We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carolyn’s home in Santa Rosa Beach! The property was impeccably maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of fun. Carolyn was a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. One of the highlights was the pool—it was large, heated, and came with a beautiful cabana that made grilling and relaxing even more enjoyable. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs,umbrellas, and plenty of toys for the kids, which made our days by the water even more fun and stress-free. Another huge plus was having The Big Chill just across the street. It was the perfect spot for grabbing delicious food, enjoying live music, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Carolyn’s recommendations for restaurants beaches and shops were spot on. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Jeff provided an excellent stay for our group, from restaurant recommendations to tourist attractions, he took care of us. All of us had a great time, the location was perfect, and check-in/check-out was a breeze!

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

Second time staying here with Jessica as our host! Somehow it got even better with a brand new remodel. Quick and easy beach access and a nice pool! Would highly recommended booking and staying with Jessica.

Mitch's place is cute, warm, clean, and homey, even better than the pictures. We had everything we needed. The beach toys, chairs, wagon, and cooler were much appreciated. I would note that the beds are on the soft side, you melt into them. It is a safe, quiet neighborhood with a pool, food, entertainment, and shopping right in the neighborhood within walking distance. We loved having the golf cart and bikes as part of the rental. We drove the golf cart to Deer Lake State Park to go to the beach every day. It was never crowded (March) and has a nice parking lot and bathrooms. Being right on Timpoochee trail gave easy access to bike to neighboring communities. Mitch is really responsive if there's anything you need.

Our family evacuated Tampa due to hurricane Milton and was able to book Kristi’s Airbnb pretty last minute. Kristi was an amazing host making sure that we were okay and had everything we needed at the house as we were traveling with two young children and pets. The house was perfect, clean and comfy. The best part however, was just how amazing, proactive and communicative Kristi was throughout our stay. Will 100% be staying with her again next time we are in PCB.

I loved the area… this town home made me feel like I was at home for my 7 day stay!!! Definitely would book again!! Only issue was I wish there was a television in the second bedroom

The house was cozy & was exactly as they advertised it to be in the pictures. It was clean & the back yard was perfect for my dog. I loved how they supply cleaning supplies, extra necessities as well. Good place to stay & I would stay again.

Has everything you need for kiddos from toys, high chair, and pack and play. Has all your necessities from pots/pans, towels, blankets etc. Beach access is fast and easy. Also, love that the driveway is gated. This is not pictured on the listing so when we came and saw that it was gated we were so happy! Feels super private and safe. Area is great but lots of traffic and loud cars/motorcycles so definitely would want to keep the kiddos on the back side of the house if they’re light sleepers. Will be back!

Beautiful oceanfront townhouse in a perfect Seagrove location! The private beach access made our stay extra relaxing, and the home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for our family. Waking up to ocean views every morning was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

Great place to stay!! Extremely close walk to the beach, restaurants, and night life. Along with that, Chastity was a great host who was responsive at all times!

Sunny’s placed was exactly what we needed. My husband and I stayed during Valentines Weekend and enjoyed every moment of being there. Absolutely loved the beach being right in the backyard. So peaceful and relaxing! Plus this location is like five minutes or so from Walmart, Pizza Hut, and attractions!!! The townhouse was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive with any questions I had. We look forward to staying there again when the weather is warmer to truly enjoy the beach.

I stayed at this lovely townhouse for the weekend during a softball tournament in Panama City Beach, and it was perfect! The townhouse was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. It comfortably accommodated me and my family, and the location was convenient for getting to the tournament and enjoying the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, making the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Panama City Beach.

Lisa responded to me very quickly about any questions I had! She always responded in no longer than 10 minutes. The place honestly was even better in person than it looked in the pictures! The beach was right across the street and super easy road to cross! There were tons of things to do and places to eat around the peaceful property. The balcony added a nice touch in the morning as well!! Will definitely considering booking with her again!

Clean, peaceful with friendly neighbors. Close to beach activities but just the right distance to not be caught up in the traffic. We visited during spring break so we were able to enjoy the beach and then return to the home and enjoy the quietness.

Ken’s place was great for our short family fall break! Everything was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked, and beach was about a 5 min walk! A couple of side notes; use the gulf highlands entrance to the beach. We didn’t realize it had a ramp to the beach until our last day. There is a public access right next to the restaurant, and we were using it (but it has stairs). The next two things are for moms! If you’re traveling with toddlers or young children, bring a portable baby gate. The stairs to the upper level are steep, and of course what toddler can resist stairs! Although the decor was nice and beachy, some of it is not kid friendly. (Bowl of golf balls, ceramic decor on floor and table, etc) We had to put up on high places, several Knick knacks and ceramic things to avoid the little ones causing chaos! Other than that, great stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful, quiet hideaway steps from the beach. Very clean and pet friendly. John made sure we had everything we needed. I would love to come back when it's warmer to use the pool which is just steps out the backdoor.

We enjoyed our two-week stay. The townhouse was exactly as pictured and described. It felt like home. Bed was comfy, all amenities we needed were provided. It was great to have washer and dryer, and the large tv and surround sound was a bonus. We appreciated the safe development; it was gated and in a great location. We could walk to several bars and restaurants. We loved the Beach House and the pool right by the beach. It was nice to have so many pools, green spaces for our dog, tennis and pickleball courts as well. We would definitely stay again!

This place is super cute! The host is extremely responsive, and she was always available if we had any questions. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked, and we didn’t have any issues checking in/out. Would definitely stay here again!
