if you hire a car it will be safe and the host supplies a remote for the gate. Lots of locations to enjoy walks to including a large rocky hill nearby (with walkways well cut out) to get a great overview of the area. The beach front is also accessible. Should any of your party has difficulty walking, all pathways have steps and ramp options, there's also multiple places to hire mobility scooters for one or two people to ride. A nearby port has multiple excursions as well as ferries to take you to other islands if you fancy a day out or a night away. The apartment is clean, fully featured and has a sofa bed, so can easily sleep 4. My only 'warning' about the apartment is, please be careful of the hot water. It is VERY hot!

We stayed 6 weeks in Carmens Appartement and we really enjoyed it. It is such a cozy place with everything you need and was Perfect for also working from there. The Pool area is nice for relaxing and the beach is only 2mins away. It is also a dog beach so it was perfect for our little sausage dog. Carmen was very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. We will definately come again! thank you Carmen!

This apartment is amazing. Quite a climb up the hill but well worth it for the views. Very quiet location but within easy reach of bars and restaurants. Excellent coastal walks. Good bus service to surrounding area. We got the shuttle direct from the airport which Javier recommended and was very easy and cheap. We loved this apartment and Javier was an excellent host. All kitchen equipment and everything you could require for a weeks stay. We hope to return in the future.

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf in Palm Mar. Het appartement is zeer comfortabel, netjes en perfect in orde. Wij verbleven er met 2 kinderen van 9 en 12, zij sliepen op de comfortabele (en zeer brede) slaapzetel.

Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Es liegt zentral direkt am Strand, sodass man in wenigen Minuten am Wasser ist. Alles, was man braucht, ist fußläufig gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist eine hübsche und gepflegte Anlage. Die Kommunikation klappt schnell und gut.

The apartment is in a great location, it is beautiful like you see in the photos. The host is so helpful and responsive to any questions and got back to us very quickly. Check in and check out was very easy. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Super Lage mit Lokalen, Supermärkten und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem absolut ruhig. Das Apartment selbst ist äußerst gepflegt und perfekt für einen tollen Urlaub geeignet. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die sofort auf Mitteilungen reagieren. Rundum empfehlenswert.

José Manuel sont des hôtes charmants qui avaient laissé des attentions à notre égard. Leur maison, joliment décorée et paisible est très bien située à Playa San Juan (en face de la plage, proche des magasins) ; c'est le point de départ idéal pour passer d'excellentes vacances à Ténérife. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Het huis is een mooie ruimte, met een goed uitgeruste en grote keuken, twee ruime slaapkamers en een fijne badkamer. In de omsloten binnenplaats kun je rustig zitten en heb je voldoende privacy. Wij waren er met onze volwassen zoon en zijn partner en hadden voldoende ruimte voor ons vier. Bij vertrek van de luchthaven hebben we een bericht gestuurd en meteen toen we aankwamen was er iemand om ons welkom te heten. Ook later reageerde John altijd snel op onze berichten. Er was een fijn welkom pakket van thee, koffie, water, sap en fruit. Ook in de badkamer waren een aantal extra voorzieningen aanwezig. De woning was schoon en netjes. De woning is gelegen in een woonwijk op maar een paar minuten lopen van de zee en enkele restaurants. Alcalá is een rustig plaatsje, maar met net genoeg toerisme om wel voldoende voorzieningen te hebben. Parkeren kan niet altijd voor de deur, maar in de omliggende straten hebben we altijd een plekje gevonden. Wij zouden deze locatie zeker aanraden.

What an amazing apartment right in the middle of El Medano! The views are to die for and its lovely to hear the sound of the sea so close. Its right next to lots of restaurants. Cesar is very responsive and an excellent hist. Would highly recommend.

This place is absolutely stunning! The location is right on the sea front, and you can watch the sunrise from the terrace every morning. It's so peaceful and relaxing, yet close to amenities if you want. As well as the location being amazing, the place itself is lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Nuria is very responsive and helpful, and we really hope to return again, as we had a great experience all round.

Alles hat mit dem Inserat überein gestimmt. Genug Platz für zwei, alles da was man braucht. Zauberhaftes Dorf direkt am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zwei einfache Restaurants sind fußläufig. Gute Lage für viele Unternehmungen

Pobyt v tomto dome bol skvelý! Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový a vždy rýchlo reagoval na naše otázky. Dom vyzeral presne ako na fotkách – čistý, pohodlný a plne vybavený na príjemný pobyt. Užili sme si krásne okolie a celkovú atmosféru miesta. Určite odporúčame a radi sa vrátime!”

Miejsce godne polecenia! Wszystko zgodne z opisem i dokładnie takie, jak na zdjęciach. Byliśmy we troje i było bardzo komfortowo. Szum oceanu kołysze do snu, a na tarasie można się wspaniale zrelaksować. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona, a pralka działa bez zarzutu. Łóżka są bardzo wygodne, a w sypialniach jest wystarczająco miejsca na rzeczy osobiste. W sąsiedniej wiosce (3km) są wspaniałe, godne polecenia restauracje rybne. Cicha okolica i dobra lokalizacja, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

We stayed in Miguels place for 10 nights, and it was beautiful, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed including BBQ!!Pool area was lovely, and bar was nice. Miguel is very helpful and responds quickly. Thumbs up, thank you😊

Arturo communicated well very quickly answered my queries. The apartment was spotless. The bed was lovely and comfortable. It's in a fab location easy access to all pubs restaurants and the beach. Terry and I would come back and use the apartment again loved it. 😊 😊 😊

This was our second time staying in Paula's apartment. The apartment is well appointed,very well equipped,well located and we were thrilled to find a coffee machine in the kitchen this time around. Excellent WiFi. Paula responds promptly to queries. The apartment is centrally located near a good selection of bars,restaurants and shops. We didn't feel the need to hire a car as public transport and taxis are available on the street outside the building. The pool area is very well maintained and a great place to relax. We would happily stay here again!

Velká spokojenost! Ubytování bylo naprosto dostačující pro dvě osoby, čisté a útulné. Hned při příjezdu nás mile přivítali a po celý pobyt se starali o to, abychom se cítili co nejlépe. Krásný výhled na západ slunce byl opravdu jedinečný a dodal naší dovolené nezapomenutelnou atmosféru. Celkově vše splnilo naše očekávání a vytvořilo perfektní prostředí pro příjemnou a odpočinkovou dovolenou. Rádi se vrátíme!

Recently returned from our holiday. We have been going to Tenerife for many years, normally staying in Costa Adeje. We fancied a change to somwhere on the flat! The aparment is nicely located at the beach end of Parque Santiago11. It has its own large terrace with sunbeds and you can slip out the gate and be down by the beach in a minute. The apt itself appears to have been refurbed recently and the kitchen and furniture are all good quality. Everythind you need for a relaxing holiday is a couple of minutes walk away; Chinese and Indian restaurants on the Patch, numerous bars and touristic restaurants as well. A five minute walk gets you to the Golden Mile with the Safari Centre and Hard Rock Cafe. Carmen was a charming and helpful host who met us when we arrived and took us to the apt. One annoyance is having to pay for sunbeds, but this is common for the area and does not reflect on the apartment. Top Tip: Aberdeen Steakhouse on the Patch overlooks the beach and 1.50 for a pint.

José was a superb host who met us at the property entrance and explained everything to us. The property has an underground car park with 2 exclusive spaces, and there is also easy street parking if you prefer. The apartment is very large and comfortable with roof terrace furniture. Everything has been thought of for a lovely relaxing holiday. The whole complex is very well maintained. It is very quiet and totally secure

We chose this accommodation for our holiday with family. It was great that each room had its own bathroom, even a toilet on the lower floor and a take. Another great thing is the private garage, so it's always nice in the car and no one outside scratches it. The apartment is clean and you will find everything you need in it. The complex is located about 10 minutes walk from the city center, the nearest shop is just as far. The beach is very close and it is quite empty, which I take as an advantage. Another great thing is the private pool for the whole complex, but there are not too many people and it is a nice place. What I appreciate a lot is the service of the hostess Maria, who is really helpful at any time, gave us a lot of tips on local events or advised us where to go for a meal or what to skip. Whenever it was needed, she answered my question via text message or arrived in a few moments and sorted it out. Highly recommend and give 6/5 stars :)
