Sara was a wonderful host. So nice and sweet to us. She knew we came from florida and was a long way from home an said to let her know if we needed anything even if it didn't pertain to the stay. You dont meet many people like that now days and it was surely appreciated. We spent 9 days at her air bnb and it felt like home. The house was so cute and welcoming. Everything was so clean and smelled so good. Id say this house has been one of my top favorites so far. We hope to visit again next year. Id highly recommend sara as a host . If youre considering booking a place with her definitely do it . You wont be disappointed. Thank you again Sara and god bless

We booked this Airbnb with Regina. It was very easy booking. Great communication. Great information sent to us. Regina is an amazing host. Very responsive. This Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It was VERY clean. It was SPOTLESS. Very spacious. It smelled and looked like it was brand new. It's a VERY safe neighborhood, which was important to use because we had 4 ladies staying for a girls' trip weekend getaway. We felt very safe. Great location near eating places, shopping, casino and park. Lots of entertainment. Our stay was so peaceful. We slept like a baby. It felt like home. We will definitely be reserving this Airbnb again. Highly recommended.

We booked last minute on Christmas Eve because alternate plans fell through, and Blake was so wonderful. I cannot say enough positive about him and his place. First, the place is super cute. You immediately feel at home, and you can tell this isn’t just a house but a home, and it makes a difference. I loved the kitchen, and it had everything you might need. The beds were super comfy, and the bathrooms were immaculate. The dogs loved the backyard. It was very peaceful, quiet area with grocery stores and food just around the corner. Blake went the extra mile for us, regularly checked in to ensure everything was okay, was responsive to our questions. He even offered us a late check out. My wife says he had “Brazilian hospitality,” and I agree! I have Airbnb-ed for years all over the country, and Blake is by far the best host we’ve ever had. We will definitely be booking with him the next time we come back to BR!

Nice, peaceful, relaxing home. Quick and responsive host! Dawn was the best!! Really enjoyed our stay while visiting with our son at Tech. Bonus was being able to bring the fur babies along and they loved running the yard when it wasn’t raining. We will definitely plan to stay again.

We loved this gem! Perfectly positioned in a neighborhood with bakeries, bookstores, bars available to wander to yet quiet and calm. The bikes were an essential part of our New Orleans excursions (and thanks for the helmets!). Lucia and Folwell were so responsive to our needs. What a treat

We had a great stay! Check in was easy. Chairs and umbrellas provided for parade and outdoor activities. Extra hygiene items were conveniently in the bathroom. The kitchen had all we needed as well. The home was tidy, and decorated lovely! Oh! And the street lamps are real gas lamps! So cool. Bedrooms on each level were nice so my in-laws were able to stay on the first with out having to worry about the stairs. The location was perfect to watch parades off of St. Charles. Even with the convenient proximity, it was very quiet in the house after 10. There are several restaurants and bars within five or so blocks. Things to be aware of (that were NOT dealbreakers at ALL). The walls are thin. If your neighbors are loud, you will hear them. When the outside temp is cold, the first and second floor indoor temps vary wildly. Our host kindly informed us ahead of time so we could adjust. St. Charles trolley cannot run during “Uptown” parades. (Get parade, transit and parking apps ahead!)

This was a comfortable, safe, and secure place for a girls trip. It was walkable from many major landmarks and things to do. It was great value for 4 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. The area at night is a bit sketchy but that’s not on the host. And an uber ride from downtown to the Airbnb was cheap and quick. Overall, would stay here again.

I absolutely loved the layout of the apartment! The location was incredibly convenient—just off the highway yet nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The patio and outdoor space were a personal favorite, but the chimney and high ceilings truly made the space feel special. Everything was spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely location in a scenic area right by the St. Charles streetcar. Very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, etc., while getting to see all the Garden District mansions. Sweet balcony with an oak tree right in front. Would highly recommend. Great way to spend our q year wedding anniversary.

the house is large and was very clean. the kitchen and bath were well stocked. the house is within walking distance to the market, restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend it especially if you are a family looking for a good space to be a le to spread out.

This has been one of the most pleasant trips I’ve had. From the time I walked in I felt right at home, the place was just as described and to be honest the pictures doesn’t do this place its true justice. Very comfortable and cozy and this will definitely be my go to place when in Shreveport.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. Marcus was incredibly responsive and helpful, he sent us a list of things to do in the area and had a lot of recommendations. The space was clean and quite large, we had plenty of room. The bathroom had plenty of towels and soap/shampoo, etc. Overall the place felt quite homey!

Lodge was very comfortable and grounds has tons of wildlife. Would definitely recommend

Just wanted to share our fantastic experience at the ARBB we stayed at. We absolutely loved the pool and the charming units. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Wilson, who went out of his way to take care of us during our stay. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter and within walking distance to just about anything. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Unlike many Airbnbs, the door code was unique to us which gave a lot of comfort. Place was as described, clean and comfortable. But the pool is not the type you can do laps in!

My friends and I had a fantastic time and were comfortable at The Chateau. Prior to our arrival, Michael was very responsive to questions. At the time of arrival, Wilson was extremely helpful and friendly. Other folks working at The Chateau were lovely and warm. It's a great location, allowing us to walk to almost every destination we hoped to visit. The outdoor space was so comfortable, and other guests were respectful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely consider The Chateau for future visits to New Orleans!

Had a fabulous family Christmas vacation at this Airbnb! Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!
