A lovely warm welcome and very comfy bed awaits you. Despite a car not being available to collect from the booked time at Avis Stansted which impacted on our arrival significantly, (beware!), Kitty was adaptable and understanding. A great spot to use for exploring all the joys of NE Suffolk and SE Norfolk. We have already re booked! Say no more…

We received a very warm and friendly welcome from Julie and Graham on arrival. The property was set in beautiful surroundings separate from the owners with patio doors leading from the bedroom to a private secluded paved seating area overlooking the orchard. We were not bothered by the busy road nearby, having originally grown up in London! It was immaculately clean and tidy with a fast and easy to operate heating system if needed and a complete tv package like no other! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The extremely generous welcome pack was unlike no other we have ever had before and included home made jams, marmalades, chutneys, a simnel cake, plus more than enough other items to make a fully cooked breakfast the next morning. All local produce as well as some yummy treats! A warm and comforting property ideally located for us to explore and visit other parts of that area of the country. A place we would definately hope to stay in again in the future.

Lovely small cottage tucked away off the road but close to local amenities. The cottage was kept clean & had all we required for a comfortable stay. Gail, herself was extremely helpful with instructions given on how to find the cottage. All in all our stay at The Stables proved to be a really pleasant one & Tess (the dog with us) seemed to enjoy herself too.

Charming farm estate in English countryside. Rooms were renovated and clean, the breakfast included was amazing therefore the overall stay was perfect. Would love to go back.

My husband and I stayed at the Old Post Office over the August bh weekend for 2 nights. I was looking to recuperate after a couple of minor operations and it was the perfect choice. The photos do not do the place justice, the kitchen is bigger than it looks and is beautifully fitted with well thought out appliances, a beautiful kitchen and good use of space. The little garden is a sun trap after midday and a lovely place to sit and chat. The bed is so comfy with quality linens and stylish design. Karen permitted a later check out and a full breakfast (and fizz!) was waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived, these touches elevated the experience for us. Wickham Market is only 20 mins from Aldeburgh and the curry house in the village is very good. Had a relaxing break that exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Clowns guest house. The accommodation was a really high standard, the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting my cousin in the village. We would highly recommend Lydia’s place.

Daniel's house is in a beautiful setting with views down to the river, with plenty of outside space to relax in. We were lucky to have lovely sunny weather during our stay so had late breakfasts out on the patio next to the bubbling fountain. It was an easy walk into Beccles along the river footpath, and a 25 minute drive to Southwold where there was plenty to do and lovely fish and chips. The house was clean and comfortable. The ensuite for the downstairs bedroom was a wetroom so would be suitable for wheelchair users. The larger bedroom upstairs had an ensuite with excellent shower, and the other two bedrooms shared a bathroom. Daniel responded quickly to any questions we had, and Trisha who was wonderful, welcomed us to the property and was on hand if we needed anything.

Pleasant and easy stay within close walking distance to city center. Accommodations exactly as described. The flat was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Our booking was very last minute and I’m glad that we were easily accommodated. Thank you Anthony & Caryn!

Fahri is a wonderful host, very accommodating and a great person. I loved the location of the house, close to the city centre have lots of activities and places to visit in walking distance. The room itself was very well maintained, clean and tidy. The views are amazing. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Norwich.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Penny's. Beautiful area, lovely cosy home, super comfy bed, very good shower . Penny is super friendly and so his the adorable Tig :) Highly recommend

Honestly, one of my best ever experiences on Airbnb. Such a thoughtful and welcoming host and the space was perfect for me. So many lovely little touches that I appreciated like fresh fruit & coffee as well as a hot water bottle. The location is super central to the town but also really quiet. I will most definitely be back and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Riona is an amazing host who cannot do enough for you. Lovely to talk to and extremely helpful. The place is immaculate and furnished beautifully. The local village is really pretty and there is lot of other lovely villages within short distance if you wish to explore the area. Riona does a wonderful breakfast and keeps the place absolutely spotless. Higly recommend for a stay in the Norfolk area

Susan was a warm and welcoming host with a lovely house and very cute puppy. Although the accommodation is shared I had a private room that contained thoughtful amenities such as hot drinks, a small fridge and biscuits.

Tracy provided such a great place to stay. The room and ensuite bathroom have everything you need. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Good wifi. It’s a really peaceful space. The garden is stunningly beautiful. Easy parking for my hire car. Grocery shop and chemist very close by. The angel across the road has breakfast, but Tracy provided cereal choices and juice if I wanted it, which really came in handy. There are nearby places great for dinner also. Tracy Ann is really lovely. Leaves you to your own devices when you’re staying, unless you need her. She is super helpful if you need anything. I stayed during summer and the room doesn’t get too hot at all. The fan was plenty. There is good heating as well. Definitely recommend staying!!!!!!

Alex is a wonderful host; very accommodating and personable, his knowledge in regards to the property is fascinating and it's lovely to hear about how the property is painstakingly being restored to its former Georgian glory. The room itself is warm, spacious, generously filled with refreshments and the bathroom is beautiful (the heated floor and rainfall shower are great to have). Breakfast was excellent, there's a good variety of cereals and pastries. The garden is beautiful as well. We'll definitely be staying here again when we have the chance!
