Appartement qui correspond exactement à la description, très propre et bien équipé. Les explications fournies étaient complètes et pratiques. Le seul bémol c'est " l'adresse", nous avions demandé qu'une voiture de location soit amenée à l'appartement mais ils ont eu du mal à trouver et nous avons dû attendre un long moment.

The most gorgeous house on a pristine, private beach with turquoise water right outside the door. The house itself is very remote and a journey to get to, but 100% worth it. We grabbed food in Georgetown and cooked most meals at the house - the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to make delicious meals daily. Che was an incredible host with very prompt responses and the best local recommendations. We highly recommend this home for a quiet, luxurious, peaceful stay on Little Exuma.

Our family really enjoyed our time at Seabreeze Villa. The house and location were absolutely beautiful. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great bonus to explore the flats on the beach access in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked which worked out great for us, we cooked most our meals at the house. The only thing I would point out would be that the backyard has a lot of overgrowth (more than in booking photos), blocking off some of the absolutely stunning views - but that detail is trivial. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations and responsive.

Beau was an excellent communicator! He offered some really great suggestions for dining, visiting, and exploring the Island. He really did respond within 30 minutes when we had questions. Beau's place was cheerful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The Sea View is centrally located and very close to the center of Georgetown. We had a rental car and only once used a taxi when we went on a longer excursion. Thank you Beau for a wonderful stay! We will be back to your beautiful and friendly island! Lauren

The Boujee Beach Villa was amazing. The view is beyond beautiful and the villa has everything you’ll need. We only cooked two breakfast meals, but found everything we needed in the kitchen. The restaurants are so good you’ll want to try several of them. April is a great host. She’s knowledgeable and shares all the “must know information” with you. She offered to rent us her van, which we did. We never used it since we had hired a driver, but it was nice to know we could use it if we needed. We are already planning our next visit to Hideaways and Boujee Beach Villa.

Linda’s place looked exactly like the pictures. The location in the Hideaways is central on the island and has a lot of great amenities. There is a shuttle service into Georgetown which was ideal for us. The resort also has a pool, restaurant/bar, a private beach and kayaks/paddleboards to use free of charge. Walk to Jolly Hall beach is easy and one of the prettiest beaches I’ve ever seen. There are also some local restaurants that are an easy walk. Linda’s place is very comfortable and has all the amenities you could need- washer/dryer, full kitchen, soap/shampoo, laundry pods, linens. The screened in porch was heavenly to sit in with morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Housekeeper and property manager checked on us several times. We used exuma taxi for transportation and touring. Floyd was great. I will 100% be back for another stay.

We loved our stay at Clinton’s place!! The location is perfect & the bed was so comfy! We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at Tami's place for a week starting March 27, 2025. This place is everything that was described and then some! Peace and quiet with gorgeous surroundings. The pictures are great, but seeing it in person takes it to a whole new level. Tami was always VERY responsive when I had a million questions and she provided excellent details regarding the meet-up-spot, restaurants, tours, and the island in general. Once we arrived, Seron was immediately available to greet us and he was extremely friendly and answered my texts quickly when I had questions after arriving. The road to the cottage is long and has a lot of potholes, but Tami had warned us of that. We rented a Jeep as we don't think a car, or something low to the ground, would be good on the island in general, especially if you want to drive to Tropic of Cancer beach!! We weren't sure the Jeep would even make it down that road! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would HIGHLY recommend it!!
