We came this weekend for a snow tubing trip to River Riders. There were 5 adults, 5 kids and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all! The fenced in backyard was perfect and everyone enjoyed the hot tub, even in the freezing temps. The old house is super cute and has some unique qualities. It was clean, plenty of towels and everything needed in the kitchen to cook breakfast, lunches and dinners! No issues were encountered at all and we will be back in the Spring for river tubing! Highly recommended.

Our stay was perfect! The house is the best equipped property we’ve ever rented, with more kitchen appliances, pots, pans, etc. than we could ever use. There are even extras like spices, olive oil, plastic wrap, etc. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds and linen so comfy. The entire house is well labeled with easy instructions for everything. Check in was seamless and the hosts are super responsive. We loved the lower level game room and enjoyed a movie or two on the large screen projector…..on our way to the fantastic outdoor hot tub! The outdoor property is beautiful, with multiple fire pits and a beautiful view of the river. Even in the middle of winter, we bundled up, built a fire and enjoyed the hammock. Thank you for helping this family enjoy a magical Christmas. We all agreed the only thing better would be to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and other outdoor amenities!! Highly recommend.

Great stay felt like I was home the space is great and my baby had lots of room to play she loved the snow while we were there!

We did a last minute booking for our big crew of two families and it was the perfect location and house size. Room for the parents and the kids to spread out and spend some fun time. We came to the area to snow tube at night and decided we just wanted to stay. The kids loved that you could watch them rebuild the hill! The house is easy to find and located in a great location with tons around. Check in was easy and we were greeted by a nice cozy, warm house after our drive to the area. Contacting the office for any issues is super easy. We couldn’t get the fireplace to light and they sent someone right to us. We had already booked our tubing, but they gave us a refund of the discount offered as a guest. There is a lot of highway noise and noise as they rebuild the hill, so just be prepared and bring ear plugs or a noise machine. The office does offer ear plugs as well, but we were just fine and so tired that it didn’t bother us! Thanks for the hospitality!

Such an incredible place to unwind and relax. Views are beautiful and its close to Harpers Ferry and some nice hikes.

Had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place! There was plenty of space for our family of 11. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels/washcloths, blankets, cookware & essentials. Although the house is secluded, there are stores within a 10 minute drive. There’s snow tubing right in the backyard, but you only heard the noise if you opened the front door, or a window. It wasn’t a problem for us at all. I definitely recommend Laura’s house to large families looking for a spacious place to stay!

Such a super cute historical place with plenty of character! I came for the Upperville Horse Show and had a great time staying here! Peyton and Kenny were very easy to communicate with and enjoyed spending time with them! I will certainly reach out to them when I return to the area!

Ed’s place is in a beautiful setting with lots of indoor and outdoor space just outside the town of Leesburg We came for a large family gathering for thanksgiving and the space did not disappoint. The kitchen was adequately outfitted to cook and serve a thanksgiving meal. There were enough chairs to fit around the thanksgiving table and during the four days enough for 4 children to do to keep them busy. They had the whole basement area which was completely and comfortably finished. One can watch TV, play ping pong or pool, eat, or do projects. There’s a bedroom, and living room down there and areas to gather. We all had the space we needed to rest, hang out together, watch TV, or read quietly. And as a bonus we were able to bring our dog who thoroughly enjoyed running around the very large backyard. Also, we had a small problem w the TV our first day and Ed called Verizon who came out within a couple hours and fixed it.

Precisely as advertised, peaceful and quiet. Don’t trust your GPS, use the directions they give you.

We had planned our trip around Harper's ferry snow tubing and the Antietam national park. Jenny's place was exactly what we were looking for as we were able to bring our dog. We are a little family of three and having a small cozy place to stay is right up our alley and this air bnb was perfect for just that. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to access. I would recommend to anyone wanting to travel to this area :)

Really charming little historic house just right for 2. I messed up our reservation and Angela was really helpful in getting it fixed. Leesburg is a wonderful town. We may return to visit Washington DC and this place would be perfect in which to do it from.

This is our favorite AirBNB experience. We have been here twice now. The place is in the PERFECT location. Close to everything, and walkable to shops, food, hikes. Jill is so nice and responsive. The place has lots of charm, and is comfortable for groups of up to 8 (we had 4 adults and 4 kids). We will definitely be back! ~PS- If you are a train buff like me, you will love watching the trains go by from the windows and back deck. Also, lots of cool and rare train books.

Peaceful place to relax and unwind. Huge yard to enjoy many yard games and large fire pit area. This was our second time staying here and its for a good reason. The house is great with many levels and deck space. Our favorite part is the floating deck on the water. We enjoyed fishing, getting our feet wet and tubing.

Staying at Villa Maud was a dream! Beautiful property and surroundings. Maud was a friendly and gracious host and we absolutely loved being by the pool and watching the sunset from the little patio. Couldn't have asked for a better stay for my little get-away. Can't wait to return!

Very nice stay. Lovely apartment, clean. Someone was at the front desk every time we went down and the area was nice to walk around in. Grocery store was right down the street. Check in and check out was easy.

The place was charming, well stocked and very comfortable. The communication was great and we would definitely rent again.

Swift check in, the lobby smells amazing lol The apt is so spacious and comes with everything you need for your short stay. Restaurants galore within walking distance and plenty of electric scooters nearby. We def enjoyed our time here
