Stayed for 3 nights and found the accommodation excellently presented. Everything was of the highest standard/specification. Washing machine/dryer was an added luxury which was very useful. Loved Wellington. If you want to discover more about New Zealand’s wildlife I would check out Zealandia just around the corner. Well worth a visit but if you want a night tour book well in advance. Cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough

Loved the apartment! Very nicely appointed and very clean. The bathroom is especially nice, though the whole apartment is modern and functional. The deck is great with an amazing view (the photos don't do it justice). As many have mentioned, the walk down to the town requires a bunch of stairs and some sloped ramp walkways, but us somewhat out-of-shape 60 somethings had no problem walking up and down. The Wellington bus service is fantastic with frequent service and direct routes to most of the things you will want to see and Siobhan's apartment is a very short walk from convenient bus stops for most of the popular routes. It is about 20 minutes on the bus to get to the centre of the CBD for example with lots of good restaurants including at the Queen's Wharf which is an additional 5 minute walk from where the bus drops you off. We were here for 2 weeks and loved it. Would highly recommend staying with Siobhan if you are visiting Wellington.

Loved my stay so much! Gavin & Shirley are kind, responsive, and very accommodating. Space was as advertised, and similar to what other guest reviews have mentioned. Kelburn Village is a few minutes walk and the neighborhood market is surprisingly well stocked. Volco, Kind Wish, Kelburn Cafe and Pub are all great. The bus system is top notch and makes it so easy to get anywhere in town really. The parrots that fly around the neighborhood can be on the louder side occasionally, but this is what I traveled around the world for- to hear and experience something new and exotic. Yes, the street traffic on one side can be noisy during busier times of day, but you get used to it and by evening the neighborhood becomes very quiet. Overall had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

Zeer comfortabele accommodatie in een prachtige, rustige omgeving. Alles was aanwezig in de accommodatie en van goede kwaliteit. Heerlijk buitenzitje, privé en onder het genot van inheemse vogelgeluiden. Brian en Janet reageerden vlot op berichten en hadden bruikbare tips. Er waren een paar restaurants in de omgeving maar een bar met een gezellig terras was pas in Mana te vinden.

My partner and I were lucky enough to stay at Maureen's pied-a-terre and can't say enough about it. From the cozy interior living space, the wonderful little balcony which gets great sun on a nice day, to of course the most ideal location you could ask for in Wellington, this place is a complete gem. Moira the cat was one of the sweetest fur babies that we've ever met and we very much enjoyed her company as well. If you want a central apartment and like cats, this is your place!

Dan’s place was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfy and had a good nights sleep. Great cafe for breakfast walking distance with seaview. Right on bus route so easy to get in to CBD. Would recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Nikis so much. The house is spacious and the garden was an absolute gem. So much love and effort put in there. We loved the design of the rooms. Our favourite time of day was the sunny afternoons in the kitchen and on the porch. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Kara’s place is exactly as described it to be, very clean, comfortable & modern with all amenities. For what we needed, it was super convenient to the event we were there for, Kara was so responsive to us & was very flexible with check-in time slightly earlier. Would visit again & recommend to others in future.

Beautifully designed and landscaped cottage tucked in the hills of Wellington. Loved the sauna during our windy and cool days in Wellington. You are a bit outside of the CBD, which we preferred. Just a quick 5-minute drive down into town for groceries, wandering the city, etc. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. One thing to note is that there are 30+ steps to get down to the cottage. May be an issue for anyone with mobility issues (like me, in need of a hip replacement).

Michael's place was a great place to stay during our short time in Wellington. With easy check in and check out, it was very convenient and Michael was clear in his communication. Keep in mind that the suburbs around Wellington central are extremely hilly (we were traveling with an infant)

I can’t speak highly enough about Eleanor and her place! By far the best host experience I’ve ever had. She is so kind, and was so quick to help with every need. The home was perfect; a mix of historic and modern (& sooo cozy), squeaky clean, had every amenity needed, and I can’t even describe how beautiful the views are. Added perk - the garden is lovely and full of fruit trees which we really enjoyed! Thank you again Eleanor, excited to stay in touch! 🧡

Quiet hillside studio on a residential hillside with a wonderful view. Hosts were very communicative and responsive.

Myself and my two friends had a wonderful stay in this AirBnb. Adam was the perfect host! He was always very responsive and helpful if we ever needed anything. He was also very accomodating and flexible with check in, which we are very grateful for. The location is fantastic, situated close to local amenities and public transport. The apartment itself is spacious and cosy with spectacular views of the city! It is fully equipped with everything we needed for the perfect stay. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! 😊

This is the type of AirBnb that you hesitate to provide the glowing recommendation it desires as you want it to be available next time you would like to book it. Dont hesitate if your budget extends for this top range option - you will have no regrets. Only negative is the parking is not included but plenty of public parking nearby that you can utilize. We will be back, which is the best recommendation I can give and if this was available would book it immediately.

My wife and children stayed at Craig’s place and it was top notch!! Everything about the place was just what we wanted, the view, the close proximity to the CBD, the modern decor and all the furnishings. They have honestly thought of everything you could possibly need while enjoying your break away in Wellington!! Would 100% recommend and definitely use again. Craig met all our needs and proved to be an excellent host.

We had a lovely stay at Evan’s Bay, we felt so at home and the bay view is incredible. The beds were really comfortable, the lounge was great, as were the bathroom facilities. Easy access to buses and local shops and the best equipped Air BnB kitchen I’ve ever stayed at!
