We had a lovely stay at Trudi’s place over Christmas. We had everything we needed. Great to have the beach across the road with lots of amenities close by. Would love to stay again

Nice place and hosts. You can have as much or as liitle interaction that you want with the family. Plenty of interesting stories. I will see you next time I am in Wellington.

What a wonderful place to stay while in Wellington! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Kate is very communicative, thoughtful and helpful and her tips and suggestions really improved my visit. You *must* be able to walk up and down lots of steps in order to stay here (as well as walk around the surrounding area), but it’s so worth it. You get an authentic Wellington experience living here and can explore the hidden pathways (most with steps!) as you walk to Zealandia, the Botanic Gardens (and glow worms!), and the cable car. And it’s only a 5- minute walk to the local village shops and excellent restaurants. I was able to comfortably stay here for 4 days without a car. I wish I could have stayed longer. Great wee spot to stay, comfy and quiet location

A lovely place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, and the view is just magic. The continental breakfast was very generous and the home made biscuits amazing. The hosts were very accommodating and allowing us early entry to put food into the fridge was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Comfy studio in peaceful neighborhood, very close to Days bay - would happily stay there again.

Fantastic location in the Miramar neighborhood, just a short walk from the grocery store, restaurants and a public transport hub. The rental was as clean, as described and equipped with thoughtful touches to enhance our stay.

We stayed at Jo's place for 6 nights. The suite was perfect for our needs, everything we needed including fresh salad crops from the garden.Lots of local amenities and things to do including a very very good bakery and only a short bus ride to the city where there is so much to do and see. Definitely recommend Jo's place and we will return on our next NZ trip.

Our stay at Anindita's property was fabulous. Anindita and her partner Neil were wonderful hosts. The property was clean, fully equipped and we had the most restful sleeps. The location was wonderful with public transport into the CBD of Wellington literally outside the front door. There were takeaways, supermarkets and other stores within walking distance. We had our gorgeous (well behaved dog with us) and he had a wonderful time. There was a fabulous doggy park literally a four minute walk from the property - perfect.

Radhini Home is truly a home away from home! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us. It was absolutely perfect for our family—conveniently located near our family gatherings and a lovely place to relax in the evenings. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we really appreciated how well-maintained everything was, including the utilities. I would definitely book again. God bless you both.

Truly a gem in a naturally lovely, active, convenient Wellington suburb. Felt like a home within a home (in our old neighborhood) with all necessities ++ in a thoughtful and comfortable space.

We had a comfortable few days in Kacper's studio. Kacper was very responsive and helpful. The location was great for us being close to train station and just a few stops to the city. Supermarket is a bit of a walk away (20 minutes or one train stop) but quiet location and comfortable bed. We'd be happy to stay again.

It was nice to have Janet & Ian meet us on arrival. The unit is a cosy self contained and private section in the downstairs area of their home. Very comfortable bed. Having off-street parking is a bonus.

Helen’s place was absolute heaven! I stayed with my toddler and infant and it was so nice to have everything I could need. The house had tons of toys, a high chair, a travel crib, kids books and kid friendly dishware. The animals are so friendly. They have chickens, ponies, alpacas, goats and friendly dogs. We were able to pet them all my son was in heaven! The house itself is roomy and the kitchen is well equipped! It was so nice to come to breakfast items as well. Helen and tony are incredible hosts. They were so helpful, kind and accommodating. They have the most incredible property it was just beautiful and so relaxing. I highly recommend this place to families with small children - they will LOVE it.

This place was everything I could have asked for! It was incredibly private, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind without any interruptions. The space was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—easy to access and close to everything, yet still tucked away enough to provide the peace and quiet I was looking for. Getting in and out was a breeze, and I never had to worry about anything during my stay. The whole experience was seamless, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to everything. Will definitely be back!
