Το διαμέρισμα είναι εκπληκτικό όπως και η τοποθεσία!Η καθαριότητα του διαμερίσματος ήταν άψογη και παρέχονταν όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή.Οι οικοδεσπότες ( Έλενα-Δημητρης αλλά και η θεία τους και η μητέρα τους) είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικοι και σε κατατοπιζουν πλήρως. Οι παραλίες της περιοχής είναι πολύ καλές και σε κοντινή απόσταση από το σπίτι. Τέλος, η διαμονή μας ήταν εκπληκτική και περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα εγώ με την σύζυγό μου και το παιδάκι μας που το ευχαριστήθηκε όσο τίποτε άλλο! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και η περιοχή για ήρεμες και οικογενειακές διακοπές! Επιπλέον το διαμέρισμα είναι οικονομικό και αξίζει πραγματικά! Einer süße und saubere Wohnung in einer wundervollen Bucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Aikatherinis Onkel war super gastfreundlich und hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir wurden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Es war wunderschön vielen Dank!

Πολύ όμορφη διαμονή σε ένα πολύ ωραίο σπίτι που ηταν καθαρό και είχε από όλα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ηταν πολύ φιλικός και η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος κεντρική. Πολύ καλή επιλογή για όποιον ενδιαφέρεται να επισκεφθεί τα Καμμένα Βούρλα.

Hei, vi hadde et herlig opphold i denne leiligheten, som knaller høyeste grad svarte til forventningene. Enkelt å kommunisere med vertskapet, som svarte raskt og var veldig behjelpelig. Leiligheten hadde en fin beliggenhet i umiddelbar nærhet til havna, og bylivet i Skiathos. Nattelivet kommer også tett på, men det var godt isolerte vinduer som stengte lyden ute. Fikk følelsen av å være en av de lokale. Deilig og sval takterrasse. For oss var dette et perfekt stoppested for noen dager, før videre reise med båt. Kan absolutt anbefales! Το σπίτι της Tamara είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο, κοντά σε εστιατόρια,καφέ, και επίσης πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και μανάβικο. Είναι κοντά στα δωρεάν Λουτρά, δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια και σε πολλά ιδωτικα υδροθεραπευτήρια. Το σπίτι είναι παλιό αλλά σε καλή κατάσταση. Ίσως χρειάζεται αντικατασταση σε κάποιες πρίζες, αλλά οκ. Η κουζίνα καλά εξοπλισμένη,τα κλιματιστικά αποτελεσματικά. Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι πολύ καλό και πρακτικό. Σίγουρα θα ξανά εμένα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! Το σπίτι ήταν προσβάσιμο και μέσα στο κέντρο του χωριού.Είχε μέσα παροχές τις οποίες δεν βρίσκεις σε αλλά σπίτια,όπως για παράδειγμα μια λακ για τα μαλλιά,σερβιέτες,πιστολάκι-ακόμη και άλλο εξάρτημα στο πιστολάκι για σγουρά μαλλιά. Το μπαλκονακι εξαιρετικό,καθαρό και ήσυχο.Με πολύ ωραίο φωτισμό το βράδυ. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος με γεμάτη ντουλαπα όπως έξτρα σεντόνια,μαξιλάρια,πάπλωμα,πετσέτες και μια κουζίνα πλήρης εξοπλισμένη με είδη μαγειρικης και μια μεγάλη γκάμα από σκεύη για μαγείρεμα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και το έχω ήδη προτείνει και σε αλλά άτομα!

Så fin bolig! Helt ny, og som beskrevet var der nogle småting der ikke helt var lavet færdig, men det var ikke et problem, vi havde et skønt ophold. Dejlig bolig, ny og ren og tæt på byen og supermarked. Gigi er rigtig flink og brugte tid på at forklare os om boligen, om byen og om hele den smukke ø. Tak Gigi!

Bellissimo appartamento situato nella zona collinare della città di Skiathos. Immerso nel verde e nella completa tranquillità’. La vista dal terrazzo e dall’ ampia vetrata della camera da letto sulla cittadina e sulle isole di fronte è semplicemente spettacolare, soprattuto al tramonto! L’appartamento è nuovo, ben arredato e completo di tutto. Non abbiamo mai utilizzato l’aria condizionata in quanto l’appartamento sempre fresco e ventilato. Anneke e iI marito, i proprietari, gentilissimi e ospitali, vivono al piano di sotto e sono sempre disponibili. Necessaria una macchina per i movimenti. Consigliatissimo, da ritornare!

Το σπίτι: πολύ όμορφο, προσεγμένο με τις λεπτομέρειες να κάνουν τη διαφορά και η καθαριότητα άψογη. Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και με όλες τις απαραιτητες παροχές ( όπως ντουζ και ξαπλωστρες). Διατίθεται χώρος για ψήσιμο (αγορασαμε μόνο τα κρέατα διότι το brbq ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμενο με σχαρες , καρβουνα , προσαναματα κτλπ καθως υήρχε και μεγαλο τραπέζι για φαγητό στον κηπο). Η τοποθεσία: πολύ κοντά στην παραλία με ιδιωτικό χώρο για parking ( σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για φαγητό, beach bar, καθώς και σούπερ μάρκετ ) Η φιλοξενία: δεν εχούμε λόγια... Ο Δημήτρης μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να είμαστε φιλοξενουμενοι σε σπίτι φίλου! Ευχαριστούμε και ελπίζουμε να ξανά έρθουμε σύντομα!!

Great host, apartment and location. Nikoloas it a great host. We have used airbnb several times and he has been the best host we have had. There were toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning products, water and wine when we arrived. He cleaned the apartment and brought fresh bedding and towels half way through our stay, as we were staying for 2 weeks. We have been to Skiathos 3 times and his place was our favourite place to stay. We hired a jeep to tour the island. There is parking at the apartment. The views from the apartment are stunning and there is a spacious balcony with good quality furniture. There is a good sized fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, panini grill, oven and hob. If you wish to self cater you will be able to do so. The location is excellent a few minutes from town. The bed was very comfortable. The shutters keep the apartment nice and dark when you wish to sleep. We cannot thank Nikolaos enough for our wonderful stay. We will be back!

H Mαρία είναι πολύ εγκάρδια και επικοινωνιακή οικοδέσποινα με αφοπλιστική ευγένεια, καλοσύνη και εξυπηρετικότητα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία με θέα στη θάλασσα και μεγάλα μπαλκόνια. Είναι όλα πεντακάθαρα και με ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένη δικόσμηση που δημιουργεί αίσθημα ευφορίας και ηρεμίας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για διαμονή οποιαδήποτε εποχή του χρόνου.

This place was perfect , very clean and in a great location(near to the port, restaurants,bars and the airport, you can see planes taking off from the balcony) and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Krateria was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

Very friendly and at an amazingly scenic location. The owners were very kind and accommodating. I came at the advice of my travel companions who had already been there and I’m happy I did.

First impressions are important and we were warmly greeted by Angeliki’s mother Sofia .. she showed us up the winding staircase to a large and airy living room/kitchen .. the balconies were spacious and we could choose between the sea and mountains.. it was definitely a “room with a view” the tranquility of the small village was unique and as we had our pet dog she enjoyed the proximity of the lush mountainous pathways. There were thoughtful touches of fresh figs, local honey, water in the fridge.. the kitchen was very compact and catered for our every need. We spent most evenings inside as we had explored most of the island during the day. The bedroom was fresh and bed and pillows extremely comfortable .. the cool breeze coming from the mountain made us sleep soundly. What else can I say? I thoroughly recommend this place .. and even though Angeliki was not there in person she was exceptionally fast in her communication via messages and answered all our questions. Well done 👍

We stayed three persons for a week in the Fire flat, which is more like a detached cabin-style guest house, which gives you some extra privacy. The views from the flat and the villa in general are amazing and the pool is large and surprisingly deep, which is great. The flat, the villa and all the areas around it are artistically decorated giving it a very unique look. Our host Markos was more than hospitable and really made sure that we enjoyed our stay and provided us with great tips on which beaches to visit etc. I highly recommend Markos as a host and his Villa Stratos.

Siamo stati 3 giorni in questa bellissima camera con vista. Tutto corrispondente come nelle foto e nella descrizione. Ioannis è passato per salutarci e chiedere se servisse qualcosa. Consigliata!

Un excellent séjour dans une magnifique villa . Une grande piscine qui permet de nager et des prestations hors du commun et de très haut niveau. Alfonso et son équipe sont disponibles et extrêmement attentionnés. Nous recommandons vivement !

We had a great stay, the hosts were extremely welcome and helpful. Beautiful quaint & quirky property, so private, stunning views. Would highly recommend!
