Derek & Nathan are super hosts! Both hosts are extremely communicative, accommodating, proactive, flexible, professional, and understanding. Our group of 8 was worried of the possibility the snowy weather would affect our travel dates but our hosts took the time out to shovel clearing the exterior prior to our arrival and even providing us with snow materials such as shovels, salt, etc. just in case we needed it. The images didn’t do the interior enough justice either! The home was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, cozy and extremely spacious. For shopping I would recommend doing it early since there is only Food Lion & Dollar General as grocery options but there is an ABC store close by as well if you are into spirits. We will 100% return if our group ever prepares to stay in Mineral again. Thank you both once again.

The Lake Lodge was the perfect escape for a weekend with my husband. We roasted hotdogs on the fire, relaxed in the hot tub, and had a fun game of headbandz. This house is extremely kid friendly, so while we do not have children ourselves, we will definitely be returning for a group trip with friends and family who do have small children. I would recommend this for anyone, couples, families, friends to take this opportunity to enjoy all the beautiful Lake Anna area has to offer.

We live locally but had family coming from out of state and needed more space to accommodate. This offered everything we needed and was much more spacious than expected. The deck set up is great as we had rain some of the trip so could still enjoy outside in the covered section without having to get soaked. Will definitely consider booking again when family visits!

I would definitely stay here again in the warmer months. The house was beautiful and the views were unmatched. We were a party of 10 and there was still so much more space and empty rooms. We went for a morning hike and played volleyball, walked to the lake, etc. This was extremely responsive! He is a great host

I would rate this house a 5 out of 5. The house looked just like the pictures . It was very clean . The host was very responsive, she was great. My family enjoyed the fire place located on the side of the house . There appeared to be a spider issue in the house . We saw a couple and had to kill them. The shower in the basement was very small. Besides that my family and I had a great blended thanksgiving and would definitely rent again . Thank you for everything Angela !!!

We had a great weekend stay here! The house was very clean, especially considering they allow pets here , you wouldn’t be able to tell if there was an animal there before your stay. The house was also in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was a short drive to see the lake. The yard was a great size for your dog to run around! We highly recommend staying here for your next relaxing getaway.

Emily’s place exceeded all expectations ! Myself and 8 other ladies stayed for a bachelorette trip and everyone was comfortable in the home. The photos do not do this Airbnb justice it is even more charming in person. We stayed at ver a weekend so we did hear the hunt club on Saturday so the heads up was nice. The home is centrally located to a TON of wineries just as listed. Our only complaint as 9 women trying to get ready in the home is there is not full length mirror. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to any friends looking in the area ! Thank you so much !

Sarah’s place was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway with friends! We enjoyed relaxing in the spacious kitchen and living room each evening and the rooms were all great sizes for our stay. Sarah’s communication was very helpful and timely. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area! Seeing deer walking and squirrels playing in the backyard were added bonuses!

Michelle's place was more than I expected. I have close family friends very close by and felt so fortunate that her place was avaliable so close to the holidays. It was cozy and warm and felt like being at home with my family. We ate Lunch and Cafe Maidens. Wanted to visit the Cider house but ran out of time. But we will be back soon. This was exactly as described, which was exceptionally special experience. Thank you again and again.

We had an amazing stay at Greg and Martha's apartment in downtown Gordonsville, Virginia! From the moment I booked, they were incredibly communicative, making sure all of my questions were answered promptly and that I had everything I needed for a smooth check-in. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely – cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the little amenities that made my stay extra comfortable. I especially appreciated the personal touches, like the snack basket and mini toiletries . The location couldn’t be more ideal – right in the heart of downtown, with excellent restaurants just a short walk away. It was the perfect spot for exploring the charming town and enjoying delicious local meals. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place to stay in a wonderful area. Greg and Martha really go above and beyond!

I enjoyed my time staying and working in Mineral, VA. This cozy little spot was everything I needed to be comfortable and warm during my stay.

This Airbnb was spacious with very comfortable beds! I think, in the off-season, it could be a tad cheaper, but it was close to shopping, the vineyard, and the state park.

Sam’s place was beautiful! The bunk room was our little guys favorite and thought he was a big boy sleeping in the beds. The condo had everything we needed! Sam was so helpful in providing us with restaurant ideas and best places to boat/wakeboard on the lake! They had a boat slip we could use to dock our boat for the weekend with a short walk back to the condo. We enjoyed our time so much we didn’t want to leave. We hope to be back next summer!

Jonnathan's place is a beautiful, clean, spacious condo conveniently located next to the marina. We so enjoyed our stay & having a designated boat slip to dock our boat was an extra added bonus! Absolutely perfect place to stay for a weekend lake getaway! We are already looking forward to our next stay!
