Amazing place to stay! Not a bad distance from LSU at all, in a very quiet and private area. Dhaval was very clear on instruction, and a great host. Highly recommend this place!

Stay was great, everything was very clean and host was very responsive! Only complaint was how difficult the door was to open.

The pictures matched the apartment and there is an inside hallway separating the bedrooms, so each bedroom had its privacy. Everything was clean and being adjacent to the warehouse district, there are cafes, restaurants and art galleries nearby (with the Quarter also walking distance). The kitchen and living room were also stylish and well-proportioned. The balcony was a bonus but not really used and the St. Charles streetcar to visit the Garden District or Uptown are also close.

What a fabulous place to stay and a fabulous host! If you're looking for a little luxury and a peaceful spot after all the craziness in the FQ, this is the perfect place for you. This condo is located on the top floor of the building with an abundance of windows and private decks giving you great views. Walking in we immediately felt comfy and SO happy I chose Brad's place. I had a few travel related questions for Brad and his responses were quick and helpful. We walked to & from the FQ a couple times and we always felt safe and it took us maybe 35 mins each way - great way to see the neighborhoods. Also took Uber a few times - easy. Several coffee shops, eateries and Mike's (neighborhood convenience market for snacks & booze) close by. We truly loved staying at Brad's and would refer/come back again in a heartbeat!

Joseph was an amazing host. His space is incredible. For anyone interested in a restful space in one of the most beautiful New Orleans neighborhoods with plenty of prime local spots near by, check it out.

Great for a short or long term stay! Location was perfect to walk around the area— although a little bit loud at night (especially on weekends). Everything else was perfect :)

My stay was exceptional! B's communication was immaculate—quick, clear, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The unit itself was not only safe but also uniquely designed, making for a truly memorable experience. We enjoyed our stay! Great proximity to Bourbon St and the parades while being far enough from the chaos to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great location and are not looking to stay directly on Bourbon St.

This neighborhood was amazing. I was a little worried about staying in New Orleans but I was so surprised at how amazing the neighborhood was. Very liberal artsy vibe. We had a fantastic time

This place is a 10/10! Perfect location and beautiful. It is exactly as described. Elizabeth was an amazing host. There was an issue with the cleaning crew ( everything was clean except for the rotted strawberries that had been left in the fridge ) but Elizabeth was super kind and helpful of the matter and made it right. I would recommend this place to everyone staying in NOLA.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luke’s place. We used to live in New Orleans and I can say with confidence, his Airbnb is in a prime location. Safe location with great food options and walking distance to most major streets. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city!

Great location walking distance to Bourbon St and felt safe

Our family of 6 really enjoyed this house! We were able to cook meals comfortably, the appliances all worked perfectly and the furniture was so comfortable. Nice neighborhood to walk in the mornings and great game room for families to relax together. Responsive host! Would return to this house again and whole heartedly recommend to friends.

What great place this is if you need a place in the Baton Rouge area. Quiet neighborhood, very little vehicular traffic. Clean neat place with great amenities. Angela was very quick to respond to questions and was so helpful. Very clear instructions to get in and check out procedures. Great sofa for watching an awesome TV, comfy beds, clean bathroom, and plenty of towels and washcloths, big plus. Don't hesitate, book it if you are needing something in the area.

Big home very well kept. Love the kitchen and living room. Well worth it for the price if you go with large group.

Very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. The place was clean and tidy. We didn’t have a chance to take advantage, but there was a pool a workout room and safe locked parking. There are a ton of restaurants and clubs walking distance and the by water is a great neighborhood away from the crowds on bourbon street. But if you like bourbon street it is there for you. We would certainly stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with our two grown daughters and 4 grand babies. We had plenty of room and the location was close to campus, food, Wal-mart, and a local trampoline park. The backyard was perfect for the kiddos to play in.

Joshua’s residence was excellent for a company crew to stay at. He was a wonderful host and we hope to have the chance to stay again.
