First time visiting Albuquerque, great place to stay, the weather had different plans during our stay, but the host was very accommodating, even refunding a portion of the cost due to the unexpected climate conditions. Overall It was as Great! My very hard to please 9 year old gave it a 10 out of 10 stars. Pretty cool, I Highly recommend this location.

This house was beautiful! So clean and very well stocked! The hot tub was nice! We did pay the extra fee for the pool but unfortunately didn’t get to use it, it didn’t warm up to much but could of been because of the weather! We highly recommend staying here! The hosts are very nice and very responsive made us feel right at home! Loved loved loved staying here! Good anniversary weekend 💕

This home was exactly what we needed and expected. it was clean, open, beautiful and kid friendly. The pool room and tile is very slippery when wet but as long as you aren't running it's fine. the natural light in the home was so welcoming and refreshing. the coffee bar was a much appreciated staple in the morning and all of the amenities exceeded our expectations. Our host was very responsive and kind, always willing to help or answer questions. I truly hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future.

We had a wonderful day at Tiffany ‘s home. It was exactly as described, and Tiffany was very responsive and enjoyable to communicate with. Five out of five would recommend staying at Tiffany ‘s again.

The house was wonderful, my kids loved the pool and it was hot enough from the sun we didn’t have to heat it. The location was very quiet and peaceful. And I loved that we could use the garage. Worth it.

The home is amazing. We played pickleball and swam in the pool. It was very peaceful. The house was a quick drive to the grocery store and the highway for site seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.

First time staying at an Airbnb and it was wonderful! We were passing through on a family vacation and we're able to not only feel comfortable with our big group but also have some local family over for dinner. It was very clean and well stocked for everything you could need. Ryan was very responsive and helpful, would 100% recommend!

the house was wonderful! it was laid out perfectly and had just about everything we needed. the best part was Jesus was extremely responsive and actually brought me some special things just because I asked. they were great hosts if we ever need a house in Albuquerque again we will definitely be staying here

Very beautiful home loved the quiet neighborhood. Chris is very attentive and answered all my questions in just a few minutes. It was a nice getaway for the weekend hope to enjoy it another time soon.

Melanie's space has been one of the best and most comfortable I have ever been in, her instructions are very clear and precise, if possible we would love to stay with Melanie again!

Kim was an absolutely fantastic and accommodating host. She went above and beyond by granting our late checkout request, which we truly appreciated. The house itself was sparkling clean, incredibly spacious, and conveniently located. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better place to stay in Albuquerque, especially with such wonderful amenities and a host as gracious as Kim!

If you're looking for a perfectly pristine place, this is not for you. BUT if you're looking to feel comfortable and at home with your family/friends, this is it! Jessie messaged me immediately after I paid for the house, and was quick to respond with my MANY messages during our stay. This was our first time in New Mexico, and we were blown away with the view from the front porch, it was almost better than the views on the drive in. There was 1 firm bed (master) and the others were all very plush, so it worked out perfectly for our team! We had a few team members over the 1st night we got in, and there was plenty of space for everyone to mingle and have fun. Having code locks on all of the bedroom doors gave plenty of privacy, and added extra security for a very cautious Momma. We have already agreed that if we go back, we will be staying again, as we were unable to explore as much as we wanted. Best part about this stay was the Easter Bunny being able to hide eggs in the backyard!!

The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and very friendly. Just the peace and quiet we needed after a long roadtrip. Very grateful they allowed our dogs. I highly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at the Orchard House. We've been visiting family for years in Rio Rancho and have always felt "meh" about ABQ, but this house gave us a new perspective! A beautiful yard and view with every amenity you could need provided. We traveled with our 3 year old toddler and 9 month old baby and everything we could have needed for a great trip was there. Everything you've ever wished an Airbnb had this rental has. 10/10. Beyond wonderful!

This is not just a rental house, you feel at home the minute you walk in. This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as enjoyable as the first. All my family could do is rave about the place and said they know were they will be staying when they come back. We look forward to next year!!!

Our stay was wonderful. Very comfortable and peaceful. The master suite and bathroom was cozy and the beds were very comfortable! Meagan and James are very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again!!! Very homey. We loved it.

The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and other essentials, making us feel right at home. Host was fantastic—super responsive and attentive to our needs. They even went out of their way to drop off water bottles for us during our stay, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Kevin and family’s house was fabulous! We had our wedding at their property, and they accommodated our needs superbly. They were willing to meet us in advance to lay out the wedding venue, and helped us with anything we needed. Their house is beautiful, the kitchen and laundry have everything you need. Harley and Faun were willing to help us with anything we needed, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.!
