Fantastic stay. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Hot tub was great and the garden was peaceful. Everything was spot on and communication was great! Will be back!

Me and my daughter stayed here for two nights recently, to attend a local wedding. Vicky went beyond what was expected of a host. The dwelling was decor throughout to a very high standard and was very welcoming with some very personal touches . Personally I struggle to sleep with the road traffic noise on the front of the house, but my daughter Absolutely love staying there and we come back again as would I . Thank you very much Vicky, I would say Beeswing Airbnb is the best todate I have stayed in .

Warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, peaceful short break. Host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable by putting the log burner on before we arrived as it was a cold day. Amazing breakfast.

Patricia was so helpful and kind during my stay! She provided a map of the city, easy transportation instructions, and recommended some local spots to check out. Really enjoyed my comfortable stay and our kitchen chats :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Susan. La maison est agréable et bien équipée, avec une bonne literie dans les chambres. Le quartier résidentiel est calme, parfait avec une voiture pour visiter la région.

Wonderful short stay and the perfect base for a travel stop as we went on to the Highlands.. We arrived to some thoughtful welcome items of milk,bread, butter, cereals, and jam - thank you David. We stayed for 3 nights to visit relatives in Edinburgh and Falkirk and we were most comfortable and warm. Easy check in and check out - a beautiful Home with a really interesting history. Really enjoyed visiting The Kelpies in the day and the evening. Recommend visiting the palace and going on a barge on the grand Union canal with the local volunteers who were really knowledgeable & seeing the Falkirk wheel in action! The Boardwalk restaurant near the Falkirk wheel is well worth booking! Food was lovely.

Our stay at Emily’s home was everything we could have hoped for! The location was amazing, the apartment was beautiful, and Emily and Nick were very accommodating for my family. The location couldn’t be better, it’s close to everything you could need including great restaurants and shops. Just a short walk to the castle, old town sights, and more. We hope to come back again in the future!

Mark and Jill have an absolutely wonderful accomodation. Spacious with high ceilings, the property is clean, warm and the hosts kindly provided a whole range of food and drinks for us arriving. The property is in an ideal location, only a couple minutes walk to the town centre. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with beautiful views of the pond This also makes for a great route to walk/run Sunrise is incredible Cottage is perfect with everything you need to cook in the evening with a lovely touch of milk being left along with cereals , cooking and cleaning products to use. Charming garden flat with gym, sauna and steam room. Nice furnishings and artwork. Lovely warm kitchen with aga cooker. Thoughtful touches, milk bread butter, etc. Towels beautifully folded and positioned where required. Luke and Anna- Marie were perfect hosts.

We spent an amazing week at Steven and Gillian's place, they sent us plenty of useful information before and during our stay. The apartment is cozy, private and you have all you need to cook at home, they also provided things for breakfast, which we appreciated a lot cause we cooked our own breakfast and dinner in order to save some money during our vacation week in Edinburgh. Just keep in mind that the apartment is rather small and narrow, it may be not very confortable (shower, kitchen) if you are very tall and big. Other than that, it was great, we highly recommend this place !

Great apartment, very spacious, beautiful rear gardens, plenty of free parking outside. Very homely, you would be hard pressed to find something that this apartment didn’t have. Nice touches of fresh flowers, fruit, bread and milk. Apartment next to the train line for the city centre, close walking distance to local amenities. Would definitely recommend this property. Flexibility re arrival/departure times. Perhaps only slight issue was the curtains in the single bed room don’t appear to black out lined, room was quite bright in the mornings. No issues with the other bedrooms curtains, this does not prevent me highly recommending the property.

The flat was a lovely, cosy haven at the end of a long drive. It was easy to find and instructions to get in were clear and straightforward. The host is friendly and helpful, responds quickly to messages. The flat is well-located for the places we wanted to visit (Falkirk wheel and the kelpies, and an hour to Leith for the Toual Yacht Britannia) and is in a peaceful corner of a residential road. There is a big Tesco about 10 mins walk away and a couple of nice Italian restaurants. The flat is comfortable, cosy, spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. There were lots of lovely touches - baskets of toiletries, basket of cereals, bread and butter, and Scottish shortbread - which we appreciated. Overall we were delighted with the accommodation and would definitely want to come back if we visit the area again.

Nie mam słów, żeby opisać jak cudowny był pobyt w tym mieszkaniu. Katrina to jedna z najkochańszych osób jakie poznałam! Zapewniła nam wszystkie udogodnienia, o jakich można byłoby sobie tylko pomarzyć. Nie wspominając już nawet o dużym wyborze śniadań. Produkty spożywcze są również uzupełniane codziennie. Czysto, schludnie, w ofercie jest też Smart TV, co jest dla mnie zawsze bardzo ważnym elementem. Katrina jest również cudownym kompanem rozmów, czułyśmy się z nią bardzo komfortowo. W domu jest również przeuroczy, bardzo przyjacielski (i jaki słodki!!!!!!) piesek. Polecę każdemu, kto spyta mnie gdzie wynająć pokój w Edynburgu. Żałuję tylko że nie można dać więcej gwiazdek. Nigdy nie czułam się lepiej wynajmując Airbnb gdziekolwiek indziej. Jeżeli będę wracać do tego miasta, to tylko do Katriny. Bardzo dziękujemy za wszystko!

We loved our stay with Sue. She could not have been any more accommodating and breakfast was lovely. A perfect place to stay if your walking along the costal path, the community run local pub is a must for your evening meal

We can't say enough about Lydia and Arthur's home. Their welcome was so friendly and warm - just genuinely caring and kind people and they have thought about everything to make guests feel at home and comfortable. It's a beautiful space, immaculate, so quiet and peaceful (we had the best night's sleep), and the breakfast was delicious. They have thought about every detail and have added so many lovely touches. They have clearly gone above and beyond. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and this place will be on our list of 'must return' to places. Very highly recommend. Thank you both for such a lovely warm stay. We appreciate it very much.

Rosie and Tim were brilliant and friendly hosts. The room is excellent. Great breakfast that set us up perfectly for the wedding we were going to nearby. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area, throughly recommend!

Anne nous a réservé un très bon accueil à notre arrivée (polie, le sourire et quelques mots de français). Sa petite maison est charmante, avec en prime des attentions pour ses locataires (pain frais, confiture, beurre, fromage...). J'étais un peu effrayé par la circulation pour sortir et entrer dans la propriété. Mais comme les écossais sont beaucoup plus courtois et patients au volant que les français : tout s'est bien passé 😅. Un dernier mot pour préciser que le logement était super propre. The perfect little cottage within walking distance to everything! And John was the perfect host! His entire family worked as a team to insure our stay was amazing. They communicated well, always had great recommendations, and provided everything we could possibly need. This cottage is so close to EVERYTHING! I can’t stress this enough. There’s a GREAT restaurant, quaint little shops, a bakery, a convenience store, local attractions, etc. literally across the street. And I’ll add, while the cottage is central to everything, just off the main road, it’s sooooo quiet. You can’t go wrong booking John’s place!

Carol was a lovely lady greeted us will a lovely smile and welcome. We ended up staying 2 nights as it was as it said in the tin . Quiet tranquil place. Carol makes the most amazing coffee and breakfast. We sat and chatted and watched the wild life birds have their breakfast in the tree in garden. Carol dog lily was a sweet dog friendly and happy to say hello . The bedroom and bathroom are clean and also very comfy bed and nice chairs to relax and read a book We would definitely recommend a stay with carol . We will definitely be back to stay ... 10 out of 10 stay 😁😁😁

The whole place is spotless, the beds were very comfortable and everything was top quality. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room in front of the log burner. Sam is the perfect hostess, very warm and friendly, we felt welcome and at home straight away. We chose to have an evening meal which was delicious and restaurant quality. Thank you also for the very tasty homemade bakes! Our visit was all too short and we can't wait to return. Thank you again.
