The apartment itself is really nice and clean. All new furnishing well placed to maximize the square footage. The pools and the rest of the property is still being worked on because it's all new, but there are workers maintaining common areas keeping everything beautiful. The beach is pretty close, and the beach chairs and umbrella are a really nice touch - I'd have been burned to a crisp without it. There is a really nice french bakery down the street, and two decently stocked corner store style places. There aren't resturants in walking distance that we found, but an Uber into Bucerias is pretty inexpensive, and we found most places were able to delivery meals economically. There's security at the front gate that's really friendly and helpful to make sure you know where you're going.

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Our stay from beginning to end was wonderful. The views from the balcony cannot be beat and watching the whales is an added bonus. You cannot pay enough money for the show they put on every day. Plenty of towels, Wi-Fi had no problems at all, and the kitchen was well stocked. We are grateful to have stayed here.

Súper bonito el lugar y el departamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para estar tranquilo. Malo las albercas muy frías, y la única climatizada mucho bebé y niño que no hacían comoda la estadía a los adultos, recomiendo especificar eso. Comida rica y buen precio, playa muy bonita

L'appartement est très tranquille avec vue sur la montagne. Il est bien aménagé, moderne, propre et confortable. Comme le balcon est situé coté colline il est moins exposé au soleil. C'est ce qui fait qu'on a pu en profiter davantage. Tout ce dont nous avions besoins pour notre séjour était disponible. Nous avons trouvé très pratique la disponibilité dans l'appartement d'une laveuse/sécheuse. A notre arrivé l'hote avait mis à notre disposition un contenant de 20 litres d'eau potable. Le seul inconvénient est le mini-frigo situé sous le comptoir. Il n'est pas pratique pour un séjour de plus longue durée. Par contre l'hote m'a informé qu'il préparait un projet de réaménagement de la cuisine afin de remplacer le mini-frigo par un refrigerateur plus grand et plus conventionnel. Le complexe est situé tout près de la mer à 2 pas d'une très belle plage et tout près du centre d'un village paisible et sécuritaire ainsi que d'une superbe marina.

Had an amazing time- loved the semi-private beach, the pool- and it was a short uber ride to Romantic Zone restaurants. Views from condo were incredible.

La casa de Ismael es espectacular y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutarla, fuimos en familia y la disfrutamos muchisimo, mil gracias por el kit de bienvenida y por todas las atenciones y las recomendaciones para que la pasaramos muy bien, la casa sin duda super recomendable, es hermosisima y con todas las amenidades descritas y cerca de una playa muy linda, Ismael siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros para hacernos sentir en casa. This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

Our group absolutely loved this place. It looked just like the photos and more. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing; complemented by the views, birds, landscaping, and iguanas in the trees. The house is super walkable and convenient. We had plenty of drinking water and appreciated the fridge ice machine working off of the water jugs. Ester from the property management company was welcoming and quick to respond. We took her recommendation and hired Chef Roberto and crew to cook for our last night - I can't recommend them enough! Housekeeping and a pool cleaner came a couple times during our weeklong stay. We would definitely book this place again. One issue we did have was that the hot water didn't work in a few of the units. They swapped out the gas tanks which helped with some, but the studio never got hot water or working gas for the stove.

Great location, walkable everywhere. Restaurants right across the road, El Jackos was very good. Also a ice cream store also. Luis was very quick with communicating when I had a question. Nice to have lots of condiments at the condo, hot sauce, sugar, coffee, etc. Also didn't have to buy water, there was 2 big water jugs and one smaller one available. Sealed food containers and cloth grocery bags were great for left overs and grocery shopping. The beach chairs and 2 umbrellas came in handy for shade on the beach. We had a golf cart but didn't need it. Everything was so close. We would definitely stay there again.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay and were conveniently close to the beach. The amenities were as described. Very warm pool. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The location of the condo cannot be beat. It’s a 1-minute walk to the beach and in the center of everything that Sayulita has to offer. Chuy, the property manager, can help with anything you need: For example, he found transportation back to the airport for us at a very reasonable cost, offered advice on local restaurants and adjusted the temperature of the pool exactly to our taste. We never experienced such high-level concierge service at an AirBnB.

My group of four had a great stay here. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were soft and comfortable. There’s not a lot of room in the sitting area, but we spent most of our time outside exploring the area. The rooftop pool was nice for cooling off before dinner. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has an elevator. It’s a handful of blocks downhill to the beach and boardwalk and the many restaurants nearby. This area of PV is pretty hilly with cobblestone streets. Jill made our stay here easy and responded quickly to any questions I had. Overall, Jill’s place worked great for us and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful stay with my family! Bigger than I imagined. Each room had its own private bathroom (3) and all very spacious. The view was incredible and the beach was great with easy access downstairs and ocean was swimmable. The beds were comfy however I’m not a huge fan memory foam mattresses. The baby cribs also need to be updated or would recommend bringing your own because the padding is hard and my baby wasn’t able to sleep in it. Overall, would recommend to anyone planning a trip with a family.

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

This was our second year at this fabulous condo and we're booked again for next year! The owners were very responsive & our contact in PV, Beatriz, was incredibly helpful and always at our beck & call! The unit is in immaculate condition & the kitchen has all the amenities that you might need & more! We spent a lot of time on the spacious patio watching the whales & sunsets! Only two small negatives: it's very hard to control the water in the shower as it was either way too hot or cold, (probably something the owners have no control over) & there is only Netflix on the TV. Small problems compared to all the pluses!
