Iviana‘s apartment has a wonderful view over the old town of Piran. Right next to the bell-tower you can enjoy coffee with sea view and in the evening you can sit on the rooftop terrace with a glass of wine to watch the sun go down. Iviana had helpful advice for us and was always heartful and very friendly. Wish to come back one time.

The place was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and the bed is so comfy. You get plenty of room for you things. The building has thick walls so you cannot hear the neighbours at all. There is also a cat : ). We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and Marija replies promptly to the requests. Highly recommend and if we are ever in the area we will stay again!

Mikas place is absolutely amazing. Situated in the old town only 1 minute from the marina and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Temperatures reached 28 degrees when we were there but with aircon in all rooms it was no problem at all. The house is in perfect condition and Mika answered all our questions very quickly. We would love to come back!

Appartamento molto carino e confortevole, arredato benissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Bernarda è stata molto cortese e si è sempre resa disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo anche perché dotato di comodissimo parcheggio privato. Torneremo sicuramente

Ein Kleinod inmitten von Wein und Oliven. Die Terrasse und die schöne Einrichtung haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Darja ist freundlich und da wenn Hilfe braucht. Die Weinbar im Nachbarort Marezige war toll, montags gibt es Pizza. Ein Bad in der Adria in Piran ist erfrischend. Die Gegend ist wunderbar grün und die Abende auf der Terrasse sind magic. Die Musikauswahl im Haus war toll, wie zu Hause. Danke!

A lovely stay in a nice flat with a beautiful garden! We wanted to stay closer to the beach and not in the touristy area so it was perfect. The hosts are very kind and gave us great advice on where to go. Would come back!

Wir sind im Herbst 8 Tage in der „La Finca“ untergekommen. Das Haus ist durchweg extrem sauber und gepflegt (ein großes Kompliment an die Haushälterin!). Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sind die Möbelstücke und die allgemeine Einrichtung rustikal und etwas älter, die Sauberkeit hat uns aber sehr überzeugt. Der Pool draußen war auf 28 Grad beheizt, sodass wir trotz geringer Außentemperatur jeden Tag und auch abends schwimmen gehen konnten. Die Sauna ist top. Der Whirlpool ist ebenfalls ein nice to have, für den Preis auch in Ordnung. Leider haben wir schnell gemerkt, dass er sehr empfindlich ist. Obwohl wir uns gründlich vor Benutzung geduscht haben ist der Filter immer wieder verstopft, sodass die Haushälterin kommen musste um alles zu reinigen und neu zu befüllen. Hier würde es sicherlich Sinn machen in einen hochwertigeren Whirlpool zu investieren. Trotz allem hat Ivan bei jeder Frage oder Unklarheit sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Ho trascorso il Capodanno con i miei amici nell’alloggio di Stefan e siamo rimasti molto colpiti per la bellezza della casa, nuova, pulita, funzionale, dotata di ogni comfort. Le camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno offrono la massima privacy ad ogni ospite mentre il salone open permette di godersi i momenti insieme agli altri ospiti nel relax e nella comodità più totale. Stefan è un host fantastico, sempre disponibile che ci ha messo nelle condizioni ottimali per sentirci a casa. Grazie!

The villa is amazing! Ultra modern architecture, clean, amazing amenities and beautiful location. The service however has to be worked on. You can see that the owner is not involved and in general lacks a bit of hospitality experience. A five star establishment with a three star service. Why? One toilet paper per toilet, only 2 washing machine capsules given, no extra garbage bags, no garbage bags in toilets. We paid 500 eur for cleaning but were told we need to clean after us (of course you would do that, and take out the trash - that is expected and normal) and leave everything as found, including taking off all bed linen, towels and putting them downstairs for cleaning. The garbage bins were left outside 100 m from the house and we were told to put them back in ourselves. The gardener appeared one day out of the blue and entered the property without ringing or knocking the door or without previously informing us that they are coming.

Nous avons été très bien reçus, la maison est très confortable (la climatisation est un vrai + !) et bien placée, on peut tout faire à pied dans Izola (course, plage etc) La carte de parking est très très utile et Snezana nous a bien indiqué toutes les possibilités Parfait !

Wir waren als Hobby-Fußballteam dort. René hat uns nett empfangen und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön, die Lage ruhig und die Ausstattung top. Der Kunstrasenplatz war perfekt zum Kicken, im Pool und Jacuzzi haben wir gut regeneriert. Der Essbereich mit Küche draußen war ideal für uns zum Grillen, Chillen und Tratschen. René war cool und unkompliziert - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe appartement très bien situé dans Trieste. La déco est top, les équipements très complets. Tout est facile d'utilisation. La configuration de l'appart était idéale pour nous. A savoir un couple et deux grands ados. Un grand salon avec de belles baies vitrées donnant sur un super et grand patio, et, de chaque coté une chambre avec salle de bain. Du coup chacun pouvait vivre sa vie. Le petit plus que je n'avais pas noté avant d'arriver est le spa dans l'une des salles de bain. Pour nous qui étions en voiture le garage a été très appréciable car j'ai l'impression que Trieste n'est pas la ville idéale pour se garer. En parlant de Trieste c'est vraiment une ville qui vaut la peine d'être visitée. Moins connue que d'autres villes italiennes mais vraiment super vivante et magnifique. Concernant Davide nous n'avons échangé que par téléphone et sms mais tout s'est très bien passé. Je recommande vraiment son appartement.

Christina's instruction for the self-check in was very clear. She gave us warm welcome and responded all my questions quickly. I enjoyed the stay in her aprtment. Everything was clean and neat. I would like to highly recommend this place!!

The house is little but hard to find, not in the main road, but on the right side of the main road, there are many houses with same number. The host doesn’t speak English and didn’t response to any message so we had to reach Airbnb customer service. Place is very nice, clean, comfortable beds, AC, nice kitchen, many flowers, nice terrace. I recommend it. If you need to communicate with the host, who lives upstairs, you can use Google translator.

Minden rendben volt, jó a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, közel van a parthoz. Parkoló helyet viszont nehéz találni egész Gradóban

Very nice apartment in the heart of Triest! Nice and clean, large living room. Kitchen well equipment, however coffemaker missing. But lots of bars around that serve great coffee. We had extremly hot wheater an the a/c in all bedrooms worked well, except for the bedroom upstairs. Happy to recommend this place.

The location of the apartment is great! We were 10 min from Piazza Unità d'Italia, many restaurants, cafés and shops around. The apartment was cozy and comfortable.

The place is great. N the backyard a lot of things for kids to do.
