We lucked out and had beautiful sunny weather while we were here, and the apartment was perfect. Within walking distance of some great food and grocery stores, and right across the road from a pedestrian path on the water. It was a perfect place to stay outside of the noise and chaos of city center!

It was perfect, weather was amazing , that is always a bonus . The apartment is in a great location for walking, restaurants , amazing bakery’s., with a lovely view from the balcony. A couple of little garden chairs would have been great to sit out in the morning with your coffee on the balcony. The apartment was warm, and beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it.

Hemos estado muy agustos en el alojamiento de Jenny. El piso es acogedor, limpio, tranquilo y tiene todo lo necesario. Jenny es muuuy hospitalaria y ha tenido unos detalles muy bonitos con nosotros. No hemos podido haber alguilado mejor con mejor anfitriona. Gracias por todo Jenny!

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand in Blackrock! Die Lage ist super, viele Restaurants und pubs in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Der Ausblick auf das Meer aus den Schlafzimmern ist atemberaubend. Meine Tochter und ich haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Alison ist sehr gut, schnell erreichbar und war auch sehr flexibel was Check in und Check out betrifft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Eoghan's place whilst visiting nearby family. It was perfect for the two of us and having our own bathroom was great. We appreciated being able to use the very adequately resourced kitchen. It was a quiet neighbourhood and within easy walking distance to the sea, also to the train station which is on the main Dublin line. Thank you for your welcome, we will certainly stay again.

The property is really nice and the location was excellent. The check in was super easy and the instructions were clear for finding the property. We had a great stay and enjoyed the local area.

Had a great stay for 3 nights. Everything was as mentioned in the listing, but the photos don’t really capture the amount of space you have at your disposal. The views from the apartment are great and everything you need is within walking distance. I recommend Little Richard’s Pizza, Gerry’s Fresh Foods and Stoop Your Head (seafood restaurant on the front). Valerie left some scones, bread and milk which was very appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and was a joy to cook in. The heating was set for certain times so we didn’t have to worry about being cold, and it was especially nice turning up on the first day to a warm place. I would defintely return to Skerries and rent Valerie’s place again.

Lovely spacious apartment, ideal for a group. Bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Host was very friendly and accommodating for our arrival, would absolutely recommend staying here for a visit to Carlingford!

Lovely stay here in Carlingford. Location is great, short walk down the hill to the town. Lovely views over the Lough and the house is perfect for a group.

We had an amazing 3 days staying at Marcus’s beautiful townhouse. We felt very comfortable and it was so nice that we didn’t want to go out at all (the Irish weather wasn’t great 😂) The town house was beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. Like something out of a magazine but it was homely and very comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need. The backyard was delightful. We did have a hire car so we could easily get to the seaside at Blackrock, where there were some great pubs and restaurants. I highly recommend Marcus’s place and would happily stay there again. Marcus was a very considerate host and was easily contactable, he was attentive but not intrusive. Thanks so much for a wonderful long weekend. Tracey, Sydney Australia. 🦘🦘

Excellent court séjour passé dans le logement de Michelle et Mark . La maison est bien équipée et située dans un environnement très joli et calme . La vue est vraiment exceptionnelle. On se sent très à l aise dans ce lieu confortable et rempli de l histoire et des souvenirs de ses propriétaires. Très belle expérience, merci !!

Sinead is a lovely host! The place was exactly what we wanted and the location we wanted. It's not a 5 star resort but the price reflects that. We were happy. The beds were clean and comfortable. We lit the fire. We cooked. We visited the beach and the local pub. We made memories and will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay at Noeleen’s apartment. It was cosy, had everything you could need and right in the centre of the town. Noeleen was incredibly friendly and responsive. Everything I used in the apartment worked perfectly and Noeleen left clear instructions for use. The apartment is within walking distance of shops, restaurants/cafes/pubs and public transport and easily accessible by car (tight entrance so larger cars might need to park outside the courtyard). I would happily recommend anyone to stay here.

I had a great stay at Alison’s place. The room was very cosy, and the view of the sea was beautiful. While staying, I worked remote. The wifi was fast and reliable! Alison was very friendly and helpful with guidance and recommendations. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful seaside stay in Ireland.

We caused some early trouble for Jocelyn, showing up early looking to get in. Jocelyn had the cleaner work diligently to get us in before check in. We then went to dinner and locked ourselves out. Jocelyn, who lives some distance away, got us in quickly in answer to our text. Place proved perfect for stay with my wife and son. Location not on the Strand but overlooks other buildings to provide a good view and real feeling of ocean front. Great unit and great area to stay. Looking forward to going back.

ενας υπέροχος οικοδεσπότης μας βοήθησε οσες φορές χρειάστηκε ,το δωμάτιο 30 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης αξίζει να μείνετε εκεί μιας κ το λεωφορείο ειναι ακριβως δίπλα και το τρένο στα 5 λεπτά ,το προτείνω σίγουρα

This is my first airbnb stay in Dublin and it makes me really fell in love with city and feel all the peace , warmth and beauty of Howth. Words are never enough to thank Emma for hosting me and my cats . It was a last minute reservation for me due to some circumstances and Emma tried her best to help . The apartment itself makes you feel at home . Although it's a little bit small but it's utilized in the best way possible. It has a unique identity and every single day you notice a detail that makes you love it more. For me Emma , Howth and this beautiful development will always have a precious place in my heart and memory. Thanks a million Emma 😊 🙏🏻

Louise & Ed's place was exquisitely appointed and had everything that we would need as if we were living at home. Their place is meticulous, has great written descriptions, and was very comfortable. Louise and Ed were great hosts, met us at the apartment, and communicated frequently when needed. Very responsive to our needs. The pub in town had great food too. For others considering a longer visit to Dublin, you may want to consider this location for overnight stays as it is immediately adjacent to a train station that takes you right into Dublin. I strongly recommend this place to anyone that has similar needs of being near the airport or for overnight stays outside Dublin.

Dolmen Apartment is exactly as advertised and you can't make a better choice in the Carlingford Loch area. The pictures are 100% aligned with the reality of a beautifully provisioned and sparkling clean apartment. The nearby market/fuel station met 90% of our basic and small grocery needs, and Rosa's Bistro just around the corner has wonderful breakfast and lunch. I did some cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed. Mary started us out with milk, juice, tea, coffee, croissants, and homemade jam - so wonderful after a long international trip. The bed was "just right" with lovely linens. The bathroom is spacious as are all the rooms. We had difficulty locking the front door and Mary was immediately available with help, including a willingness to drive an hour to attend to the problem. Luckily it was "user error" and resolved without that being needed. Mary communicated with us during our stay, checking in to be sure we had what we needed. A genuine 5-star experience!
