Cozy beach town spot. Very clean and close to everything we needed on our stay. Would book again.

Location was good for the aquarium and tide pools. We didn’t do the 17 mile drive this time but that’s right there too. The upstairs carpet is so plush which isnt something I thought I’d comment on. But the star of the place was probably that daybed. The sides are perfect and it’s so comfy.

Place was great--fit our needs perfectly. Recommend opening windows at night to bring in that beautiful fresh air. Our 4.5 yo was absolutely over the moon by all the activities outside in the yard-- very well equipped area for adults and kids alike! The sand toys were also a hit--we loved walking to the beach and appreciated how well written the instructions were. Just took a photo of them and went on our way. Only bummer is the lack of sidewalks in Aptos, but most cars do seem to watch for walkers. Marianne's ice cream is great, and tamales across the street also fantastic. Weather cooperated and the easy access to Santa Cruz and Monterey made this location ideal. Colm was a great host--responded immediately to any questions I had. Very thankful for this spring break trip--we truly feel rejuvenated!

Can't give this place enough stars to do it justice. Great location, great food and beaches nearby, close to the boardwalk. Fantastic host. Will definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. We felt so at home and would absolutely love to come back. Thank you again, Mariam, for such a lovely experience!

Clean, comfy, and conveniently located for our road trip to Santa Cruz and the coast. We walked to shops, the marina, and the beach during our stay. The large dining table was great for playing Yahtzee while Alexa served up our favorite tunes on demand. Al, the maintenance guy who lives next door, introduced himself the first day of our stay, gave us his card, and offered to support whatever we needed—but we didn’t need much. A previous guest left a broken corkscrew, and I could've called Al. Instead, I walked to Day’s Market Liquors & Deli and bought a $5 replacement, along with freshly made chicken tamales that were absolutely delicious.

we enjoyed staying here. Would absolutely come back. It was close to everything. We had to extend our stay cause we weren't ready to leave. Perfect place for my partner and I. We definitely used the kitchen and had everything avaliable that we needed. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

This was the perfect place for me and my husband to celebrate our honeymoon at. It was so quaint and charming. I wanted to stay there forever! The place was a quick 15 minute walk to most of the restaurants and shops available in Carmel and the beach was close by too! Michele was also so sweet and easy to talk to! She let us borrow some beach chairs and always was so lovely to chat with. Hope to be back here soon!

The apartment is quiet, clean, and cozy. Perfect for a couples getaway. We also loved how the property is conveniently nearby all the sights! We came to Seaside to visit Carmel, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, and Pebble Beach.

We loved our stay and hope to stay here again in future. Wonderful neigborhood- lots to walk to and close to UCSC.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Great hosts, great location. I will definitely stay here again when in Monterey.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that it is independently owned, including the community activism to give back. The location was great, we were able to walk to the beach for dinner; and a short drive to the college and other areas.

The place was comfortable and cozy. The decor was retro-vintage 80's-90's. Dan was quickly responsive to an outside lighting situation.

We loved Alan and Amalie's place. It was just as listed. So full of comfort and charm. Great location! Easy walk to restaurants, groceries & the board walk. And super-responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful surroundings, very kid-friendly location, and lots to do around the area. The grocery store across the street was very convenient.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

Had the most amazing time at the perfect location!! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a great getaway and we already are planning on coming back!

The beach was amazing, especially being able to walk out the door and only take a few steps to get there. The snack shop is limited but had some staples so it was definitely nice to bring some easy meals and we cooked most of them there. My had some basics there that made cooking easier (salt, oil, etc). Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own full bed. Stay here - great deal for a clean space.

Always a great time at this condo! It is so close to the beach that even my baby did not have a problem going back and forth! Clean and bright, beautiful views.

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

This was in an excellent location for walking to both the beach and various restaurants. I appreciated that ample linens and towels were provided. The living room was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. There were thoughtful touches, like providing tea, bottled water, and blueberry muffins upon my arrival. The host was extremely responsive and helped me to arrange retrieving an important item I left behind. I would book this location again.
