We felt right at home. Very comfortable and warm. We had everything at hand. We did a lot of our own cooking for the week we were there. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking full meals easily. It is really nice to have the bedroom separate from the living area. It was winter so we didn’t used the garden but it looks like it will be awesome in summer. Very close to transport and a supermarket in walking distance.

Mooi, compact en compleet appartementje. Verwacht niet dat je met vijf personen aan tafel kunt. Maar voor ons gezin van vijf en twee honden was het perfect. Half uurtje lopen van het centrum. Als je niet van lopen houdt, is het openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Fijne week gehad hier! En Armin is attent, snel en behulpzaam. Absoluut een aanrader.

Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

Wir waren zum Konzert von Coldplay für 2 Tage in der Stadt. Arusyak hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Diese ist super sauber und vor allem sehr durchdacht gewesen. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Bahn war fußläufig innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und wenn es sich ergibt komme ich gerne nochmal wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt in Miros Wohnung war fantastisch. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet – jeder Raum bietet alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt und darüber hinaus. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, und kleine Extras wie Sekt, Süßigkeiten, Kaffee und Tee haben uns sehr gefreut. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Miro und sein Sohn haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Trotz der etwas weiteren Entfernung zum Zentrum ist die Wohnung gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden, und die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

We spent two nights here. At first we thought the room would be a little bit bigger, but that's OK; it's more likely an apartment. The hosts - Brane & Christine, are all friendly, giving you all supports and guides whenever you need. Basic instructions in a paper placed on the working table. The working lamp also has wireless charge (of course it's not as fast as you think, but gives you convenience on a small table). Kitchen stuffs are fully equipped, except the smoke-consumer (for cooking). You should open the window if you tend to cook then. There is also tea, coffee, and a capsule coffee maker. Heater is huge and great (The first one have number 6 we have ever seen in Austria and Europe). Bathroom shares the same thing as the kitchen: Shampoo, conditioner & body wash from Loreal, floor-heater, and lots of mirrors. There is just only small inconvenience - the local residence will tell you some unrelated stuffs around the laundry room, but Brane says it's OK, so don't be worry then.

The apartment is very wide and comfortable. All the furniture is new or at least well taken care of. Elisabeth always always answered quickly, she offered nice options to help anytime I needed.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Man ist innerhalb einer halben Stunde im Stadtzentrum. Die meisten Zeit war es sehr ruhig, sodass man abends das Fenster offen lassen konnte. Das Check-in hat super funktioniert und auch beim Check Out hat alles geklappt. Astrid ist sehr lieb und freundlich. Wir haben sie beim einchecken nicht getroffen, aber sie kam extra nochmal im Laufe unseren Aufenthalts und hat sich bei uns vorgestellt. Kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

We had a very pleasant stay. Gertshof is a little way out but a 20 min tram ride takes you into the centre of the city. The area is quiet but has all the amenities you need and is not dominated by tourism. It is also very easy to get to the apartment by train from the airport. The apartment itself is great. Very clean and warm and everything works. All communications with the host were promptly answered.

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung , die auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet ist. Lebendige Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants, Cafes und Läden. Das Zentrum und die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind mit Straßenbahn und Bussen gut erreichbar, z.T. auch zu Fuß.

Appartement très charmant. Bien situé à Vienne, proche des transports publics. Dispose de tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un très bon moment. Nicole est plutôt réactive ! Seule “ombre” au tableau, la baignoire non utilisable car abîmé par les locataires d’avant. Le bruit des travaux expliqués précédemment ne nous a pas dérangé ! Je suis ravi d’avoir pu séjourner ici ! Merci beaucoup.

Ce logement est très propres, bien équipé m, bien placer, il y a des transports à proximité et des commodité. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bien. Je le recommande pour un week-end.

Für uns - 2 Erwachsene mit einem Hund - war die Unterkunft besonders ideal, da absolute Ruhelage, viele zauberhafte Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren und Wandern direkt ab Quartier, sowie eine gemütliche, sehr klug und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Unterkunft, die auch für Selbstversorger bestens geeignet ist. Auch der außergewöhnlich nette, hilfreiche und trotzdem diskrete Kontakt zum äußerst sympathischen Vermieterehepaar war eine spezielle Erfahrung! Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch!!!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Die Wege sind nicht weit, mit der Straßenbahn ist man schnell überall. Der Ablauf hat 1a geklappt die Kommunikation hervorragend. Ich habe alle Anliegen sehr schnell beantwortet bekommen! Danke für den guten Ort!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Straße, dort fährt sowohl sofort ein Bus oder die Straßenbahn ab. In ca. 100-200 m Entfernung kann man direkt in den Augarten. Die Straßenbahngeräusche haben nicht gestört, ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich zur Straße, das andere an der rückgewandten Seite. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und sehr einladend. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles hat nach Beschreibung gepasst und war vorhanden. Auch alle Verbrauchsartikel waren in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der Checkin lief problemlos und flexibel, da mit einer Schlüsselbox gearbeitet wird. Der Vermieter ist immer per Email oder telefonisch erreichbar. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, diese können wir bedingungslos weiter empfehlen.

Es war ein tolles Wochenende, alles genau, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Mega Aussicht, tolle Lage. Unten im Gebäude gleich ein Billa und im Gebäude daneben ein mega leckerer Italiener. Parken kann man gegenüber im Parkhaus - Preise typisch Großstadt. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen , auch die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und hilfreich.

An excellent apartment to stay at with all the touristy things located at a close radius. The building was excellent, the instructions provided by Andie was spot and she was a pleasure to communicate with. Everything needed in an apartment to make living comfortable (especially with a toddler) was provided. The views from the apartment was amazing. Highly recommend Andie and the apartment.

nice and peaceful garden apartment, away from hectic Vienna but still 20 minutes away by train. Train station is 5 minutes away with 4 trains per hour for either directions to Vienna or St Polten. Hector and Sarah was really nice and accommodating, they asked me in advance what kind of bed arrangements needed for our family. Furthermore, they have two amazing and super friendly big dogs (Alaskan malamute and Siberian Husky) which really made us feel like home. would've booked more nights if we knew about the dogs. I recommend Hector and Sarah's for anyone looking for peaceful accommodation near Vienna, especially if you're a dog person.

Die Wohnung ist noch nagelneu, gut schallgedämmt, isoliert und hat eine moderne Ästhetik. Es ist relativ nahe am Zentrum von Korneuburg und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, die ich persönlich kenne. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen, da sie meine Erwartungen an eine Unterkunft erfüllt, leider ist sie sehr gefragt, da der Preis konkurrenzfähig ist, ich hoffe, dass sie für meine nächsten Familienbesuche wieder verfügbar ist.

The accommodation was fantastic! It was very clean and tidy. Everything was great; we loved the area, and the metro and parking garage are close by, just a few minutes’ walk. The apartment fully matched the description. We will definitely choose this property again next time, no question about it! The host was very kind and provided detailed instructions: the entry process, the wi-fi code, the check-out procedure, etc. I’m really glad we chose their apartment!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment’s location was perfect, with convenient connections to the city center and a stunning view of the river and surrounding greenery. It was quiet, clean, and cozy, making it easy to feel right at home. Anna was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, and the place was well-equipped and conveniently managed through the concierge service for key pick-up. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
