Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

un superbe accueil. le logement était vraiment très propre.nous qui sommes très regardant le dessus c'était vraiment top. il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, machine à café... avec le café offert en plus 👍. un superbe panier avec des fruits et légumes du jardin. possible pour kes enfants de faire du poney. la piscine pour finir se rafraîchir était très bien aussi même si il manque quelque transat quand les logements sont tous plein.

Great location and great apartment. Everything was spotless and it was a great addition to be able to wash our clothes as we were right in the middle of our entire trip in Europe. The only thing that was a challenge was the AC which we found it very cold and couldn’t modify the temperature. We did had an issue with the lock to check in that was not working but the host understood our frustration at 1 am and it was nice that she offered us breakfast for the inconvenience. Everything else was perfect. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Our stay was great. We very much enjoyed the large covered patio for morning coffee and evening drinks. We grilled steaks on the large grill and the wine and olive groves surrounding the house made sitting out a pleasure. It is easy access Florence or Pisa or Sienna or a number of other villages and towns, but you will need a car even if only to drive yourself to public transportation. Chiara suggested a wonderful nearby winery which we visited twice and the local restaurants are wonderful. Highly recommend.

There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

L’appartamento è pulitissimo, arredato con cura e gusto e dispone di ogni comodità. Luminoso e con una bellissima vista sui tetti e sulle colline di Firenze. Nei dintorni ci sono diversi supermercati, ristoranti e altre attività commerciali. Camminando 20 minuti circa si raggiunge il centro storico. Camilla molto disponibile e gentilissima, tornerò sicuramente molto volentieri!

Giuseppe is an incredibly friendly and generous host, and very responsive. If I had questions about the area or the condo, he would respond within minutes. He also gave us a great list of recommendations from restaurants and cafes, to accessible luggage storage shops. The condo was spotless when we arrived, and very close to main attractions, great restaurants, and the train station all within walking distance. Next time we are in Firenze, we will definitely be staying with Giuseppe, 10/10. Grazie mille, Giuseppe!

Con gran Sorpresa puedo decir que el alojamiento no es lo que anuncian es a UN MEJOR todo perfecto, la limpieza, los espacios, el baño y cocina todo estuvo demasiado bien, amplío y limpio da gusto pagar una estadía en ese Lugar. Gracias Federico por la experiencia tan maravillosa que mi familia y yo compartimos en tu apartamento. Todo 10 de 10.

Krásný byt v hostorické budově, v centru klidného městečka, kde najdeš restaurace a vše, co potřebuješ ke klidné dobolené, mimo ruch velkých Toskánských měst. Vhodné k výlwtům do Florencie, Lukka, Piza. Nelitujeme mašeho výběru ubytování.

Andrea nos auxiliou em tudo o que precisamos, até em coisas não relacionadas ao apartamento. Nos mostrou o funcionamento do apartamento, além de dar dicas de bons restaurantes, funcionamento do transporte público e várias outras coisas importantes. Obrigado Andrea pela gentileza e ajuda. Em uma próxima visita a Florença ficaríamos novamente no apartamento.

Questo alloggio è uno dei migliori che abbia conosciuto con Airbnb. Host più che disponibile nelle veloci risposte e nell’aiuto sul posto per le nostre esigenze. La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla sopra i tetti della città, bellissime finestre, casa calorosa e accogliente, arredato con gusto e eleganza. Letto molto comodo e stanza silenziosa, cucina molto ben fornita da poter cucinare come a casa, salotto invitante da passare anche una intera giornata a casa. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci. Caldamente raccomandabile.

We had a lovely stay at Torre Rossa early September. We were without car so walked the long driveway to the bus for outings to Florence and managed to get taxis easily back. The pool was great with gorgeous view of Florence. Our 3 year old enjoyed the cubby house and toys.

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

Simone est un hôte accueillant et amical et sa maison située dans un quartier paisible permet d’accéder au centre de Florence rapidement via le tramway. Le parking permet de laisser le véhicule en journée et d’accéder au centre-ville en soirée ou bien d’accéder aux points de vue et aux jardins situés sur les collines de la rive-sud. Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Beautiful well appointed apartment with a cozy terrace offering a great view over surrounding hills. It was as described in the listing, spotlessly clean, with a well equipped kitchen and a library with a selection of many great books to read. We also loved the company of a very friendly cat that always greeted us when we returned from our daily adventures in the beautiful Tuscany! Would absolutely recommend!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Angefangen vom Checkin verlief der Aufenthalt reibungslos. Das Apartment lädt abseits von vielen Menschen zum Entspannen und wohlfühlen ein. Zu zweit ist wirklich mehr als genug Platz geboten. Die Wohnung empfanden wir als sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht testen. Für uns war kein Wunsch offen. Supermärkte sind super mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir abseits von der Stadt wohnen wollten. Zum Meer haben wir meistens je nach Stelle so 20 Minuten Fahrzeit- einfach perfekt.
