We had a lovely few days in this beautiful house. The house was very well equipped. There was a beautiful view of the lake from the house and on arrival Craig left a very detailed list of places to visit during our stay. We went to the Burren , Ailwee cave and Portumna forest. The weather wasn't the best as it is February but we were quite happy to stay in by the warm fire, read and look out at the lake and surrounding trees. I would highly recommend staying here.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place with an amazing view to the bay you will find it here. Even you can see the bay while having breakfast. The house and the garden offers much space especially to the kids. The house and everything in it, is very well tended. The kitchen is very well equipped. Actually we found a great coffee machine for coffee americano. The house is a good place to visit all offers of Loop Head. We had a wonderful time in Michaels house. Thanks a million.

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in dem ruhigen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Haus verbringen können. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war vor Ankunft gut erreichbar, empfing uns in der Unterkunft und führte uns in Ruhe durch das Haus. Ausstattung, Zimmer und Lage lassen keinerlei Wünsche offen und die "Garage" (kleines Nebenhaus) bieten mit Billard, Dart und Tischtennis auch beste Unterhaltung für einen verregneten Urlaubstag. Wir haben das Haus zu zweit bewohnt, können es durch die drei komplett ausgestatteten Schlafzimmer und die beiden Badezimmer auch für größere Familien empfehlen.

We had an incredible stay at Trish’s Achill home. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and Trish was immediately responsive whenever we had any small issue. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores in Keel, which was great! Next time we find ourselves in Achill, we will absolutely try to stay here again!

After spending Christmas in Declans lovely house, we have fallen in love with the place. We arrived to a spotless house which was fully decorated for Christmas. It was so appreciated. Declan left some milk in the fridge for a cuppa and the house was nice and toasty. The space for 7 people was great with two sitting rooms and 5 bedrooms. Declan was such a responsive host and very kindly allowed us to check out an hour later due to personal circumstances. I would highly recommend this property for families . Thanks so much , we cannot wait to return

The house was tucked away in the sticks, but have confidence in the instruction as they take you right to the door. The house was comfortable, spacious, light, very clean. Loads of instructions around the house so didn’t need to spend the time figuring out how things worked! Very reasonable on price. You do need a car to get to and from it. We were very pleased with our stay

great family place to stay in Galway. we had the necessary amenities, enough space and a great location. easy to get to Dublin's airport and supermarkets.

We absolutely loved our few days at Carol's house. The location is amazing - beautiful scenery and a short drive to all of Achill's best beaches. The house itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. Carol's communication was absolutely superb, I asked quite a few questions regarding local ammenities and Carol always answered really quickly, nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend Carol's place and will absolutely be back!

Alan is a fantastic host and very helpful. He made us feel at home and has great knowledge of the local area. The house is beautiful and has all mod cons. Beautiful home, it was so easy to find from the instructions given and the facilities are amazing! host was so nice and responded to messages / very helpful. It was an ideal location for a girls night away and so comfortable to stay in. Would happily stay again and would highly recommend

We stayed at Salthouse Bay Lodge over Christmas and it was the perfect getaway with our family of 7. The house is extremely well kitted out with plenty of dishes, cutlery and glassware for the main event at Christmas! All the equipment in the house is top notch from the oven to the washing machine and tumble dryer which was a godsend!! Phillip was so helpful before and during our stay and always responded quickly to any questions we had, he also kindly offered us some recommendations on things to do in the area over Christmas which was super helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway! We will miss the views each morning as we sat with our cuppa overlooking the lake!
