It was really lovely to see the Cuckoo Chalet at this tme of year. The Deer would walk through the yard in the morning, and it was like being in observatory. We could eatch the Canda Geese at play on thelake. A wonderful time. The house if so cozy!

Jennifer and Eric were very great hosts! The place was just as advertised. Jennifer was very responsive and had helpful recommendations. The family let our kids play in their backyard and on the trampoline which my kids loved. The treehouse is also a very nice touch for the kids, as is the heated floor in the bathroom for the grownups. It’s a beautiful area. Would definitely stay again!!

We had a lovely stay at Kristiane’s place. The location is perfect, the house is comfortable, stylish, and well-appointed. Kristiane is an excellent host and was very responsive and helpful. We hope to return soon.

House was perfect for a large group and very clean when we arrived. There were all the necessary pans, pots, silverware, etc. for cooking for meals in the house. The host (Amber) was quick to communicate and adjust to audibles/questions from our end. Great stay for a large group. Would highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We had a lovely time, a memorable weekend and a very interesting experience indeed. And with all the animals, including the young pups, the children were more than occupied and not hooked on their devices. John was a very gracious host and showed us the works before he left for the weekend. Overall it was great that he was comfortable with us having day guests for a celebration weekend at the farm. As a working farm, it took us some getting used to in the beginning. But the pups, cats, tortoises and more had us enthralled. The whole group felt it was truly a weekend to remember - we will be talking about the fun time we had for a long time to come. Looking forward to seeing the end result of the exciting renovations to come in the dining room and kitchen to make them more functional.

If you want to get away from the city (DC, VA, MD) and want to feel country living and get away from the hustle and bustle of work and life, you have to come here! This farmhouse is a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its charm. The 4 cozy bedrooms are beautifully decorated, each with its own personality and a touch of antique elegance. The attention to detail throughout the house is impeccable. Outside, the farm animals—ducks and goats—add to the experience, while the old barn gives the place an authentic feel. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, flooded with natural light, perfect for cooking and gathering. We loved the peaceful pond with fire pits (can’t wait to use them next time!). With board games, serene surroundings, and so much charm, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back in the spring or summer! Thank you so much for hosting us! What a beautiful experience we had!

I stayed at Locust Hill Farm for my best friend's western themed bachelorette party and we could not ask for a more beautiful location! The farm is the perfect mix of rich history and modern luxury. The exterior of the farm is picturesque complete with farm animals, bright green fields and a relaxing hot tub and fire pit. The inside was very clean, beautifully decorated and a wonderful space for a large group to hang out. The pictures do not do it justice. The location felt very private yet very accessible to the town of Purcellville and Hamilton for shopping and restaurants. It's a beautiful escape from the city and I could not recommend this farm more. Us girlfriends made core memories there that will be cherished forever.

Nice and quiet, house was clean. Loved watching the goats and getting to feed them. Jennifer was very quick to respond, and friendly. Would stay here again.

Megan’s cabin was the perfect weekend getaway for my family on our return visit to the area. It was a lovely cabin in a great location. Megan was extremely responsive and helpful, even when my husband locked us out of the cabin on our second day. We will definitely be back and recommend it to others visiting the area.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and cozy cottage. A perfect spot for quiet, natural surroundings yet not far from the town of Leesburg and other locations. A well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds made our stay perfect. Sara was a great host and very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

This was such a special place and the perfect place to ring in 2025 with our group of 6! Paul was very responsive and helpful and made us feel right at home with fresh eggs and scones! The place was beautiful, cozy, and well located for exploring local hiking spots and wineries. We home to come back for another getaway soon!

My mom and I had the BEST experience at the Forge! The accommodations struck the perfect balance between historic farmhouse and modern comforts. It was cozy, clean, and fully stocked with fresh towels, coffee pods, and a binder with the history of the farm! From Jessica's thoughtful touches to the beautiful vistas and fresh eggs in the kitchen, to the education and hospitality while feeding the pigs and gathering eggs in the morning -- it was heaven. Jessica was quick to reply to any questions we had and provided local recommendations, like the great local market up the road, Roots, for barbecue, cheese, wine, and other provisions. We also loved exploring historic Leesburg -- Buford's Biscuits is excellent for breakfast and Mom's Apple Pie Bakery is a must-stop. We will be back!

Absolutely gorgeous cottage both inside and out. We loved our stay! Luanne is such a friendly and helpful host. The cottage was spotless and everything was perfect. We would definitely come back. Plus the view is amazing!!

We had a great stay at Melinda’s. The space was so peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed all the thoughtful touches she has for us. The location was serene, easy to get inside and close to town and wineries. We hope to be back!

This place is extremely clean and comfortable! My granddaughter loved looking out the window and seeing and hearing the cows! We also had a domestic cat visit us on the front porch. We named her Tabby and she would check the windows in the door to see if she came back! The only issue I had was with connecting with the Airbnb website on my phone with e-mail . It kept telling me *message not sent. It wasn't anything wrong with the cottage. WiFi worked great . Everything else I did on my phone was fine. I think it was the Airbnb website! I would highly recommend this cottage !!!!

Loved staying here! Place is clean and accommodated out big group easily and comfortably. There is plenty of kitchenware to be able to stay in and cook a meal. Beds were comfortable and all rooms felt clean!

What a gem of a chalet! Jo Anne and Kevin have put so much time love and effort into making such a beautiful custom experience and it was such a peaceful, lovely stay. Jo Anne was so responsive and helpful every step of the way and has you covered from top to bottom. will definitely be back again!

My horse is staying in Middleburg for a little bit and this location was ideal for being able to come visit. Great value, felt right at home and Will was a very responsive host. Anyone that might be coming to down for Upperville or Loudoun horse shows that are right down the road, this is an IDEAL place to stay.

The location and home was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and prepared for us, even a spare toothbrush which was a blessing because I forgot mine. I didn't notice from pictures how small the TV was, but we didn't end up using it anyways as we were very busy. Great location, great hosts.

I had a wonderful and peaceful time at Brian’s place. The goats are sweet and playful and it was a joy to spend time with them. Brian is a responsive and helpful host who wrote detailed instructions for everything. Lovely experience at The Goat Loft!
