The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

Nice clean apartment and very central for Orchard Road. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and taxi stop on the next block. Room was as advertised, clean and tidy. Apartment is a bit older but everything worked well. Good aircon!

I had a great stay at this property. The venue was really convenient and clean, tidy and comfortable. Also quiet and secure. The support team of Carms, Mary and Maica were really helpful and response. All in all a great stay. I’ll definitely be back.

This location is great. A short walk round the back gets you to Duxton and tanjong pagar. The rooms are large and well equipped. Plenty of storage space for long term rents. Super clean. Despite being in busy road my room was very quiet. WiFi very good. Check in and out was super smooth with everyone being 5 minutes early - like clockwork. Certainly recommend 100%

This place was excellent, nice gym facilities, breakfast was decent. Location is perfect 100m from MTR and bus stations. Nice bakery on 1st floor and excellent coffee places and food nearby. Groceries walking distance at Bugis. Room a but small for extended stay but fine for a week.

The stay at Moulmein Suites was fantastic on every level! The rooms are so clean and well equipped with wonderful bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, water, coffee, tea and all bathroom amenities. It is quiet and nice location close to transportation and shopping. My favorite aspect was the property manager, Cathy, who was on site and ready to help in any way possible. Cathy was so accommodating, professional and kind. The owner YiYi is terrific to work with; and communicates quickly and clearly. I can't wait to come back again!

Wei and Cathy were both nice and responsive. The place was good overall with minor problems like the drying did not work (hanged clothes on the rack instead) and a bit far from the station (10 minutes, difficult if feeling hot or with heavy rain). The place was closed to a main road but still quite because of the thick curtain. The mattresses were comfortable but the pillows were meh.. We had a good experience staying in your place. Thank you!

Original booking had some problem because communication break down between platform and hotel. Celin proactively sourcing for alternative and upgraded to a better place. Exceeded expectation!

I truly enjoyed staying at Pan Pacific Serviced Residence. It's directly connected to MRT Somerset and a large shopping mall Somerset 313, it means you can save a lot of time either commuting for work or eating out. Pool and gym was so clean that I could enjoy peaceful evenings there. Room was crystal clean and was cleaned everyday. Reception staff Marvin was so kind that I could feel like home. Breakfast buffet is of high quality so it is a must try if you have time in the morning. Definitely would stay here again if I come to Singapore.

This airbnb is in a great location, a very short walk to the underground, and buses straight outside the door, a hawker centre and petrol station where you can buy necessities. A good sized room with plenty of hanging space, great shower and good sized tv, comfortable bed and bedding. Only 1 negative and it was the noisy road, but it didnt really bother us. We would definitely recommend this airbnb.

A convenient place to stay that was close to my Mother's block. We had extended Family arriving to celebrate her 90th Birthday so my wife, two teenage sons and I decided to use this location. It's convenient to a supermarket (NTUC), multiple eateries and stores. It's not located downtown or near the glitz-n-glamor of Orchard Road but close enough to get to via the MRT System Overall a great experience.

Great place , accessible to everything and host was very friendly. Highly recommended..
