After a week of hotel stays it was so nice to decompress in a home and do laundry! It was just the 2 of us and the space was much more than enough. A bigger party would be very comfortable. Appreciated the welcome email which included instructions on how to use all the appliances. Request- add in a true American coffee maker. The fact that the home is completely updated added to our comfort level. There are great spaces to relax and we enjoyed what the home offered and loved the showers. This location in Central Portugal is in a sleepy hood. There is a corner market but it doesn’t offer much. Arriving late, we were able to get a few essentials for our first morning such as milk & bananas. The 2 towns we decided to day trip to were Coimbra & Aveiro. Both are approximately 1 hour away. While it was a bit farther than I hoped, it was a nice chance to see the countryside & the A17 is so easy to drive. We were quite impressed with the freeways. Would consider a return with more guests!

This was an absolute dream house I deeply loved! Such a treat to enjoy this incredible home in such a perfect location in Ericeira. Gorgeous sunset views. Walkable to the beach. The coziest and beautifully designed lounge spaces. Great for working and studying or entertaining. Kitchen has everything that you need! Loved the dining room, sun room, and outdoor spaces. I’d move into this home. It has just the best energy and is perfect for families. Elizabeth is the BEST host as well! She goes above and beyond in catering to guest needs and is so easy to adore 🥰 I’ve stayed in all of her listings because I just love the aesthetic of her homes that she’s created and she is the dearest most genuine pure soul 💖 Thank you again for such a warm and wonderful welcome for this month I’ve had in Carvoeira/Ericeira! Candida was lovely and at check in, gave up local knowledge and tour of house, which was clean and very functional. They had a hair dryer, nice when traveling to not need your own or worry with voltage and a small space heater which was nice for our unusually cold days. There's two bedrooms, one with a comfortable bed (not too firm or too soft) and one that was a bit thinner and softer, so you have options! There was an induction stove top and microwave with a convection feature, good for warming things though probably not good for baking. The only con was unfortunately the towels and sheets are washed in a strongly scented detergent-common for Portugal but still bothersome. The location has great parking very close and free and is in a lovely neighborhood.

Très belle habitation dans un village paisible. Nous avons été reçu chaleureusement par la grand-mère de Iolanda. Iolanda a été très réactive et a pu nous arranger pour l'arrivé et le départ. Je recommande !

La casa de Màrio y su familia es perfecta, está muy bien equipada y se encuentra ubicada en una zona a muy pocos minutos del centro y las playas de Ericeira. La casa es perfecta para una estancia con niños y Màrio ha estado todo el tiempo atento haciéndonos sugerencias con los mejores planes. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Mil gracias!

Lia's place is a tiny apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment is part of her house. There are a lot of common areas available for guests to use. I really liked sitting on veranda. The apartment is decorated with great taste. All appliances worked for me. I cooked there about 1 meal every second day. Lia was kind to provide me with a large sauce pan so that I can make my favorite soup.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

Ich war mit meiner Hündin im März 2025 für 7 Tage in dieser tollen Fewo, die wahrscheinlich eine der schönstgelegenen ist, die man finden kann. Sie liegt am Rand eines kleinen Ortes in der Nähe von Nazaré direkt am Atlantik und hat eine riesige Terrasse. Der Ausblick auf den Atlantik vom WZ und der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Zum Strand etwa 50 m unterhalb führt ein Pfad durch Wald und Dünen und man hat das riesige Meer direkt unter/vor sich! Die Whg. selbst ist schön eingerichtet, die Betten und alles sonstige gut und funktionierend, auch die Heizung (Klimaanlage wie fast überall im Süden) funktioniert und hat gut gewärmt. Parkplätze beim Haus, in der unteren Hälfte des Hauses gibt es noch eine kleinere FeWo. Ideal für Familien mit Kids, aber auch für Laptoparbeiter (wie mich), hier mit tollem Blick auf den tosenden Atlantik arbeiten können! Jose ist sehr hilfsbereit & immer erreichbar. Sein Vater ist herzallerliebst und zeigt einem alles beim Ankommen! Komme gerne wieder, danke José!

We had a great stay! Carlos was extremely responsive and was very flexible with early check in. The apartment was cute and had everything we needed. The apartment was close to the subway which made it very convenient. It was not right in the heart of downtown but an easy metro of bolt ride away. It was quiet at night which we really appreciated.

I have stayed at many airbnb properties in many countries and cities and I would probably rate Ana Maria and Miguel’s as one of the best ever! Absolutely gorgeous apartment, everything like the photos and more. Super walkable area with great restaurants just downstairs. The hosts were so gracious with me allowing for flexible check in, even offering to mail me a key I left behind. Truly an incredible stay I only wished I would’ve booked it for longer. If I could give six stars, thank you Ana Maria and Miguel!!

We stayed at Guilherme's place the night before our flight out of Lisbon and it was perfect! It is only a few minutes drive from the airport, there was ample free parking for our rental car, and a Lidl grocery store and gas station were just a couple minutes away. Guilherme greeted us when we arrived, showed us around the apartment, and left us with a bottle of wine, some chocolates, and food for breakfast in the morning! Highly recommended for your final night(s) in Lisbon.

Ana ,est une hôte bien vaillante et en tout points formidable. Le logement est à proximité de la gare de caxia à 7 mn à pied et de la vous allez directement à 20 mn de train aux portes de Lisbonne avec la place du commerce et l’arc de triomphe qui vous ouvre la porte de la cité . We had an amazing stay at Gonçalos apartment. It has a perfect location for discovering the city by feet. Gonçalo is a great host and provided us with helpful information for parking and restaurants. We can definitely recommend his apartment!

Laura’s apartment was perfect for our family of 5; it was very clean, quiet neighborhood, had everything we needed and beautifully decorated. Communication was good and Laura was very helpful. It was easy to Uber to where we needed to go in Lisbon. Highly recommend Laura’s place!

Très bon sejour dans ce logement. L'appartement est facile d'accès à pied depuis Cais do Sodré qui est un noeud multimodal appréciable avec métro, ferry et train. C'est idéal respectivement pour : venir de la gare routière ou de l'aéroport ; traverser le Tage pour rejoindre Cacilhas ; et partir visiter des villes comme Bélem et Cascais. Lucía est de très bon conseil pour les visites et restos. Elle est serviable et fort aimable au demeurant. Logement petit mais confortable, très cosy, avec une jolie terrasse pour (petit) déjeuner quand les températures ne sont pas trop basses. Nous recommandons chaudement !

Very spacious flat, we were positively surprised! The location was as expected, a bit far from some sightseeing places (so better with a car), but also enough stuff to do in Parque das Nações area.

It was a very cozy and spacious place. Even though it was chilly outside, the apartment had heating and was very warm. The host greeted us kindly, gave us all the necessary recommendations, and explained how to park in the underground garage. There’s a supermarket near the building where you can buy everything you need. In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the coast with beautiful views, and you can get to the city center on foot in about 20 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay.

So happy with this stay! At the quieter end of town, but still easy walking distance to everything in lower part of city. We had a rental car and would drive up to Sitio and to the point to see Praia de Norte. Easy parking on the street beside the building, and also secure parking in garage. Great view of Nazare beach right from the terrace— i loved sipping my coffee and watching the people on the boardwalk and listening to the waves crashing on the shore each morning. Sunsets were spectacular! Very secure, private and clean, and we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed a great week in Rafa’s apartment. We travelled with our daughter (1) and the apartment was perfect for our family, with a cot and high chair provided. The apartment was clean and spacious. Rafa was a great host, very friendly and full of local knowledge. Thank you Rafa for resolving the small external issue with the wifi! We would recommend for couples and for families.

Incredible stay at this penthouse. Great location close to beaches and the town center. Loved the pool and view. definitely recommend !!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm. Es ist ruhig. Nette Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Für einen Aufenthalt in Lissabon absolut zu empfehlen.
