Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

This place was the perfect location to get to and from all the sites we planned to see and walk to. Her cozy apartment had everything that was needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood was friendly and it was quiet at night. As our second stop on our vacation, this set the standards high for our other stops and stays. We would recommend this Airbnb to other future travellers.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De woning was schoon en de basisbenodigdheden zoals koffie/thee, olie etc waren er aanwezig. Het enige wat we miste is een tv of radio of wellicht een boxje zodat je toch een lekker muziekje aan kunt zetten. De ligging is goed. Je kunt te voet naar het strand maar ook naar de restaurantjes of het treinstation. Een aanrader dus!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Very nice apartment. Very clean and has everything needed for a confortable stay. Would recommend it to friends and family. Also, the location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Livorno. Die schöne Wohnung in einem gepflegten Haus liegt unmittelbar an dem schönen Park der Villa Fabbricotti und war für uns 2 perfekt. Die Piazza Grande mit dem Dom ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Viola hat uns tolle Tips gegeben für Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!!

We had a great stay at Dora's place. She let us check in early which was a lifesaver. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the closest train station. Good grocery stores within walking distance too. Can be a little loud due to location to the trains however the windows are good at blocking out sound so this wasn't a massive issue. Good amenities to cook and do laundry if needed too. You share the apartment with another room so your experience may vary depending on who you share it with. We were lucky and had no issues.

Amazing location, walkable to everything within Pisa. Giula left us our own devices which is exactly what we wanted but left clear instructions on how to enter and was lovely when we bumped into her on our way out. Messaged a few times about a couple of things and she responded quickly and was very accommodating and friendly. Very kind host. Would recommend for a weekend in Pisa.

Esperienza più che positiva, Elena host disponibile e premurosa. La casa è curatissima nei particolari, arredata con gusto. Il giardino è anch'esso curato con attenzione, pratico e riservato. Da ritornare !!!

Das Apartment war sehr gut zu finden und zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mariagiulia war wirklich gut, so wie ihre Anweisungen die Wohnung oder Schlüsselkasten zu finden. Auch Parkplätze waren jeder Zeit genügend vorhanden. Die Wohnung war wirklich schön und sauber. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dieses Apartment mieten ohne zu zögern. Vielen Dank für eine gute Zeit.

Had a great time with a family of 4 with 2 young kids. Centrally located in Pisa near train station and a pleasant walk away from the touristy part near Pisa tower . Apartment is spacious , welcoming and the host had a few things for us in the fridge which was very helpful since we arrived late . Only regret was to only book one night there . Next time we will make sure to stay longer ! Thanks .

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

10/10 and we couldn't recommend it highly enough! Stunning location with the most picturesque view. The accommodation was well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. Giovanni provided wonderful local recommendations from nearby towns - we will absolutely be coming back next time we are in Tuscany!

Ottimo soggiorno! Ci siamo ritrovati immersi nella tranquillità della campagna. L’abitazione di Silvia esprime al meglio il suo potenziale nei mesi estivi, grazie alla piscina e alla splendida vista sugli uliveti. Tuttavia, anche in questo periodo (marzo) si è rivelata perfetta per chi, come noi, cercava relax ma anche una posizione strategica per visitare Siena e i borghi circostanti. Silvia è stata gentilissima, accogliente e disponibile, fornendoci anche ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

The photos don’t do this place justice! I encourage anyone to book it, we absolutely loved it. The views are gorgeous, and the apartment is really big. We particularly loved the location, it’s very central to all the major spots. Stefano was so helpful, and kind.. thank you!!
