Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out! Our stay at James’ place couldn’t have been better. He was super communicative and the location was phenomenal, just steps from the beach and so many fun things to do in SB. Would love to come back!

The Solvang property was very conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The unit itself was immaculately clean, comfortable and relaxing. Anne was super responsive and patient with my questions and inquiries.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia Cottage. The cottage was just what we needed and we appreciated the fact that we were able to have our dog. That meant so much to us. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I felt right at home. The gardens on the property were out of this world! We enjoyed walking around them so much and everything was meticulous. Our host Harvey was amazing! He was so friendly and welcoming! He gave us so much information about the property which we appreciated. He is a wealth of knowledge about the area and history of Lompoc. Overall, our stay was great and we would highly recommend and love to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan’s place, we’re a couple with a young child. A great location and a lovely space, incredibly comfortable with high-end appliances and fittings. Lots of attention to detail, literally everything we could have needed was available. Highly recommend!

This stay was my fifth at Sebastian’s and I will keep coming back because of the perfect location — close to the beach and to the edge of town + funk zone.

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

Stay was great, house is clean and clutter free. It would be nice if garage has those clutter moved so that it was easy for us to park both of our cars. Overall great staying in this home.

Lovely! Charming house in great location. Very comfortable, clean warm and bright! It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room which made the stay a breeze. With a single level, it is easy to navigate for my mobility impaired Mom. Delightful place for our little family vacation. Plus the hot tub feels marvelous!

Extremely happy with our stay. The location was exactly what we were looking for, it was easy to walk to the beach and areas we wanted to. A quick drive to markets and restaurants, and not far from other beaches we wanted to visit. The hot tub was perfect after the long walks and days. The beds were soft and plush. Full kitchen and laundry so we came home with no dirty laundry to do. So nice. We will stay again. Thank you for everything. We appreciated it so much.

We had a great stay at Sarah and Mario’s. We were in town for a wedding. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond. They had a good recommendations for local sites. The location is spectacular. You are one block off the main Solvang scene so everything is in walking distance but you are far from the noise. The house is as described and comfortable. The space heaters took some getting used to in each room. The one in the en-suite bedroom made a bit of noise which interrupted some sleep. One of the sleeping spaces is separated from the living room by a curtain which didn’t please our dauther. The kitchen although well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils, didn’t include any spices or cooking oils, etc. We did end up finding bulk spices, including salt and pepper available at the Nature’s Market down the road. Ultimately, we had a good stay and enjoyed the house. Lots of room for all of us and great location!

This beach house was walking distance from the beautiful Santa Barbara beach and boardwalk. It was a perfect space for me and my family. I really appreciated the extra pull out bed and the playpen for my daughter! The space was filled with thoughtful amenities and extras like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and wipes! I would definitely be booking again when for our next stay.

location was excellent and extremely comfortable beds . had everything we needed. Walkable to beach and State Street. If traveling by car it will be quick. We will be back it's extremely beautiful.

I am so glad I chose Melanie’s place for my recent stay in Santa Barbara. The Airbnb was spacious, clean, and in the perfect location. My husband and I walked just about everywhere we needed to. The bed was especially comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary champagne and espresso. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to extend our stay and Melanie was responsive to our request.

We loved our stay here! Great communication from the host and helpful instructions. Very peaceful and beautiful location. Easily can walk to all the restaurants, beach, and park. Can’t wait to come back! :)

Conveniently located apartment which made us feel right at home for our two week stay. We barely used the car at all and walked to all the nice restaurants and trails around the area. The bed is also very comfortable

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Spotlessly clean, lovely furnishings and outdoor seating. The perfect location in Santa Barbara, easy to walk downtown and to the beach. Would highly recommend, the bottle of fizz on arrival was also a much appreciated treat!

Lorie gave us all the info we needed for our stay and then we dealt with the resort/staff during the stay. Everyone was awesome and helpful. Great game room in the lobby. Room was spacious and clean with balcony, tons of beautiful bird chirping all day long. Walkable to anything in downtown Solvang.
