a lovely place!! the view is amazig, Nazare and the sea are simply astonishing. the balcony is pure luxury; my Dad and I had a lovely time in Nazare - thx Joao!

We loved our stay in Nazare. The town is incredible and our host was friendly and welcoming. She was very clear with check in and showed us around when we got there so we were clear on everything. We visited in the chilly off season and she’d placed extra blankets out for us and set the heat so we’d be warm at night. The location is perfect and view incredible. She left us pastries and port on arrival and the apartment was very clean. The only thing I didn’t love was that all the lightbulbs were very bright white (I’m super light sensitive so it was a “thing” for me but maybe not for others… this is also something we noticed at a lot of restaurants in the town). I can’t recommend the location enough! It was an easy walk to both south and north beach and the parking was a huge plus for us.

Our trip to Nazare was terrific thanks in part to this five-star beach front apartment. It is walking distance to everything, has great views of the beach and sunset from the living room and bedroom, and the has best shower head in Portugal!!

One word to describe this place: VIEWS! Stunning views from both the living room and the bedroom. Walking up to the sound of waves and the most incredible sunsets in the afternoon was priceless. Absolutely gorgeous. The flat is cosy and it has everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay. The flat is just a few minutes walk from the centre, with shops, restaurants, cafes and most importantly: the beach. Beautiful town Ericeira, I can't wait to come back.

Yes, believe the comments :-) this apartment and the host are amazing. what i like about Nuno that he took the time to get us know us personally. He is a busy chef in the restaurant, nevertheless he took the time. and when there was a storm over the region he checked if we were okay. You can tell the qualities of a good chef like at the apartment: clean and tasteful. thanks for the great time! we were in Peniche Mid March, for hiking in the region. get a rental car and explore the region its beautiful. although we can not surfe, we enjoyed the atmosphere of all the surfers. and when there was a rainy/cold day (normal in March), the apartment was great for a cosy day inside. the heating is enough to keep you warm. we hope to come again to Portugal next year

We arrived in a nice cosy apartment on the 6th floor, with a beach house interior and the most beautiful view on the ocean. The apartment was clean and everything we needed was there. The kitchen was ready to use, we found a bottle of wine and cookies in the fridge. So nice. The owner sent us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The supermarket was 10 minutes walking and to the ocean it was maybe 5 minutes. The weather was not great when we were there, but we went to Sintra and Mafra on the rainy days and we had a nice time anyway. We hope to go back one time.

Estancia tranquila y alejada de la zona bulliciosa del pueblo. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, la descripción coincide perfectamente con la situación de la casa.

Absolutely loved our stay and loved the wonderful town of Ericeira. The location was amazing, wonderful views yet walkable to town and restaurants and everything you could want. The one thing I would change would be having a dryer. We stayed in mid March and hanging clothes and towels out just didn’t dry. Other than that it was fabulous 🤗

We really loved our stay at Rita and Bruno's place!! it was very quiet and peaceful especially being able to hear the waves from the ocean. There was a very helpful information book about the house and recommendations on the surrounding area. We had plenty of room for the two of us as there are three bedrooms. The beds are extremely comfortable, love that there were fans and the ability to adjust the heat in each room, and the views were stunning! We walked to a cafe a few blocks away for breakfast on the beach. We highly recommend Rita and Bruno's place!

It's so good I almost want to write a bad review to keep the place all to myself. The space is amazing in every sense, spacious, well-equipped, with breathtaking views and lots of options for both privacy and group activities. Claudia is an outstanding host, highly helpful and responsive. The views — don't get me started on the views, Peniche (and this particular spot) are forever in my heart and the hearts of my friends who joined me. I wish I could buy a place right next to this one. 100/10, see you guys next year!

Ich war mit meiner Hündin im März 2025 für 7 Tage in dieser tollen Fewo, die wahrscheinlich eine der schönstgelegenen ist, die man finden kann. Sie liegt am Rand eines kleinen Ortes in der Nähe von Nazaré direkt am Atlantik und hat eine riesige Terrasse. Der Ausblick auf den Atlantik vom WZ und der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Zum Strand etwa 50 m unterhalb führt ein Pfad durch Wald und Dünen und man hat das riesige Meer direkt unter/vor sich! Die Whg. selbst ist schön eingerichtet, die Betten und alles sonstige gut und funktionierend, auch die Heizung (Klimaanlage wie fast überall im Süden) funktioniert und hat gut gewärmt. Parkplätze beim Haus, in der unteren Hälfte des Hauses gibt es noch eine kleinere FeWo. Ideal für Familien mit Kids, aber auch für Laptoparbeiter (wie mich), hier mit tollem Blick auf den tosenden Atlantik arbeiten können! Jose ist sehr hilfsbereit & immer erreichbar. Sein Vater ist herzallerliebst und zeigt einem alles beim Ankommen! Komme gerne wieder, danke José!

We stayed at Maria’s place for 3 nights and it was a lovely stay. The apartment is cute and cozy, just as described, and Maria was super helpful with anything we might need. It is worth noting that there’s no central heating (which doesn’t come as a surprise if you read the listing accurately), but the portable heaters provided are enough to warm up the place. It is also extremely humid in Peniche and we really appreciated the dehumidifier Maria provided!

Fantastic place to stay. Nice rooms, super clean and really nice years to sit in and enjoy the day. Very quiet and safe area. 10 minute walk to a fantastic beach with amazing sunsets. Only small issue is it’s a bit of a drive to any services. The host was great as well.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, hatte ein super bequemes King-size Bett, schöne große Fenster für viel Tageslicht und eine tolle Regendusche! Sie war zwar kleiner als gedacht (für uns mit Baby und Kinderwagen etc.) aber die Lage am Fluss und direkt im ehemaligen Expo-Gelände ist sehr schön zum spazieren oder einkaufen gehen und nach Lissabon Altstadt sind es auch nur 20min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Miguel lief reibungslos und ist sehr gut organisiert. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung absolut zu empfehlen.

The home is fantastic with truly a gorgeous view. Perfect location - 2 min to the beach and a small shopping centre including a supermarket. And nice short walk to the old town center. The living room is in reality a bit smaller than the photos suggest but is still big enough and very cozy. The gas wasn’t working in the beginning but was immediately fixed. Overall, we would love, really love, to go back to this home.

The entire staff at Duques Villa is amazing! friendly, easy to communicate with. the property is fantastic, a beautifully restored historic villa in Lisbon that was once the residence of royalty! You will be treated as such, while you enjoy the amenities and marvel at every touch at Villa Duques!

Wir hatten einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Nunos Apartment. Nuno ist ein toller Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar und er hat uns viele gute Tips während unseres Aufenthalts gegeben. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Trotz des schlechten Wetters hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Hemos pasado una fantástica semana en el apartamento. Es un piso cómodo, limpio y muy bien situado con unas vistas estupendas. Cosas a mejorar: una cama de matrimonio mayor.

The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had before the trip. They provided numerous restaurant recommendations and they were available to answer any questions during the stay. Their place has a great view of the beach. The kitchen has plenty of space and we had the windows open for the entire time.

Wir haben einen Monat in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Internet war stabil und schnell – für uns besonders wichtig, da wir remote arbeiten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und modern, außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber mit allem, was man braucht, direkt in der Nähe: Lidl und Pingo Doce sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das große Einkaufszentrum Vasco da Gama ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend – von der nahegelegenen Station "Oriente" kommt man bequem überall hin, zum Beispiel nach Sintra. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung in die Stadt liegt sogar noch näher. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt!
