GREAT place to stay in downtown Perrysburg!! Really loved it!

We enjoyed staying at this condo! It was decorated cute and made us feel right at home. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals too! We didn’t bring our boat this trip but it has a great place to have your boat in the water steps away from the condo. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here!

Very nice spot. Everything was clean and looked liked the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook. The area is beautiful and friendly. In walking distance to restaurants etc. The deck is a beautiful. It was to cold for me to utilize it. But definitely a spot to sit back and read a nice book. It was a great stay.

This beach studio is exceptionally nice! (& we've airbnb'd along Lake Erie before.) Although it has lots to offer, if I had to choose the best part it would be the views. (and that was really the purpose of this March trip) The large windows offer a panoramic expanse of Lake Erie & the extending pier. (It’s definitely worth getting up early to see the sunrise.) Seeing that view, we just had to get out & walk to the end of the pier, to watch the waves & the sea birds & enjoy the lake breeze. At the same time, the comfortable & convenient (& open) arrangement of the space kept us more than happy to spend hours inside. We fixed meals easily in the kitchen, then enjoyed them at the dining table with those beautiful lake views. The cute holiday themed decorations and thoughtful additions like cupcakes, snacks & coffee only added to the cheerful interior. Great place to stay. I always try to stay there when I'm working in Toledo. Nice and quiet, very clean, and wonderful people to work with.

Everything about Tricia's place makes it a great place to stay, and it is our first choice for our regular trips to Dundee. The hosts are available and helpful if needed for communication. The apartment is so clean, and it has a very comfortable bed and living space. The area is nice for walks, too. Amazing!

Beautiful home, nicely remodeled, clean, comfortable, great appliances. A block from Lake Erie makes for an easy walk down the beach to the light house and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the sun set outside town and the mornings sunrise across the Great Lake. Local restaurants were unique and the food was very good. Everyone we encountered in town was friendly and welcoming.

Lisa was wonderful to work with. House was immaculate and had everything that we needed. Will definitely make this my go to place when I come home to Toledo.

We didnt stay in this location as it hadnt been fully cleaned. However, the host was super responsive and provided a full refund.

I had a Really nice stay everything was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything i needed to cook and be comfortable. I felt right at home. They supplied some snacks in the kitchen and even some face masks in the bathroom! The host was super friendly and proactive about making sure my stay was going well! I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

This is our second home when we visit our son at school!! Perfect location and we know what we are getting!! This has been an amazing place for our family to stay!

Terrific house! Great location and wonderfully peaceful neighborhood. Felt right at home in this beautiful and spotless house. Having no a garage to put the car into was wonderful. We will be back for sure!

Great place, would definitely book again when in the area. Owner was great to work with when the original date was messed up and had to be changed.

We really enjoyed staying here. A family emergency led to us booking this place last minute, and it wound up being perfect — cozy and very quiet. It has a very well-appointed kitchen that we used to cook several dinners. Downtown is close enough to walk to. We’d definitely stay again.
