Had a very peaceful 3 nights at Fionnuala and Peter’s. The coach house is charming, very clean, well equipped and quiet. Fionnuala is a lovely host. This was my second stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Anne was so welcoming and offered a beautiful homely setting. Her gorgeous home was clean and cosy and located in a quiet cul de sac so it was very private and quiet which allowed for a restful nights sleep. The town is only a 20 minute walk away so it was very convenient when going out in the evening we didn’t have to take the car.

We enjoyed our one night south of Galway. The room was small but comfortable and the same for the bathroom. The hosts were all so nice and helpful. We had the use of a sunroom lounge which was very nice in the evening and also continental style breakfast laid out in the morning. The place is quiet and clean and we were happy with it.

Spent 5 lovely days in Galway in Daniel’s house. It was a very homely, comfortable and well equipped place; a good place to chill out and relax in after a day out touring the local sights. A very good location with both Galway and Salthill within walking distance. Parking was straightforward outside the house and Daniel was a very friendly and responsive host who provided good recommendations about the area. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had an excellent stay with Theresa and her husband. They were lovely to me, welcoming, kind and communicative. The house is pleasant, clean and very well located. Very well served by bus and close to the center of Galway. I was able to go for wunderful walks along the beach. They were very kind to my little dog, she loved her stay here. I miss them already ! Tanks again for everything! I recommend 100 % !

I would recommend Paddy and Angela’s lovely home to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area! Super friendly and accommodating, and so kind! We were staying during the power outages during the recent storm and when the power went out in the middle of the night they helped us out with candles, buckets of water, and still provided an incredible breakfast!! We had such an amazing and memorable experience, and would stay again in a heartbeat!

I can’t say enough about this place. It was perfect. The hosts are so kind, and personable. The house was spotless. Extremely homey feeling while away from home, and would plan on coming back to this Airbnb should I return. I’ve already told all my friends and family to come here. Beautiful countryside, and Adare is close by. I was traveling with my grandmother, and it was perfect the way the downstairs was setup for her to not have to deal with stairs, and the separation for anyone needing space upstairs. I was more than happy with the choice to stay here. Thank you Barry and Fran for helping this be such a memorable experience. You’re doing everything right!

The house was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home from home. It was good value for money - we stayed in the school holiday's when prices are typically high, making a stay here more economical compared to other options. It gave us the freedom to be flexible and visit the city at our leisure. The host was helpful and available at all times without being intrusive. Again a level beyond an experience in an hotel. If you are driving, there is convenient parking and the location is easily accessible to all major routes. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again and recommend to others.

We had a nice stay at Niamh's. It was a great location for visiting friends in Portumna and a quiet retreat after a long day. Very peaceful location for a good night's sleep. Everything was very clean and checking in was a breeze as Niamh met us when we arrived. The only thing I was missing was a throw or extra blanket on the couch to snuggle under while watching TV or reading a book but that certainly isn't a big deal.

Amazing place to stay - John and Margaret were welcoming and lovely. The space is more like an apartment as it’s so spacious with a fabulous bathroom and breakfast facilities. The extra treats are so thoughtful and unexpected-if you have forgotten to pack something or arrive too late to eat out, no worries, as everything you could need is provided for guests. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Thereze's in Kinvara for almost three months while doing an internship in Galway. I grew really fond of the place, the neighborhood, and Thereze, of course. The apartment had everything I needed, if not, everything was provided by Thereze. It is spacious, very cosy, and tastefully furnished. I often sat in the garden for tanning or skipped rope in front of the patio. There is enough space for cars. Kinvara is lovely village, and very busy! There a a few restaurants for breakfast and dinner, coffee shops, and places for take-away. A big supermarket and gas station can be found as well. It was a nice 25-minute walk into the village with a great view. Galway is about 40 minutes by car or bus. Thereze is an amazing and kind host. She will do everything so you feel comfortable and make the best out of your trip. She made my stay worthwhile and I am very grateful for and to her!

Ben’s place exceeded our expectations! It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had incredibly comfortable beds. Thoughtful extras like tea, biscuits, and bottled water made our stay even more special. Communication was excellent, and Ben kindly accommodated our early check-in without any hassle.

Beautifully restored church with a mix of modern and traditional touches. Chris was very welcoming even though my wife and I were under the weather during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, the shower was as hot as you could possibly want it, and the bed was comfortable. His two dogs are absolutely adorable and really enjoyed soaking up the love we gave them.

Had a great stay at Bernie's beautiful lodge, she was a very good host and I would thoroughly recommend staying here, would definately book here again, thanks Bernie!

Loved my time in Lorraine’s home and didn’t want to leave. Her house is close (but not too close) to all of the major sites and train and bus stations. wifi worked great, plenty of hot water. her delicious yogurt parfait was appreciated each morning. Most importantly i could not have asked for a kinder host. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, quiet place near Eyre Square. Thank you, Lorraine!

Sandra was very welcoming and helpful. Her home is beautiful and in a peaceful location. We were happy to speak with her in a casual way, pleasantly visiting and sharing our lives. We appreciated the light breakfast that she provided before our ferry ride to the Aran Island.

Nora was lovely and extremely friendly. She gave us a fantastic recommendation for the Galway christmas market.

Mairead was so cheerful and friendly and kind and flexible. Her beautiful farmhouse was squeaky clean and the beds were so comfortable and her breakfast was very delicious. It is, indeed, a place that we would love to visit again and it is a joy to recommend it to everyone else.

I came to stay with Kathryn during the bank holiday/halloween weekend and had an excellent time! I had never stayed at a proper bed and breakfast before and I was a tad apprehensive as I’m very private, but Kathryn exceeded all of my expectations with her incredible home and great hospitality! She even got me gluten free bread for the daily breakfasts she makes and helped me make sandwiches for my long bus ride the following day. The security to manage the ins and outs were very easy and the location is GRAND. Super close to the bus. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a real b&b experience.
